A good hotel with warm hospitality from the staff. I stayed here for two nights and it did not disappoint at all.
We chose a double room, which was quite spacious for two people. The room comes with basic amenities such as shampoo, body cleanser, and a toothbrush. The towels were very clean, and the bed was comfortable.
It felt especially comfy after long walks around Chiang Mai.
The hotel is located on a small road where only one car can pass at a time, but no worries, there is a parking lot on site. You’ll also find many small restaurants, laundry services, and massage places nearby.
Complimentary breakfast is provided, including bread, coffee, tea, and hard-boiled eggs ❤️
Overall, it’s a very calm and pleasant hotel to stay at. Note: no elevator/lif

Very quiet hotel. The location is good, convenience stores, restaurants, attractions such as Thapae Gate, and chain fast food restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk. But the hygiene needs to be improved. The room is really a bit small. If you like to stay in the room, you will feel a bit depressed, and there are no windows. But you can relax in their public area. Even if the room we booked does not include breakfast, they will still prepare some simple breakfast for us.

Baby, it's a pretty and small hotel.
The shower room and bathroom are pretty, but they were a bit inconvenient to use.
The location is hidden in an alley, so it's a bit narrow when a car comes in.
It's close to Tapa**trang, and there are many massage places with good Google reviews near the house.
I had a comfortable 3-day stay^^
For breakfast, try the nearby grandma's restaurant.

The location of this hotel is quite good.
However, the layout of this room is not user friendly. And the sound insulation is not that good. We can frequently hear the doors opening and closing from other units.
Currently, there are also some construction in a building next door and we can hear the drilling noises very clearly.
Also there are a lot of bird chirping sounds throughout the day

I really appreciate how attentive the staff were to all of my needs and how quickly they were to give me recommendations for nearby places to eat or drink. Some people say that this hotel is out of the way but it’s not really. It’s just one quick drive that may be potentially 10 minutes or less towards the city. Some of the best food that I had in Chiangmai were near this hotel.

This hotel is very quiet and quaint. Need to walk a little bit to the main road. Amenities are alright. But front desk service is not 24/7 available but they are helpful :)
