Hotel slightly dated but well maintained. Service was excellent though. Location is good for many eateries around and not too far away from the Tapae Gate (not walking distance though-20 minutes walk).

I’ve stayed here 3 times and I always come back to this hotel when I visit Chiangmai. 100% recommended, I love this hotel!! The staff is very friendly and give us amazing hospitality

If you are staying for a short amount of time this place is great but if you stay longer than 3 or 4 nights you better have ear plugs and sleeping medication with you, and be able to handle a cold shower!

Other than that we were disappointed with the VERY NOISY nightclub outside of our room that played insanely loud music every night until 2am

The hotel is small and located in a quiet area. The rooms are clean and suitable for families, with two beds and two bathrooms. However, the sanitary facilities are old and the bathrooms have a very unpleasant smell

I spent 4 night stay during New Year weekend -- I would say --Like the majority of the hotel available services -- the room is spacious -- really good with the bed & mattress( always my #1 priority to review the hotel due to my chronic back pain issues that require Lidocaine patch to standby-- if I have problems after the 1 st night stay) -- all equipments in the room match the definition of ...

De Chai Nimman is in a perfect location—right in the heart of Nimmanhaemin, surrounded by cafés and great local food. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable for both short and long stays

This is really a great hotel with strategic location very close to Airport vicinity. The rooms are quite big and comfy. They also have free shuttle to and from the airport in every 1 hour interval

Staff is very nice and friendly, shopping mall is at the opposite side of the road, really close to airport (15min walk) Wifi in the room is decent for youtube etc

The staff were not very welcoming and we had issues parking our car which upset my girlfriend. The pool area and outside decoration was very nice, however the room itself was not good enough

Room is spacious with a nice outdoor pool, but the bathroom was disgusting. Mold and spider webs everywhere, and it looks like it hadn't been clean.

I forgot my book in hotel b2, i called in hotel and then they said return for me, then They came to the bus station and returned the book. They are very friendly and thoughtful

The location is super convenient and its easy to get around and explore. The bathroom was so big and the vibes were just great. Everything felt comfy and chill

The hotel is divided into 3 parts, the main part around the pool, another part a bit further away, and we were even further away in block C

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The pool was great, but the other facilities were more akin to what you'd find in a hostel.

I stayed at building A which overlooks the pool. The building is very new and very clean. AC, wifi and shower work perfect. Very secure place for a solo female traveler

Initially I was a little disappointed to not have a room by the pool, but block C was much better for us. Its much quieter, has a garden to sit out in, and a communal kitchen you could use if you wished to cook

Short walk to restaurants, the river and a local market. The staff is so friendly and kind

The balcony in building 'A' was nice. The place was mostly peaceful. There was not much street noise, however you can hear noise from the surrounding rooms. The pool is large and well maintained

Great lobby and rooftop to chill or work. The room was clean, apart from a few stains on the window and a little mold in the shower. A quick fix, please keep the hotel fully clean and guests will enjoy it

Nice interior design and warm vide. The pool is smaller than it looks. You will need to pay 300thb deposit during check-in. Free water, juice, and coffee available all day by the reception

we had a really great stay at this hotel, we slept 5 nights in the big family room which had really comfortable beds, they were really flexible on the cleaning also so it was done every day

We used their laundry services and no complaints, everything had been carefully folded aswell. We enjoyed spending time in the lobby and ate breakfast at the hotel every morning

Only complaint I have is a bar is mentioned on the rooftop but never seems to be open?

Amazing stay. Room was large and comfortable, and breakfast was solid. Only downside was that there were a few mosquitos in the bedroom.

Prime location in old city, close to chiang mai international airport. Didn't managed to use the jacuzzi, would try if I have sufficient time. The shower head seems quite rusty which caused my skin and face to itch

The location is excellent as it is in the old town. Most attraction points are within walkable distance. There are lots of good restaurants and massage shop nearby. The room is very stylish and big

Cool location, walking distance to Walking Street night market (think held every Fri late afternoon to night ??, next to Travelodge Nimman ) and CMU campus (where the Ang Kaew Reservoir is within) Also walkable to One Nimman and Maya shopping

When we needed to book an additional night, we had to pay almost double, they couldn't add it to our existing reservation, then we had to move to a room that was not satisfactory. Tepid hot water, small no chair or desk

The breakfast is adequate, not special but not bad. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bartender is a real bartender, knows how to make an excellent cocktail. Price of the rooms is reasonable

Very comfortable bed, very well layout room with good size bathroom with walk in shower. We have to check out early to catch early train so we didn’t get a chance to taste the included breakfast

Hidden in a alleyway you will find an oasis of rest. The pool is cold but refreshing, the pool and gardens are propperly maintained and clean. The owners are friendly and helpfull

We're on a girl's trip with 4 women, and we booked a suite, not realizing that one bedroom has the living room in it. If known, we would have picked a different suite or hotel. Overall it's nice and we like the location

I've stayed at the Heritage Hotel next door before, and this time I chose this one. It offers great value for money, and the price is good. However, the room lighting is a bit dim. They have a gym and a swimming pool

We pre order s breakfast as we have to leave at 7am in the morning. The breakfast was great, with fresh fruits and an orchid flower. The towels need replacement though as they are brown already
