Peach Hill Resort in Kata

The breakfasts are repetitive; there's nothing 'wow.' The fruit selection is poor, but they do offer European bread, which isn't common in other hotels. The coffee is espresso only, very strong, definitely an acquired taste. The rooms are standard; no bathrobes or slippers. Soap is only available as liquid, and each person gets only two towels, which are worn out and not pure white. The mattress is saggy and soft. Water pressure is weak, making it hard to wash long hair, and no conditioner is provided. On top of all that, the hotel is located on a hill. It's about a 15-minute walk to the street with cafes, but the uphill walk back to the hotel isn't comfortable. Taxis won't take you for 100 baht; you have to offer 200 baht for them to agree. Check-in was also an issue; they were slow. We arrived at 12 PM but only got into our room at 2:30 PM. And the room wasn't cheap; we paid 13,000 rubles per night. We stayed during peak season, January 2026. In short, it's a mediocre hotel. For this price, I've had much better experiences in Phuket.

An older hotel with an excellent location, close to both Kata and Karon. However, the linens were subpar, and the water quality was terrible. I'd recommend bringing your own filter shower head.

This hotel/resort is located near Kata Center (a 10-minute walk), very close to both Kata Beach and Karon Beach, but on a small hill that isolates it from the hustle and bustle of local traffic. Initially, the uphill walk back after the beach seemed like a drawback, but after a few days, we appreciated that it was cool in the evenings without needing air conditioning, and being a bit "surrounded by plants" made the setting pleasant. The only annoying thing was the mosquitoes, which really feasted on us some nights. The breakfast in the morning had good food, even if it wasn't particularly international (for us Europeans, especially Italians, high-level food and wine is something else, but I must say that, staying within Southeast Asia, it was fine). The pools were decent. The staff was always smiling and kind, although sometimes I didn't quite understand some of their decisions: I asked for a bottle opener to open sparkling water and was denied... "if you need it, call reception and we'll send someone to open it for you..." Every time??!?!... At the front office, everyone was nice and helpful. No problems with the facilities. Cleanliness was good (not excellent). In short, if I were to think about it in a European way, I'd give it a 7/10... but thinking about it in an Asian context, an 8.5/10 is perfectly fine. I would choose it again.

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, and the location near the sea was perfect. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay!

The bungalow we booked was more like an interior courtyard, not the resort setting I had expected. The aircon was extremely noisy so they switched us to another room in their sister hotel (Peach Blossom) that was supposedly more expensive. That room was nice, but the walls were extremely thin and you could hear every conversation in the hall and neighboring rooms.

Good place, excellent service...two beaches nearby. The only minus is the hill on which the hotel is located. If you don't feel any problems going up and down to the sea, then OK, then you will highly appreciate the service and care for the guests.

Good rooms but right now you have to take the shuttle from the reception to the rooms, it’s very close to the beach, but unfortunately, they cry about things in the room. I had a glass that was broken already when we checked then and they tried to charge us for it. But most of the staff is nice and overall the day was pleasant. I would recommend it. It’s worth it at the price.
