For me, this hotel is worthy of a 5-star rating. The service is excellent, and it's very convenient for trips and getting around because you can book transportation through the hotel. The car arrives in just 5-10 minutes

The location is quite convenient for island travelers because it is close to Chalong Pier, with many nearby halal restaurants offering both Thai and international cuisine

The resort has all the pools and bars you'd expect in a resort and miles upon miles of beach a few steps away. Situated a few kilometres from the town of Khao Lak has its advantages and disadvantages

i recently spent 2 weeks here, and my 60th birthday. The hotel is lovely, the food a staff are amazing, as is the location. We went on lots of trips out to elephant sanctuaries, James Bond island, temples and blessings

Apsara Beachfront Resort and Villa was an excellent choice. We had a villa with its own pool accessible from both rooms, a central living area and an outdoor shower

Families with young kids may wish for a resort with more water slides, etc but for a more adult group, Apsara Beachfront Resort and Villa is an excellent place to put your feet up and enjoy the good life

We stayed here for our honeymoon in March (a massively delayed review!) and honestly, a piece of my heart was left in this hotel. We stayed on the villa side, and from start to finish it was absolutely incredible

The hotel guests are mostly English or English speaking, in contrast to many others in Thailand which are seemingly dominated by the Russian hordes. Everything you could possibly want in a holiday

Staff were incredible, this included every member of staff from gardeners to management. Great location, lovely pool and beach access, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Loved this place! Great pool and beach. Never got a drink or food here though. Waited for over 20 minutes with 4 people behind the bar to have them all disappear and not get served at all.

Easily among the best room we have stayed. The layout is a different with a jacuzzi. Breakfast is great. Not the cleanest beach and swimming pool but overall useable.

We had a room with a sea view. The evenings are magical when the sun sets. The breakfasts are very varied, and the hotel staff is quick and very polite. There are plenty of different restaurants right next to the hotel

Beautifully situated in secluded area of Koh Chang. Reception area is modern, spacious and comfortable seating. Dining area has variety of seating arrangements and the chefs excel in their culinary skills

We had a wonderful stay here and would happily return. The entire area is absolutely stunning – surrounded by lush forest with birds singing from early morning, it feels peaceful and very close to nature

For the first three nights, we stayed in a beachfront bungalow. The interior was lovely and comfortable, and being so close to the sea was a great experience

For the remaining five nights, we moved to a deluxe room in the apartment building. The room was slightly older in style, but it offered much more privacy, including a more comfortable balcony space

However, privacy was a bit limited as people frequently walked by and there were no trees or bushes separating the bungalow from the path

The terrace also tended to get sandy and covered with leaves due to the wind, and it was difficult to dry clothes or towels outside since the drying rack was quite small and the wind was strong

This hotel is located on Kamala Beach, which is relatively less crowded. We specifically chose it so we could spend a leisurely day lounging on the beach chairs. The overall service was pretty good too.

It was alright. This room type has two floors, with a double bed on the first floor and another double bed on the second floor.

It was very late, so I didn't press the issue. The next morning, a different young man at the front desk told me that members get discounts at two restaurants: the one by the beach and the breakfast spot

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket. I look forwa I had an exceptional stay at the InterContinental Phuket Resort

Overall, the hotel isn't particularly good value for money. The swim-up room cost 7500 for two nights, and the room wasn't very big. As other reviews mentioned, the water cleanliness was just average

One of the best picturesque resort at Phi phi Island. If you want to enjoy the raw beauty of the Phi Phi island, you must stay in this resort

Upon arrival, things got off to a bit of a rough start. Room 210, while advertised with a sea view, had a very limited one, which wasn't a huge deal. The most unpleasant part was the leaky pipe by the toilet

My request to switch rooms with the front desk wasn't successful. After adjusting my mindset and accepting it, it was fine—the water was clean anyway, and I was there to relax, so no need to dwell on it

So many food items available at breakfast. you can book day tour package from the resort. Overall good and price worthy experience from them

However, I do recommend the hotel renovates soon, otherwise, it's a waste of such a beautiful location. The facilities are indeed old. The exterior looks okay, but the interior is too basic

Older, but very nice Resort with direct beach access. Large swimming pool, spacious rooms with Ac and a nice view over the ocean. Night market in walking distance. Short taxi ride into Pattaya or Jomtien Beach

Just Perfect for a stay in Pattaya! The room is huge and has very nice view of the sea! There is also a small gym for a quick work-out, plus you can have a sight of greens and sea from the gym

I strongly recommend that you book with breakfast, it’s worth the money

The room was spacious and had a balcony. The in-room facilities weren't super new, but they were clean and tidy, which was a plus

Stepping out, you're right at the beach, and that was fantastic! The hotel's pool area was large and had multiple pools, another great feature! The only slight downsides were the rather loud air conditioning and refrigerator noises

The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, but it wasn't really suited for a Chinese palate 😆. After three days, I ran out of things I wanted to eat

And if you ever get bored of your own pool (hard to imagine!), you can head over to their huge main pool that also faces the beach. Perfect spot to chill and watch the sunset. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay

She explained the beach is currently undergoing repairs after a storm. A seawall of some sort is being constructed. However, the pool area is very nice and you can still access the surrounding shoreline

A 4-star hotel that honestly feels like a 5-star stay! We stayed in the beach bungalow and loved it — we had direct access to the beach and a private pool overlooking the ocean

We enjoyed our food very much. We had a fantastic massage at the spa, which was compensation for the beach construction. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had

The view was just incredible! We also tried the spa and had dinner at the hotel. The food here was surprisingly good — the chef really knows how to cook! Both dinner and breakfast were excellent

Steep stairs take you down the cliff, to the beach front which is also beautiful

This time we stayed in the Grand on the 19th floor; what a fantastic view! The staff were incredibly friendly! So helpful and kind. A beautiful, large property with a private beach and various pool areas

Great hotel/resort in a gorgeous location perched right on the cliff at Cozy Beach. Has one of the best infinity pools I have seen at a resort, with lots of shade & comfortable sun lounges

You can then take another set of steep stairs upto Sky Gallery, or walk the full length of the beach which has numerous beach umbrellas to sit at

I found that the QR code on the room's TV couldn't successfully add the front desk on WhatsApp. This same male staff member answered the phone when I called, saying we could resolve the issue the next morning

The villa itself was stunning, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort with breathtaking views. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options

Honestly, everything was perfect, and most of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our butler, Tak, was also incredibly thoughtful

My only complaint was that on the day we checked in, I wasn't sure if the person who checked us in and took us to our room was our assigned butler

One of the most stunning views I’ve experienced. From the staff, to the views, and the amenities, all top notch. I absolutely loved waking up to an infinity pool and a breathtaking view of the ocean each morning

After I pointed it out, he didn't offer any explanation, just gave me a new bill. He didn't apologize for the error, nor did he explain why this incorrect charge appeared on our bill

Excellent! It's close to the beach and has a swimming pool for the kids. Getting there was easy, and the breakfast was varied and delicious

This is our go-to accommodation whenever we visit Samet. It's shady and the staff are lovely and attentive. It's a shame that the room was only available for five days; I wish I could have stayed for ten

It was very quiet and felt a bit empty during our stay. The pool is nice, breakfast was very good, and there is a large parking area. The hotel looks somewhat dated and has definitely seen better days

The surface around the pool is poor as small gravel pieces are breaking away and stick to your feet as well as having different levels. Hotel rooms dated and need upgrade, especially the bathrooms

Amazing beach, outstanding service, great room, excellent kitchen. I really love the beach, the sand is as soft as that you find in the Maldives, no rocks, shells, gentally sloping into the sea

The two therapist which we used were Apple and smile. Both were absolutely wonderful and helped with my tendinitis in my arm. The staff and the manager Porsche did everything possible to make our stay comfortable

I was there on 26th Sep and unfortunately had some bad experiences with another guests, however we got the outstanding resolutions from Khun Ravee. He represents for manager of front office

When I had trouble with my car, the team immediately offered help, and when my air conditioning needed attention, the engineering staff resolved it quickly and efficiently

The big nice pools and kids club, The breakfast is delicious, the gym well equipped, the staff super friendly and the restaurant in front of the beach has a nice menu with music at nights making the night entertain and relax

I came to Thailand for a friend's wedding and took the opportunity to do some short-term traveling. The hotel was very comfortable, with an infinity pool that seamlessly blended with the sea, which was truly breathtaking

However, I'm not sure if it was a language barrier, but their attitude was not very good. I also tried the hotel's spa. The environment was excellent and very private; I heard it was even an award-winning spa

I mostly enjoyed my stay here but comparing it to my previous hotel, it is quite expensive and too far from normal places to eat. Next time I would stay in the north again.

The best part is the beach is just right in front of the resort! Super convenient and beautiful, especially during sunset. Definitely planning to come back

I love the wooden design and details throughout the resort as it gives a very warm and relaxing vibe. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the food from the restaurant was also great

We were right next to a fenced in doggie area that had a little agility course set up. Breakfast was included and the selection was large. You could also order a la carte and warm/cold beverages

This hotel is fantastic and so well equipped. The little animal farm, pools, various gardens, hammocks, beach chairs, a beautiful parrot Rocky and so much more

A wonderful place, right at the beach, only not no sandy beach, the sea comes strait up to a wall

We recently returned for another week and fell in love with the resort all over again! The new renovations offer a beautiful refresh while perfectly preserving the resort's original charm

We told the front desk and they immediately had another room for us and we're able to set us up same day. The grounds were all pet friendly including the patio at breakfast

We had a rental car with us so getting to tourist attractions was easy but they also have a shuttle to take out into town. I look forward to staying here again
