Nice room and happy, helpful, and positive staff

Good hotel, delicious food and drinks, lovely pool by the sea. Don't expect anything outside the resort area; you'll need a scooter. The locks on the front doors of the villas are a nightmare, but you get used to it.

Great beach access and very reasonable rates for room and other service. Beach is good for swimming. Their pool is also good. Rooms are very spacious. If you have your own transportation or can afford taxi, this is great hotel for you. Because this hotel is not near the usually tourist spots in Koh Samui. We rented a car. So we had no problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view from the restaurant over the pool and out to the ocean is magnificent. The food was better than the other resorts we stayed at. The staff were delightful. The beach is soft, clean and great for swimming. The restaurant has beanbag chairs right on the beach where you can watch a stunning sunset. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel on the beach. Small pool but sunbeds on the beach. Far enough away from the really busy part of the strip but only 5 minutes walk to get there. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Taxi rank and 7/11 practically opposite which was very handy. Would definitely staff there again if we returned to the area.

Hotel is under construction with loud noise throughout the day which the hotel says is limited between 9-5. However, it often runs past this time. You cannot escape the noise in your room or by the pool. They only made us aware of the construction the night before our stay. Avoid until the work is done.

A true haven of peace. While the hotel is a bit older, it's perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff is exceptional, with a rare kindness. Located in a quieter area, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, it's the ideal place to recharge and fully experience a different side of Thailand.

Great hotel! But make sure you get a room with a sea view! The view from the balcony is stunning. Everything is new and clean, the air conditioning is good, the mattress is comfortable, and the bed linens are excellent. The shower has good pressure. The staff is friendly. There's convenient parking, plenty of restaurants nearby, and the beach is a 7-minute walk away.

Simple but clean, well maintained and affordable stay in Chaweng. Services like laundry, scooter rental, etc. provided. The breakfast is very, very simple, but good enough to start teh day, they have a good coffee though. What is good, there is not much noise in the evening and in the nigh coming from resorts next door.

This is a very good 3-star hotel right on the beach in Lamai. I stayed in a hotel room for two weeks during early October, which low season. It was quiet when I was there, but it will probably be loud during peak season. The rooms are simple, but clean and well taken care of. The staff is very helpful and nice. It is not fancy, but good for what it is.

Good value for money, clean and nice staf

The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were always available, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The room itself was comfortable, featuring a good bed, effective air conditioning, and a pleasant balcony. One downside was the small bathroom. The bathtub used as a shower was quite cramped, the water pressure was low, and showering was not very comfortable.

I visited in early December for 8 days, and all of them were wonderful (there was only one rainy day, but that's more of a plus). The staff were all incredibly friendly; I personally became friends with everyone. The room had a pool, which was just amazing. There's a large, green area with palm trees. The breakfast was good. I recommend it for getting away from the hustle and bustle.

I always choose this hotel for my work trips. It's a quiet and consistently good choice. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent.

Great stay for families at Chaweng. Very quiet (besides the airplanes which hourly fly direct over the property from 7am to 9pm which was totally fine for us) with big pools directly on the beach. 

Is a very good hotel with excellent service. The location is amazing, in the heart of Chaweng, but totally quiet at night. the beachfront very nice, Yo can laydown in front of the sea, but under the shade of an amazing pergola. My favorite place in Ko Samui

All is good, very cute tropical in the middle of the madness of Chaweng. We heard the sound but it wasn’t that loud to be bothered by. However, the shower, the water was either really hot or really cold, nothing really in between. The staffs are very kind and friendly. A lot of choice for breakfast.

The hotel is great, with an excellent location. There are also beach performances in the evenings. The service is good, and it's very close to the night market. It does stay lively and a bit noisy until after midnight, but overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel is really nice and the service is great. The staff was really thoughtful and available. We had a problem with electricity in the room, after reporting it to the reception a technician was at the room in the time it took me to get back to the room. The villa pool is great. Just the right size. The bed was really comfy.

Poppies was the last stop on our honeymoon and a great choice for it. The site is right on the water, so you get to eat/drink at the restaurant or bar (or on the beach chairs) watching the ocean. Depends what you are looking for in a beach resort of this price range. Pros: clean, air con powerful and cool, strong water pressure and water heats fast. The hotel has seen better days. Facilties are old but works. Expect basic and you're fine. My major gripe is that I paid for a seaview room but I was allocated a room on level 3 with seaview barley in sight blocked by trees and building. Unless you're assigned a room on level 4 (the highest), I think it's not worth paying a premium for seaview.

Wow a perfect resort for relaxing and quietness. We had a lovely garden bugalow which was perfect 🤩. All staff friendly and cheerful. Bed very comfy slept well. Balcony area was a good size. Cleaning is daily. The pool is also cleaned daily. There's security on site, and no one is allowed in. It's perfectly quiet and peaceful. The beach is a one-minute walk away.

It's a good hotel for the price! The room that we got was very big when you compare to other hotels in that price range! The only thing we dindt like is that the hotel is quite noisy and you can hear other guests. But over all good hotel!

The room is spacious and has a great location. It is facing to Chaweng lake and the back to the heart of Chaweng. You can walk to Central Department Store and there are plenty of restaurants near by.

The room is very large everything is perfect except the AC in the room it's was so noise.
