I did love everything! Delicious breakfast with Thai food even! Thai restaurants around and markets. The resort also helps with fun activities A lovely greengrocer selling fresh fruit and delicious fresh smoothies is really close. Malls and other stores are easy to reach thanks to cheap local cabs. Excellent accommodation just what you needed, clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful. Palm trees and away from too much nightlife but near enough 30mins walk to arc bar. This is a budget hotel that is connected to a good hotel across the street. Therefore, all the benefits of a non-budget hotel are available across the road - a good beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, breakfasts with a gorgeous view. The most annoying experience was at the restaurant though, sat there the entire morning with no staff on duty (they were basically closed all morning) and there were advertisements for breakfast being served “now”. My friend was very satisfied! The lobby is rustic and grand, and check-in was a breeze. It's a bit of a shame there aren't any convenience stores nearby, but the surroundings are really nice. Oh, and there were quite a few mosquitoes outside.

This is already my third time staying at this hotel. It has a great location and is also very clean. A good hotel right in the centre of Chaweng beach, there’s a lot of bars around and can get noisy but we had a room at the back near the pool and couldn’t hear anything from outside at night. The hotel was clean and had lots of good restaurants just along the street so was perfect for us

Overall, it was pretty good, especially since it shares the same beach as the W. You can even walk right over from the beach. The only downside is that the ocean-view rooms barely offer a glimpse of the sea, which makes them not really worth the extra cost.

We had a great time at this hotel, quiet, away from noisy markets and pubs, the room was lovely and big. We stayed in a private bungalow and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the beautiful views from the terrace, and the well-thought-out interior design. They have their own private beach, a massage service with sea views, a varied breakfast spread, a swimming pool, and sun loungers with umbrellas and towels. We even saw squirrels running around the grounds!

Ordered online the 2 bdrm, plunge pool room for one night. The beds were soft and pillows great. The “master” room had an in ground bathtub (that took a long time to fill but was amazing). We had an amazing stay at the Briza. The location was great. Just slightly outside of the main town to be quiet but close enough to walk down to all the restaurants etc. The staff were fantastic. Everywhere around the property there are stairs, which can be a bit uncomfortable. I would not recommend it for older couples because of this. On the positive side, the service is excellent and the rooms are very spacious. The main downside is with the pool area—the lounge chairs are not placed right by the pool, and you need to go up and down some stairs to reach them, which is inconvenient.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Nicki Beach. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and the TV had Netflix and other international programs. My only downfall was the location it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere and my only wish would be that the shuttle service that they operate once a day would run more regularly so you have the opportunity to visit other places on the island.

The hotel is nice but not that modern, as some other hotels at this place. Nevertheless the area looks well maintained. We were there during low season and it was super quiet and relaxed. The rooms are clean and spacious! Everything you need. We didn‘t used the pool and went to the beach, which is 5 min walk. I appreciated the Location within Lamai Beach.

An ok hotel, but a bit tired. Lamai beach is lovely and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the town center.

The location was perfect! We especially loved the beach, as it felt secluded and private. The pool area was nice, a little dated in terms of outdoor furniture, however the pool was great. Not crowded & we pretty much had the pool to ourselves all the time. The breakfast was ok, perhaps more options for vegetarians, maybe have some cheese, but overall not too bad. One day, when I finished my tour ,there is mo water in my bathroom,and every day the water in my bethroom is so no powerful 🥲🥲

Great view of the beach and pool from my balcony. It was a bargain to have got this place for the amount of money paid. The breakfast provided was to a quality standard 🤌. The view from the breakfast lounge is so unreal. You can get a great sunset view from their private beach!

Hotel is close to the beach, though not a perfect beachfront. Breakfast is average, but the staff are friendly. Overall, you get what you pay for. It would be great if the hotel could improve breakfast variety and check the bathroom water pressure.
