We stayed in a private bungalow and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the beautiful views from the terrace, and the well-thought-out interior design. They have their own private beach, a massage service with sea views, a varied breakfast spread, a swimming pool, and sun loungers with umbrellas and towels. We even saw squirrels running around the grounds!

The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, giving the impression of a very talented gardener. However, it also feels like the hotel has a very poor plumber, as all the fixtures are falling apart. I didn't like the pool; it was dirty. I hope they clean it soon. The location is not great; there's nothing nearby unless you're comfortable getting around by scooter. Its very near the pier, convenient for me to head to Koh Tao via morning ferry. Room is clean and staff are friendly. There is no lift.

Excellent location that is less than 10minute walk to the beach. We booked the double room and left it a bit late so the accommodation in Samui was expensive but this was on the cheaper end so I wasn't expecting much to be honest. It totally exceeded my expectations. It has a porch and swimming pool and is lovely and quiet but still in the town. The most important thing for me was it was clean.

Really great guesthouse, during June no too much customer so it was really quiet, pool was clean and warm, actually it get clean everyday same for the garden which is really nice. The room are spacious enough, bathroom is huge and it's always cool to have a kitchen with fridge, microwave and boiler. Staff is really nice and helpful.

There is a bar district nearby that plays music until around 3am and the noise level is high when there are live performances. The pool is large enough for splashing around in the water. Hotel is in an ideal location for all local hotspots, the night can be loud but is to be expected and worth the location

Location is excellent. You can enjoy night life if you stay here. However you can’t sleep because of loude music. Hotel stuffs are very friendly.

Again a wonderful stay at Chaweng Buri. Themajaren older resort in the center of Chaweng right on the beach. Villas are in a peaceful green garden. Sun bed on the beach can use new mattresses and the resort should get more and new beach umbrellas! Service at the beach bar is very slow so have some patience. This hotel was amazing, offering a very calm and pleasant environment. It is close to the beach, with a pool near the sea and sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The hotel facilities are complete, though the beachfront suites are a better option. I visited here with my wife and my 5-year-old daughter, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for children as well. I highly recommend it to everyone

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Sea, particularly in a beachfront bungalow. Lamai beach is beautiful, clean, and relaxed. The resort is walkable to many restaurants, massage places, shops, and more, but is set away from the main road allowing it to be peaceful and quiet. Really nice hotel with great rooms and nice staff. Nice pool, the breakfast is really good and the view from the restaurant 5 meters from the ocean is 5 stars! Only bad thing to say about the hotel is that you need to take a cap like 15-45 min if you want to get to the Fisherman market og see other “known beaches” on the Island.

We didn’t stay here but came for the beginners Muay Thai lesson. Place is great and has a super nice vibe. The class was excellent and would recommend to anyone wanting to give it a go ! Great place! Totally LOVED the pool, so deep and clean. The rooms were big and beautiful and the whole apartment was nice designed. Friendly staff, good place with 10 minutes walk to the beach and a lot of markets with fresh fruits etc. It is a temple up on the hill where there is dogs otherwise ok, the neighbour also has a dog but it is not a problem. We spent an amazing week over the Songkran Holiday here with several friends. The owner was really helpful and took care of everything we asked of him. We stayed with our daughter for 10 days for her 21st birthday in a two bedroom villa with a plunge pool . The views were magnificent. We had a huge double bed  (which was very comfortable) and my daughter had two single beds in her room.  We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, the reception staff were lovely, the cleaners all very helpful and the location was perfect. Ordered online the 2 bdrm, plunge pool room for one night. The beds were soft and pillows great. The “master” room had an in ground bathtub (that took a long time to fill but was amazing). We had an amazing stay at the Briza. The location was great. Just slightly outside of the main town to be quiet but close enough to walk down to all the restaurants etc. The staff were fantastic. Everywhere around the property there are stairs, which can be a bit uncomfortable. I would not recommend it for older couples because of this. On the positive side, the service is excellent and the rooms are very spacious. The main downside is with the pool area—the lounge chairs are not placed right by the pool, and you need to go up and down some stairs to reach them, which is inconvenient.

Stayed for 7 nights early September, weather superb! Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem for them and no issues checking in and out. Mr Chow is a good fella! Chi Samui is just perfect. The stuff is incredibly friendly, the room was clean and modern, the pool area is just as beautiful as on the pictures and the breakfast has everything to offer. The location is really nice if you like it a little bit more quiet. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and you have a lot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and in comparison to a lot of places on Samui fairly priced. We would definitely come back!

PERFECT! Localized 200m from beach which you can reach by walk throught another resort in 5 minutes. Our apartman was clean and without any problems. Bit outdated and could use maintenance more

Excellent hotel. Very good location in a non-busy part of Lamai. Beach 5 minutes. Restaurants 2 minutes. Supermarket 10 minutes. Club life of the beach - 15 minutes. Very pleasant hosts. Cleaning every day. The villa is very comfortable and large. I highly recommend to visit if you do not need nightlife, but you just want to relax with comfort.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Nicki Beach. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and the TV had Netflix and other international programs. My only downfall was the location it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere and my only wish would be that the shuttle service that they operate once a day would run more regularly so you have the opportunity to visit other places on the island.

Baan Pitcha was amazing. First off, the staff is incredibly kind. We arrived at 9am after 12+ hours of travel on the date of our check in. The cliffside hotel had beautiful views, but unfortunately, it only had one infinity pool. The beach was a walk from another resort, and besides the pool, there wasn't much to offer. The rooms were old and dilapidated, the lighting was dim, and there were many steps, causing me to fall and injure myself repeatedly. The staff, however, were all very friendly and provided excellent service.

The facilities are a bit dated, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold. You'll need a scooter to get around the area, or you can order a Grab and Bolt.

I think this hotel offers great value for money in Koh Samui. It's a bit secluded, but the sea view is absolutely stunning. The staff are incredibly friendly too. There aren't many Chinese guests here; it's mostly Westerners.

A wonderful hotel for those who enjoy seclusion, peace, and quiet. Excellent breakfasts and a fantastic spa. The staff is very friendly. We were very satisfied! Thank you for the comfort and a wonderful stay!

The resort has a beautiful vibe and the views are stunning. It looks like it’s in need of some good cleaning and maintenance, apparently it’s an older resort that got taken over by a new company last year, so maybe they need some more time.
