Generally we really enjoyed our stay. There are only 2 things that weren’t good. 1. The sound isolation. On our last day the people above us decided to drink and listen to loud music. This is a very good 3-star hotel right on the beach in Lamai. I stayed in a hotel room for two weeks during early October, which low season. It was quiet when I was there, but it will probably be loud during peak season. The rooms are simple, but clean and well taken care of. The staff is very helpful and nice. It is not fancy, but good for what it is.

Good budget accommodation in the center of Lamai, the structure is a bit dated but the rooms are large with air conditioning, fridge, kettle, TV, close to all amenities. The room was clean and tidy. Sleeping was also peaceful.

not the young girls or for families the lady was quite rude and couldn't find our reservation, so she hadn't made a room ready for us. she didn't speak english. there was a invasion of small bugs in the bathroom, so we didn't really wanted to go in there. it was close to the beach and the area was for bar and "massages", so there was soooo many western men in the area

A nice resort at its peak, but now quite run down and old. Had some issues with water in the shower and the walls and furniture show a lot of wear. Could not find a hairdryer either. For the price, Chaweng Resort is the best in Chaweng beach north side. My stay took place during a period of very low occupancy, so some hotel services were not working, such as beach facilities, or working with limitations such as the restaurant/bar. As for the location, the hotel, both in terms of Beach road or the beach itself, for me it is the best one. Certainly I would stay there once again...

When we reached the hotel was surprised that the place was under extensive renovations which was not stated! We found out that it would be at least 6 months or till early 2024 due completion. Location wise it's a stone throw away from the Hinta and Hinyaa rocks formations.

The location is very good. But the room is very dirty and quite scary. The booking management is out of order. Employees do not care as they should. Many things are rusty and the water doesn't flow. The restaurant is not very clean.

Sudden recovery plan causes problems with another property. Nice, modern room, equipped with everything, the only flaw is the noisy air conditioning. I read about mouse droppings on the stovetop, since it's an island and the kitchen is outdoors, let's say there's a risk, but it didn't happen to us! We only had breakfast and everything was fine! We really liked our stay in Blue Orchid, the staff was very very friendly and always here to help. The only negative thing was that it's right beside a construction and it gets very loud in the morning, so you'll wake up pretty early. The Vilal was clean and we had cleaning swrvice every day. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get around. The front desk service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. Its only real purpose is to sleep the night before an early flight out of Samui Airport. For that purpose it’s fine. It’s also close to Chaweng beach and Samui Central which is handy. It’s cheap, functional, AC works, small rusty balcony, no elevator so stay on ground floor.

As we arrived too late, we have to book here,but the facilities are extremely rudimentary. The hygiene conditions are just so-so. they have no elevators and hair dryer. The staff service was good.

It was easily accessible. However it is ideal for just spending the night and putting your belongings. The water pressure of shower head was very low. It was difficult to take a shower.

Absolutely loved Bo Phut Resort and Spa. Stayed here for 5 nights in August 2025. The resort grounds and buildings are beautiful and very well maintained. My room, a Garden Villa was very generously sized and great facilities with a huge bathroom, sitting area and an amazingly comfortable bed. Lots of power points too which is always appreciated. Not bad. A little run down but for most part it does it's job for the price point. Make sure to bring your own slippers and utensils like toothbrush, etc as they don't provide that to you. After 8pm you have to go through backdoor. If you have to check out early, you give your room key to security guard

The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were always available, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The room itself was comfortable, featuring a good bed, effective air conditioning, and a pleasant balcony. One downside was the small bathroom. The bathtub used as a shower was quite cramped, the water pressure was low, and showering was not very comfortable.

I visited in early December for 8 days, and all of them were wonderful (there was only one rainy day, but that's more of a plus). The staff were all incredibly friendly; I personally became friends with everyone. The room had a pool, which was just amazing. There's a large, green area with palm trees. The breakfast was good. I recommend it for getting away from the hustle and bustle.

This is a great resort despite been quite out of the way from everything (free one way shuttle service daily at 10am & 5pm, but book in advance because people tend to get rude and pushy when trying to board).
