Excellent location, comfortable bed, but very dated furniture and amenities. There’s a lot of potential here, and in the off-season the price is definitely very reasonable. I would stay again if the price is right, and if the price was too inflated, I would look elsewhere. However, keep in mind that it is still very close to everything, but it is in a very quiet location. 

The resort is clean and cozy. The staffs are mostly friendly and approachable. I believe it’s the best location for me as I can go to the beach on one end and the other end I can go straight easily to the Mall. Location is quite convenient and it was not hard to get a grab at all. Breakfast selection was great with a great view.

The Staffs are very nice but the room is quite old, has a lot of mosquito and dust.

Water pressure of the bathing tape is not strong, breakfast is good but if the dishes can change a little bite everyday may be more attractive to the hotel guest!

A decent hotel for the price. We stayed in a standalone villa, and the room felt quite dated. While the original concept seemed good, it's clear that there hasn't been enough effort put into maintaining the infrastructure to an acceptable standard. It was a bit dirty, and the breakfasts were quite basic. On the plus side, the beach is absolutely excellent – no complaints there.

A little out of the main area of Lamai, but still good accommodation, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly, special mention to the pool bar staff, who were wonderful to us during our stay, making sure we were always had cold drinks on hand. This is a good hotel with three buildings and its own cozy courtyard. It has a nice, small pool, and there's also a large parking lot for motorbikes and cars. Plenty of cafes and shops are within walking distance, and it's not far from the sea. Breakfast isn't included, but it's not really needed.

The hotel is about a kilometer from Lamai Beach. Right outside, you'll find Lamai Market, a pharmacy, restaurants, and massage places – it's incredibly convenient. The balcony in the room was quite spacious, perfect for lounging comfortably.

A bit pricier than the kind of places I normally stay, but totally worth it. Close to the beach and the night market but secluded and quite quiet, it's the perfect place to stay. They bring you new water everyday and the swimming pool is a great place to cool off.

We stayed here for 7 days at the end of January 2026. We received an upgrade to a beach bungalow with a direct view of the beach. What more could you ask for? Good hotel, excellent location. Hotel buidling itself is a bit old, AC is very cold and strong in the rooms. The beach was very bad for swimming at the time we visited the hotel. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Overall, a good stay.

The service was ravishing. Because of an issue with our standard room, they upgraded us to a villa. They also did their best to prepare some surprises for my girlfriend’s birthday. Overall, a very nice and memorable stay.

I had a great time staying there. The hotel was not very new, but very cozy. The rooms were built along the hill slope but they provided a golf cart service. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel has a surprisingly good location, nestled on a quiet, tree-lined hill. However, the building itself is quite old, and the air conditioning isn't very strong. The staff provides good service, but you'll need to communicate in English as most of them are foreign workers.

It's unfinished at the moment but I think this is reflected in the price. After it's finished, I'd imagine it will cost 4-5x more. It's missing a lot of the normal services that some people use and expect, however it doesn't bother me at all. We stayed 14 nights here and absolutely loved the hotel and its location. Every single staff member is amazing and full of smiles, no matter what was needed. Nicely appointed and well laid out resort right on Lamai Beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and they mix great drinks at the resort as well as have a nice restaurant. There is also a sister resort on close by that can be utilized.

The hotel is on the 1st line, the sea is a minute away. There is a cafe, money exchange, travel agencies, laundry, bike rental, massage parlor nearby. The room is cleaned every day, I recommend the bungalow, the breakfasts are good. Of the minuses, the air conditioner is very noisy, there is no safe, hair dryer.
