The hotel is a few steps from the white sandy Chaweng beach. It offers special accommodation for honeymooners and comfortable rooms for other clients. The restaurant serves international cuisine accompanied by live music.

Location: 5 km from the local airport of Koh Samui, in the North-East of Samui, the Chaweng beach, in the centre of Chaweng beach.
Consists of one 4-storey building.
Only 63 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 300 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs - for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Let’s see, let’s see.
I was pleasantly surprised to see them testing the pool with a pool kit while I was enjoying breakfast one day!
The rooms are REALLY clean and it’s quite affordable to stay there for a week, as I did!
There is a slight issue with ants in the bathroom but of all the pests, that’s not such a big deal.
They supply a blue loaner beach towel, which I think is nice. It is to be checked out and returned.
If you rent a scooter, they have a garage below to park in free of charge!!
Almost everyone speaks fluent English so they can help you navigate the island.
The only negative thing I have to say is that one day after an excursion, I came back with take away food and asked for silverware. The youngest girl that works there took one look at me and said, “But are you a guest?” Then one of the women my age said something to her in Thai and she promptly apologized. She explained that she had been off for a few days and didn’t recognize me.
One thing you can’t avoid in Thailand is the racism. But of all the hotels between Bangkok and Koh Samui, this establishment was the most tolerable as far as discrimination.

Beautiful Hotel, friendly staff, you can walk to everything. It's clean and a friendly place. Beach is close by a walk away. You have to try this Hotel I would recommend it to everyone.

Lefts much to be desired. I would personally recommend one to find another place to spend time and money. Not at this hotel.
Audibility in the rooms is awful, you hear literally everything in the neighbors room.
Towels were a bit yellowish. Breakfast is just a word - not worth a visit.
Overall - suitable for short time.
Otherwise look for something else.

Unfortunately our stay was impacted by a significant ant problem. There were ants throughout the room, including on surfaces and near the bed. We informed staff, but it remained an issue during our stay. The location was good, but cleanliness needs improvement

I've just checked in, for 10 days. I will have no rest. It's on the main street filled with pubs and bars competing for clientele, loud music accompanied by the noise of motor bikes and cars.
You only get one card per room for a family.
The Television is old analogue set. No casting or Video streaming apps, so you can't even drown out the outside with a good movie or series.
I'm dreading my stay! And will post a update soon.
I must say staff are helpful. The hotel looks modern but needs a few upgrades like smart TV’s in rooms and bathroom showers. Also maybe allow the air conditioner to run while you’re out. Coming back to a hot room is not pleasant. (All the power in the room is controlled by your access card. There’s only power when the RFID card is inserted in the slot. The hotel is clean well and managed.

Besides all my reservations about noise it really wasn’t too bad. Some nights were noisier than others but you get used and adapt to it quit fast.

You only get one card per room for a family.

Overall great stay at Best Western Chaweng. Best Service by overall Team and Best Support by Kitchen Staff (to provide Vegetarian food for my family). Location is also on the main street. Really enjoyed my stay here.
Rooms here are little smaller since there is no Balcony and poor view from windows. This was annoying part of you are staying in the room during day time. No place to hang your wet clothes when you coming from beach.
Also this Hotel doesn't have direct access to the beach. One has to go to Combo Resort (nearby property) where there is a way to enter to their beach area. Chaweng Beach (Public) is little away from this property. This may not be a big concern as you will be going to many other beaches in Samui.

Great staff so friendly and helpful. Very clean. The breakfast was amazing with great variety and options. Close enough to the craziness of chewang but far enough to still be quiet.

If you are into the nightlife, then this is a good location. If not, bring earplugs as you can hear the boom boom until 4 am. No hot water half the time...I'm not a cold shower fan so I won't go back. Restaurant is below average.

The door locks kept failing we stayed waiting in front of the door 3 times more than 15 minutes waiting for the « engineer » to come.
If you ask for a second card for the door which normal in most of the hotel, here they ask for a deposit.
The swimming pool is cold and on the day of our arrival they were painting the ceiling with a ladder in the middle of the pool and no protection.
The breakfast is very poor, do not expect anything special.
The only positive point is that the room and the bathroom were clean.

It's a total rehab,great job,plus u stay on the north side of the bldg ,you can see planes come across the hotel
