As you can see from the picture photos the room was absolutely disgusting. There was hair on the cups. There was hair on the bedding’s. I asked them to change the pillow case because it was extremely disgusting and dirty. They came to my room to tell me that they changed it when I left but they didn’t so I took extra pictures to show them that they did not. The bathroom was not convenient because the shower head is right above the toilet with no space to shower. For the price I paid and the level of the hotel did not match at all. Definitely one of the worst hotels and the pictures on the application does not match what the actual hotel looks like. I have travelled to Thailand many times and so disappointed at the quality and the experience of this hotel. They refused to do early check in yet the room was ready and have so many rules but the hotel is so low quality.

My wife and I stayed here in February 2026. The staff were very helpful. We had a late transfer, so they happily stored our luggage for free while we spent our last day at the beach. The hotel is located in the center of Patong, and it's a leisurely 10-minute stroll to the beach. The evening fish market is also just a short walk in the opposite direction. No complaints about the room; it had a fridge, kettle, cups, glasses, etc. They cleaned every other day and brought fresh water daily (two 0.5L bottles). There's a pool at the hotel, but we didn't use it as we came for the sea. Overall, I recommend it.

Walking streetin baslangicina cok yakin. Avmye yakin. Kisacacasi Konum olarak bizce (iki erkek )mukemmel bir yerde. Plajlar yuruyerk 10 dakika. Otelin onundeki bar yola sifir, oturarak etrafi seyredebilirsiniz. Havuzu var ama ufak ,. Gerci bizim girmeye de vaktimiz olmadi.

this was the worst hotel experience i have had in years...poor conditions...photos of hotel do not tell the real story...the staff was over the top rude and i highly recommend all potential customers to look across the street to the Days Inn...far better

The day shift staff are amazing but because of the night shift girl I will never again come this establishment and I am a repeat customer 4 years the slim girl with long hair is rude and arrogant I would rather sleep on the beach then have to deal with her again I am glad that I am leaving today, BECAUSE OF HER I WOULD NOT BOTHER SHE SHOULD NOT WORK IN HOSPITALITY AT ALL !!!!!

- Facilities in the room, complete, except for not the iron to borrow.

- Some receptionists can smile and welcome more. Some staff stand to lick the ice cream and don't care while the customers stand.
- The back door to the balcony has a vulnerability, causing the air to cool slowly.
- The room is quiet, but I requested for a beautiful view but get the view of the building.
- The swimming pool service to be noisy from Arabic peoples and do bad behavior, No one control it.
- In the room there is still a soap of the old customers and there are some things that emerge from the wall.
- A lot of air in the bathroom is dusty.
- The bottom of the pool has a decay, causing me to be injured when going into the pool.
