C & N Hotel - SHA Extra Plus in Patong

I've been a loyal guest at C&N Patong for years, always returning for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and reconsidering my choice of accommodation.

The decline in quality was evident from the moment I arrived. The once-friendly and welcoming staff seemed distant and disinterested, especially the reception team, particularly the night shift staff. Their demeanor was abrupt, bordering on rudeness, both over the phone and in person. The lack of professionalism and poor communication skills made interactions uncomfortable and left a sour taste in my mouth.

It's disheartening to witness such a drastic shift in customer service standards. It's evident that the staff lack proper training in public relations and fail to uphold the standards of hospitality that C&N Patong was once known for. This issue seems to be pervasive, as I've noticed similar complaints in reviews from other guests on platforms like Google.

Adding to the disappointment is the significant increase in the price of the hotel stay. While I understand the impact of post-COVID adjustments, the steep rise in rates coupled with the decline in service quality makes it difficult to justify the expense. Paying a premium for subpar treatment is not something I'm willing to accept.

Overall, my recent stay at C&N Patong was far from the enjoyable experience I had come to expect. The decline in service standards, coupled with the inflated prices, has left me questioning whether I'll return in the future. Unless there are significant improvements in both customer service and pricing, I'll be exploring alternative accommodation options for my next visit to Patong.
