Amazing stay at Neon Patong Hotel!
I had a great stay at Neon Patong Hotel. The location is perfect—close to Patong Beach, restaurants, and nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with good housekeeping every day.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional.
One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar—great vibes, nice views, and a perfect place to chill after a long day. Overall, excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to couples and friends visiting Phuket.

Beautiful place to stay! The location is perfect — central yet peaceful and relaxing at the same time. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The swimming pool is simple but great, with a lovely view to enjoy the sunset.

In the add, it says Mountain View and land mark view . But see our room’s view - very dirty wall view- in the photo. Totally disappointment. Staff told us that it will be in the very good floor. But what should I do with high floor if I am looking to the wall?! Worst room in our Thailand tour.
Not value for money. If you are going to book this hotel, first get their promises that they will give you the room as they advertise.
Note: Although they said they will check the availability for the Mountain View next day, I was totally sick due to poisoning and had no chance to insist and remind their promises later. But I expect to get the room at the beginning, not after I insist.

Well located to Bangla Road but you don’t get the noise.
Staff really friendly and helpful - I kept locking myself out and they helped me instantly.
Get your washing done here - very cheap and all comes back perfect.
Rooms spacious and nice.
Roof pool was perfect with a nice bar and great bar staff 👍👍👍👍

We had the most wonderful stay at Neon Patong! The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything we wanted to see. The rooms were absolutely spot on, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
A special shout-out to Alice for her incredible help and outstanding customer service—you truly made our stay amazing! And thank you to Pete for your great service when we visited the pool. Speaking of the pool, the view from the pool area is simply breathtaking!

Djames Hotel offers a pleasant experience with exceptional service. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, which made our month-long stay very enjoyable. James is an attentive host, always ready to help and make sure his guests feel at home. The location of the hotel is also ideal, close to local amenities and attractions. In summary, this hotel is a great option for those looking for an extended stay with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We even had little souvenirs on the last day. Amine room 205 😁

The hotel is OK but the staff has dishonest manners. We will book another hotel next time to feel comfortable and safe, prefer to pay a few Bath more because in this hotel it can end up being more expensive anyway when paying out the deposit. Embarrassing behavior of the staff on behalf of the hotel, even the hotel manager is involved in corruption. I understand, exhausting covid crisis times, but the honesty and kindness should never die in a hotel.

Great for the price. Has a nice rooftop pool and area to relax in. Rooms were very nice and the shower was great.
