Beachwalk Patong in Patong

I honestly don’t know how this place is still operating. Staying at the Cocoon Hotel APK in Phuket felt less like a vacation and more like a survival challenge.

The room was dirty when I arrived, with mystery stains that I’m still trying to forget. The air conditioner either didn’t work at all or turned the room into an ice cave — there was no in-between. Sleeping was impossible because of constant noise, both from outside and from inside the hotel, including what sounded like furniture being dragged around at 3 a.m.

The bathroom was a disaster. Weak water pressure, questionable cleanliness, and a smell that made me hold my breath every time I went in. Towels looked like they had lived a long, tragic life before reaching my room.

Staff were completely uninterested in helping. Asking a simple question felt like an inconvenience to them, and any problems were met with shrugs rather than solutions. Wi-Fi was advertised but barely worked — if you enjoy staring at a loading screen, this is the place for you.

Location? Unless your idea of paradise is noise, chaos, and zero charm, you’ll be disappointed. I checked out early just to escape.

Save your money, save your sanity, and stay literally anywhere else.

Very bad service from this staff and not cooperative.
Even I ask him to give Manager number and he said he is the boss. Hotel and location is good and even other staff are polite but his attitude is disappointed. Even my friend stay here frequently.
