Very Bad Experience – Do Not Recommend
We had a terrible stay at this hotel. During our entire stay, the room was never properly cleaned even once. Every day I had to personally go and ask for fresh towels because they were not changed. Housekeeping would only leave water bottles outside the room and remove the trash bag — that’s all. No cleaning at all.
The room had a lot of mosquitoes and a bad smell. The bathroom was disgusting and clearly not maintained.
At checkout, things became even worse. There was a small stain on the bedsheet caused by us, which is easily removable, but the hotel staff refused to return our deposit. They claimed the bedsheet was “ruined” and demanded 4,500 baht for it, which is completely unreasonable.
Because of this argument, they delayed our checkout. We had a flight at 11 AM and almost missed it due to their actions. This caused us a lot of stress and panic.
Overall, it was a very bad experience. Poor hygiene, bad service, unfair charges, and extremely unprofessional behavior. We truly hated the stay and would never come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not clean at all. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I found ants in the bed, which is unacceptable. The towels smelled bad and damp.

I booked a one-bedroom unit. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped, but the bathroom was a bit basic. The toilet lid was practically falling off, and the shower pressure was low. The air conditioning, however, worked well. The biggest issue was the poor soundproofing. There were hotel kitchen equipment noises right near the door – whenever they started up, it was incredibly loud and noisy while operating. Being a wooden door, I could also hear motorcycles and cars from the distant road coming into the room. It only quieted down around 3-4 AM, so I didn't get much sleep during my stay.

Check in progress: The worst hotel around phuket. Reception was ****** just because we are not European passport! It’s extremely they was shouted to us! I hope the management will conduct the reception. We came early then the other guest, the reception gave them the room not for us?? And the guy (Indian probably) said check in 2pm?? What about the others has checked in??
Check out progress: we checking out in the same day (6:40pm probably) but the reception is 0 personnel’s of hotelier! No etiquette no emphatic no apologies, he just wanted to argue with the guest which he had the guest in front of him also.
The higher management has to train the staff again how to apologize how to approach the guest.
If there is below 0 number, i might choose that number!!
Local staff the one who help with the luggage he has a good attitude and so polite..

I mean it’s value for money but still the quality of the place is not as I expected. I have stayed far better places in Phuket with the similar price. It was clean but the service and spooky alley way made it worse. Looks like a 3rd grade hotel

On the day I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was completely soaked. When I reached the reception, there was no one there. I asked the people sitting nearby and they told me the reception guy was having dinner. After a while he finally came, without any greeting or welcome.
Two days later at night, I heard various unpleasant noises, shouting, and chaos coming from the neighboring room. A group of people even ran down the hallway and started knocking loudly on my door. I was shocked and couldn’t sleep the whole night. My friend also couldn’t rest at all. The hotel is extremely low-quality. If you want a peaceful and safe sleep, do NOT choose this place.
I also asked the reception guy for a bottle of water, and he rudely told me that water is given “only once per day.” I said I just wanted to make tea, but his response was still very impolite. It felt like the staff acted as if they owned the entire hotel.
When I went for breakfast, almost everything was gone. Large groups of guests had taken huge amounts of food, leaving nothing for others.
I will never come back, and I don’t recommend anyone to stay here.

A great place to have multi cuisine meals in Phuket. Just a 10 min walk inside from the main road opposite the beach but it’s well worth it. The best dish was the fish in chilli sauce. Do try it !!!!
