The room was quite cozy, the beds were like something out of a honeymoon suite, and the entire interior was clean and well-maintained. My only minor complaint was the lack of a chair on the balcony, but overall, everything was spotless. Everything was precise, consistent, and even overly meticulous in some aspects.
The food, especially breakfast, was prepared with such care and heart.
I had paid for a single room for two guests, which included two breakfasts. However, I was staying alone.
At check-in, I asked if I, as a solo guest, could take the second paid breakfast as a takeaway lunchbox. Response #1 was positive.
But the next morning, they refused the second breakfast, stating that they have one 'policy' for everyone: either eat here or bring a friend for breakfast. This was Response #2.
Response #3 (in official email correspondence) stated that the number of breakfasts provided corresponds to the number of registered guests. 🤦♀️
Bottom line: I paid for two, but they only allowed one person to eat. 😂
Interestingly, at my previous hotel, I had a similar situation. I stayed there for 3 days, and they let me eat one breakfast at the hotel and provided the second as a takeaway lunchbox.
Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel 👍
Rooms are small and ours could have been cleaner as there was hairs in it and in the bathroom. No tea or coffee or cups but a kettle is provided. TV signal was bad resulting in poor picture quality. The shower has no screen and gets water absolutely everywhere, including the toilet roll and paper bin.
Breakfast was below average with not a great selection.
Staff are really friendly and helpful.
If you're looking a for a cheap hotel for a night or two to explore phuket its probably a good choice but I definitely wouldn't recommend staying long term.
However, my camera went missing during my stay, and when I needed it to retrieve my luggage, I couldn't find it anywhere. After discovering the camera was missing, I immediately called and returned to the hotel front desk, but they said they hadn't seen it! Even when I checked out 5 minutes later, they still said they hadn't seen my camera. I hope your hotel can investigate the situation with your staff! There was some construction noise at 9 am, but that's not the main problem!
