they're all very positive and friendly and will promptly help you with any questions, especially Nook💗. Definitely the best hotel in Patong; I'll definitely be back.💪
I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is always available for you. There is also a swimming pool at the top of the hotel and you can rent your motorbike here also.

Stayed at Hotel Patong Mention (28th Nov - 1st Dec 2025) with family (parents, brother's family, wife, and kids) for 3 nights. Absolute disaster.
👎 The Smell: Lift, lobby, everywhere - the hotel REEKS. Unbearable.
👎 Rooms: Big but balconies are TINY + literally touch the next building (privacy? nope).
👎 Amenities: No toothbrush, comb, slippers... par for the course for the price but still sad.
👎 Staff Attitude: Toured our non-smoking, quiet family gathering (in my dad's room) telling us to shut up due to "complaints" WITHOUT checking. Noise was actually from another room. RUDENESS.
👎 Tours: Overpriced packages. Buy outside, you'll halve the cost.
👎 Hygiene: Glasses on toilet basin (no tray) → one slipped, broke → they fined me 100฿ for a 5฿ glass!! Ridiculous "policy".
😐 Location: Only plus - near a 7/11.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Overpriced, dirty, rude staff, and petty penalties. My biggest travel mistake.
For context: stayed with parents, brother (+wife+daughter), wife, and daughter. Wouldn't recommend it to my enemy.
Also has a rooftop pool.
The lady at the reception is so cooperative.
We are loving our stay here.
It has a home made Indian veg food restaurant also so nearby that made our stay so comfortable.
Also had a 7/11 just outside the hotel and spa services also.
The motorbike services are also provided by the hotel at a very decent price.
