Great hotel. All the entertainment is nearby, but the hotel itself is a bit off to the side, so the noise isn't too bothersome. Housekeeping every day. The grounds are clean. The room has everything you need.

good location for Bangla road by walk 4mun and Patong beach by walk 7~8min. Room.is clean and hospitality was nice. There was no hair dryer, it was inconvenient after beach and shower. In the night it was quite to get sleep.

The facilities are quite old, probably haven't been renovated in a long time, and there's no hairdryer in the room. It's very close to the Patong bar street, so the motorcycle noise at night is incredibly loud, with people still singing at 5 AM. If you're a light sleeper, definitely avoid this place.

This was a neat little stay not far from bangla road and a lot of other activities. Not far from the beach. The location sits off the main road which is good because it helps to avoid a lot of the noise pollution, peaceful rest and peaceful stays.
The room service was good, but they didn't always change. The sheets in the room, but the bed was comfortable.

Hotel location is the best and not noisy at all, room have water, fridge, I really liked staying here and I will come back again

The location is perfect if you’re someone who enjoys Patong—right next to Bangla Road, yet you can still sleep peacefully without any noise. Personally, I disliked everything else about Patong: overpriced, overcrowded, noisy, and full of all sorts of unpleasant characters from every nationality. The only good thing about Patong was this hotel. The lady at the reception is definitely not rude—she’s an absolute sweetheart. This place is very underrated, and I recommend it to everyone.

Nice place to stay. Individual rooms. Not like a conventional hotel. The lady at the reception was very kind. The room was clean and spotless. Hot water is available 24*7. Nearest to patong beach. Overall a great place in this budget.
