There was no toilet paper in the room. When I asked the staff to bring some, I was told that they were out of stock and could only restock it the next day. Does that mean I wasn’t supposed to use the toilet? The woman at the front desk didn’t seem apologetic at all. If you plan on using the toilet in your room, I would recommend not staying here.

The wall under the window was cracked, the floor was dirty, and no hand soap or face towel was provided. During the shower, water leaked from the glass panel onto the toilet floor. Additionally, the front desk staff was rude during check-in. Overall, poor maintenance and service.

The receptionist was rude during check-in. My hotel room floor was very dirty, and there was a crack in the wall. I don't understand how they receive 4-star reviews; they should be rated as a 2-star hotel.

Fantastic location for exploring Patong a budget-friendly place in a very central Patong location. Friendly, helpful staff Some maintenance issues (aging facilities) overall it was alright helpful staff

Hotel located right in the center of Patong, downstairs you can find literally everything you need for normal functioning - a pharmacy, laundry (very cheap), 7/11, you can get breakfast. The hotel itself has seen its best days and definitely needs renovation, which is visible in the attached photos. I don’t recommend bathing in the pool - the water is not cleaned or filtered, there’s literally sand at the bottom, and sometimes paper wrappers float in it. The staff is very nice and helpful, WiFi works fine considering the tropical conditions.

The location is fine, many restaurants in the area, offering delicious local food and international choices. The famous Patong beach is within walking distance. The hotel people are nice. They cleaned the room everyday. But the hotel facilities are somewhat outdated. There seemed to be no WiFi in the hotel room, only available in the common area, such as the lobby in the ground floor.
