This hotel is great for the price you pay. Rooms are clean and adequately sized. Although the hotel does not have a lift, yet (planned for next year), it is only 3 floors so not a major hassle to walk up and down.
The staff are awesome. Very friendly and efficient at what they do. Hotel location may be on a busy street but its away from the Bangla noise but only a 5min walk away.
Beat feature of the hotel is that is runs the bar 24/7 so you can sit and have a drink any time of the day or night.
Highly recommended.

this hotel is amazing, the staff are fantastic nothing is problem for them, the rooms atre great, 5 mins walk to the nightlife, 1pmin walk to the beach the manager jane will help you with anyting you need, best hotel in patong

This hotel has all the things you need: hot water, good AC, good internet, and a good bed. Also, there’s a proper desk and office chair so that you can get work done. But that’s not why I rated it so highly. It’s the people who work there that make it a wonderful experience. They are all extremely attentive and kind. You’ll see smiles from when you check in until you leave. It has been my best hotel experience in all the years I’ve been coming to Thailand.

I stayed at the Summer breeze last night , I was really impressed the way the staff treated me whilst I was there. They were so friendly, and made me feel so welcome. The food was excellent 👍Well done ladies 🙏

Had a look at the menu and was inspired to take myself in and have a bite to eat. Big selection of meals on offer and various tastes for the individual. I had a great breakfast and filling for the good price. I will be back again for sure and try a few other tasty meals.

Friendly staff, the hotel bar serves good breakfast, other food and drinks next to the lively Soi Sansabai. Rooms are simple and clean.

I didn't stay here but had several late night drinks at the bar which looks onto the street. The staff were very friendly and it was a good place to watch sport on TV, 2 flat screens. It is just on the edge of Bangla Street but not a girl bar though I noticed the rooms are guest friendly, no bar fine. Drink prices are standard Phuket highish, not as high as Bangla though. It looks like a good central place to stay in Patong if you don't want a pool. Shopping centres, 7/11, fast food, slow food, all night drinking are all available in the neighborhood.

A great little hotel/restaurant/bar. Summer Breeze is right in the middle of Patong's most active district with many activities, bars and nightclubs within walking distance as well as being 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel itself is great and staffed by many friendly girls who speak good English. The rooms are basic but have all the amenities you could want and for the price the rooms are a fantastic deal. The associated restaurant and bar downstairs also offers a lot of delicious and cheap food throughout the day which I do recommend. Only minor complaints is that since the hotel is in the busiest part of town it can be pretty loud outside even until the mornings early hours so if you're a particularly light sleeper it could be a problem for you. Also just another thing to note is that the hotel has 4 floors and no lift so expect to have to carry your luggage to and from your room, not really a big deal but worth noting. Overall, I had a fantastic, cheap and comfortable stay in this hotel and I recommend it.
