Very friendly hotel staff, clean room with everything you need. Convenient location near the seafront. Very varied and good breakfast. I can't say anything about the price as it was booked by Viaggi Avventure

Breakfasts are monotonous, but tasty. Cleaning is good, everything is clean. Of the real minuses - through the exhaust fan in the bathroom you can hear everything that is happening in the adjacent room

Beautiful location, amazing hospitality and just $30 per night - a 4 star ranked. The hotel is also in proximity of the corniche, and is surrounded by variety of restaurants and shops of all kinds.

Service is much higher than three stars. They offer to park the car themselves, bring things to the room, are friendly. Knowledge of English is 6 out of 10. The rooms are small, but clean, cozy

As of today, breakfast is not a buffet, everything is taken out. It is enough for an average morning snack

The only small issue i had was the shower wasnt attached to the wall so i had to hold the shower head to shower but ut wasnt a major issue, the warer was powerful and hot. There is coffee and kettle and a fridge to use

I went as a solo traveller, the room was perfect for me. It was very clean, air con worked great. I was super comfortable in the room, i had 2 visits 1 3 night stay and 1 1 night stay

It's a clean room, it's a lively environment due to its spacious location. I can say that the gifts they left in the room really got 10/10 from me. The air conditioner cools it down very well, I loved the breakfast

It has a nice view of sea, and many restaurants around it. But loud music is ON every night in front of the Hotel. That is the most annoying side of Marla. Nearby clubs make very loud noise during the night

One thing I have to add but not directly related with hotel is that there are entertainment places just outside of hotel and it can get quite noisy during sleeping hours

Breakfast is a bit underwhelming but for the room rate it is ok - we went to ACR for breakfast instead. Excellent location! We booked a double, confirmed at check in and still allocated a twin -

Had a decent stay here at Marla with occasional noise from the clubs across the street but overall a good stay. Room is big and the bathroom is good - nice to have a bath and not just a shower

We were at sixth floor windows closed and still had hard times sleeping. If you you don’t mind that, recommended hotel with this price range

Close to everywhere Although the room was narrow, two single beds fit. Comfort was good. I wish there were foreign channels on the TV. Close to Kemeraltı and the beach, prices were reasonable.

Clean room -- hot showers and big sink. Parking is all valet and is completely free. We would call in the morning and they'd have the car ready by the time we were downstairs. Cons -- Wifi definitely needs to improve

All of them are very spacious with bedroom area, desk, couches, fridge and safe. The room is much bigger than you would expect. The TV is part of the mirror which is pretty amazing and very modern

Room card needs to be "validated" every day which takes a minute at reception but is an annoyance. Overall very very pleased with our stay. Will definitely return in the future

One of the best places that you can stay in Izmir. Hotel is newly renovated so the rooms are clean and good. Also the rooms are bigger then I have expected

Nice hotel located in an excellent location aurrounder by restuarants coffee shops and bars in the heart of Alsancak right next to the sea front. Easy access to the tram and ferry or the promenade for walking.

Sığacık is a small place, the distance to everywhere is short, Tepehan Pension is very good in terms of price and performance, we came with question marks when the price was appropriate, but it is a hostel that is far above expectations

Because it's located on a high point, you'll have difficulty getting around if you don't have a car. If you go to Akkum, on the way back, Google Maps navigation tries to direct you to a rocky area, so be careful

From the hill directly opposite Teos Marina, it's a one-minute drive or a 10-15-minute walk. Since there aren't any markets nearby, you should shop before arriving at the hotel

It is located at a very quiet place and Iskele is at a walkable distance. Room has sliver of water view and big for 2 people

My favorite part about staying here was the amazing breakfast every morning! It was delicious. I also enjoyed spending time in the hotels backyard between adventures and sitting among the olive trees and beautiful garden

We stayed there for three days with my family. Kemal and his staff we’re so excellent. We felt like we we’re at home. Rooms are spacious and clean. Backyard is so beautiful and relaxing.

On breakfast you can eat really good, especially if you are eating everything (such as eggs, dairy , like usually in Turkey). And prepared daily in the morning. Garden has place to sit and chill

Rooms are quiet clean and cozy furnished. 5 mins drive to two amazing beaches (akkum and akarca). I would strongly recommend mellow blue and will definitely visit again

Near by you can find everything. This area is touristic, so in this area music is allowed until 1am. With close windows it didn’t really bother us. But it’s about this area in general

Cleaner lady’s was arrived everyday. Very clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioner working well. Very good location, nice food and entertainments around and every where open until late nice and easy walk everywhere

When we gave our keys back we had to wait 7 hours for our next bus to come, and they let us stay in their waiting room the entire time. The lady also noticed we were slightly sick, and brought us warm tea and food

The hotel was dated and very basic. However, the price was very good and we were able to park right in front of the hotel in the city center (where parking is usually scarce).

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The front desk staff was really welcoming and helpful. The location is very convenient, close to public transportation and the city center. It was a great experience for the price.

An okay place, for 1 or 2 days or transiting for few hours. i don't recommend turning on the AC now with the pandemic. most of rooms with no windows. Beware there are no elevators!!! You have to carry your luggage

Cheap price in compare to the area and other hotels around. I don't call it a hotel, it is a stay building or a private guest room with okay facilities. Good for sleep for a night or two.
