Euro Plaza Hotel in Istanbul

Well 2/5 is just for the good location of this hotel .. but everything is bad .. rooms .. food ... toilets. ..

*Bathrooms are so bad. The rooms have few power outlets. The receptionists don't speak any language besides Turkish (their english is so bad).

*Situated in a beautiful, calm, and popular place (close to Taksim, Istiklal avenue and the Galata tower).

Hello, this was the worst hotel we have ever been to. It was bad in every way and left us with bitter memories. The staff are really rude and without personality, with terrible management, the rooms are very dirty, old and dark, the bed is dirty, They don't even clean the room and the bathroom and are very disrespectful to the passengers. Be careful when taking a shower because the water is either cold and icy or it boils, it is not balanced. The refrigerator in the room was broken and did not work. It made a lot of noise in our room, which did not allow us to sleep comfortably. They didn't even allow us to criticize, even the hotel manager said that it is what it is. We were really surprised by this behavior and attitude, paying money to this hotel even for one night is a pity. The internet was terrible and everything was disconnected .A completely normal breakfast, when a dish was empty, they did not refill it. Really, even a score of one is too much for this hotel. The score of this hotel is below zero. It is awful in every way. It is just that it has a good location and that's it.

Horrible place. Dirty rooms, shabby Furniture. Lazy staff.

Dirty, neglected place. Breakfast is a disaster with instant coffee from coffee machine. Hotel bar closed. Hotel restaurant closed.First room we moved in had only one curtain. Second one was missing. We had to change room. Second room had dirty bed lining. We had to complain to change it. Tv didn't work we had to complain once again. Becareful in the shower. It's impossible to set the water temperature. The temperature changes from ice cold to boiling hot.

Personally the hotel was not really nice. We arrived and the reception did not have enough light and the ac was not working (they said they had some issues and will fix it next days). The room was also very dim and the windows were short. For transparence, they really tried to offer me another/better room but i couldn’t stay as it was really warm.

Too bad there isn’t ZERO stars for this hotel, ‘cause it deserves less than 0. The rooms were dirty (especially the floor) the sheet on the bed also. They gave us used toilet paper and they stole my own towel (it was a towel that doesn’t correspond with the towels from the hotel). And the peak of everything is that i got robbed (i suppose, the room-maid stole the money from my suitcase).We contacted the manager, but they said they are not responsible if something is missing from our rooms. So i am asking why do we pay for our stay, if we can’t feel safe in it? I don’t recommend this hotel at all, and please don’t leave your valuable stuff in the room!
