I cancel my reservation and they promised money back within 5 to 7 days and nothing happened also I send more than one message to them no one reply and I did call them to the one who pick the call didn't know English

I can say its a perfect hotel for people who have to spend hours in city and just need a place to rake a shower and rest.
Price is acceptable and location is 15 min to Tersane metro station.

My room was downgraded, I booked for 4 beds and changed into 3 beds, the reception told no more room so I have no choice.. damaged door so no soundproof, difficult to sleep. Could not lock the door from outside, the reception could not speak english

Being next to the highway, there is a lot of noise. wifi is slow, small rooms, and the staff are not as friendly as they should be. I recommend Sahil Butik hotel which is not far from this one.

Nice, rooms small but clean and suitable for sleeping if your at istanbul for work or pluseure, hope that you enjoy your stay overthere as I did.
