Stayed 4 nights in a 5 person room with my friends and the room was good and clean. Breakfast variety was nice and staff were helpful when we needed to book an airport shuttle. For the price, no complaints!

The room is very cramped. When booking two different beds, in fact they provided two pushed together beds and it was not possible to move them apart because of the distance. The hotel was simple, but clean and well located, with a very friendly and attentive staff. However, the reservation stated it was all-inclusive, but in reality it was only half-board, with breakfast and dinner.

Plenty of shops nearby. The best thing for me are the staff, especially the cook named Jamal as well as the receptionist named Bashri.

The staff is fantastic, they helped us with useful tips about places to visit and transportation in the city, and they speak English. The location is easy to find, close to the best tourist spots and near the metro. The breakfast is substantial and will sustain you all morning. I recommend the place.

The mosque has one of the old ottoman architecture located in Laleli, packed with many hotels and markets. A calm place and divine spot in Fatih street. An exceptional mosque to visit.

The toilet is in a separate room; most of the room is dedicated to the toilet. The design is flawed; it's not soundproof. It's conveniently located next to the subway.

It's ok, we arrived at 2.20pm and had to wait till 3pm before our room was ready which was annoying. Great location for the metro to SAW airport and then getting into the city. Wouldn't want to spend more then 1 night

We've stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The location is perfect, 5 minutes to Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia, 25 minutes by feet to Eminonu and Galata bridge. Cagri Hotel is in the best location, so you can walk to Grand Bazar and Sultan Ahmet easily. Also, it has the best view of sea. The staff are so friendly and helpful. A hotel with an absolutely perfect location in the heart of the old city and wonderful staff that provide great service and speak fluent English. The room was quite small but very clean and cosy. We had such a big problem with our reservation in this hotel, they didn't have room for us even if I checked twice with owner through messeges by booking site, so they put us in some dirty motel nearby, the door was broken and we didn't feel safe there. When they finaly had free room for us, the insisted that we pay in cash instead with card and comunication was very hard because nobody speak english...

I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff was great! Especially Mr. Abduallah. He was very kind and welcoming. Helped us a lot with everything we needed. The room was cleaned almost everyday. And if not, you could ask the cleaning lady to do it. The location of the hotel was definitely nice, because it was close to most places. There is a ticket seller after "KamilKoç" that sells plane and bus tickets, never ever ask them to buy a ticket, they are irresponsible for the wrong tickets they buy, and you have to pay for the compensation. Good location. Air conditioning worked. They are not always cleaned and not very good. Bad, weak internet. Not enough cutlery and chairs (there were four of us). There are not enough shelves and hangers in the bathroom, the shower mount was broken, but this is not critical. In general, everything was fine with us, but do not expect too much from this place.

This hotel is at a main location i.e İstiklal Street, so you can reach Taksim in just 4-5 mint walks. But the bad thing is there are many hotel and club near to it so there is too much noise which last long around 4am in the morning. This hotel is an economical so its rooms are also as per its price. They don't offer breakfast as i said it's economical.
