This is without doubt one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Calling this property a 5-star hotel is completely misleading and borderline dishonest. In reality, it barely meets 1-star standards, if that.
Service:
Service was non-existent. Staff appeared uninterested, untrained, and completely unwilling to help. Requests were ignored, problems were dismissed, and basic guest courtesy was absent. Service level: 0/10.
Cleanliness:
The cleanliness was disgusting. Rooms were poorly cleaned, unhygienic, and clearly neglected. This hotel fails even the most basic standards of hygiene. Staying here felt uncomfortable and unacceptable.
Management:
Management was useless. Complaints were met with excuses, attitude, or complete indifference. There was no effort to resolve issues, no accountability, and no professionalism. Management support: 0/10.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was pathetic. Extremely limited options, poor quality food, and no variety whatsoever. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one falsely advertising itself as luxury.
Overall Experience:
Everything about this hotel was a failure — service, cleanliness, management, and food. The entire stay felt like a waste of money and time. This hotel should stop advertising itself as a 5-star property because it does not meet even the minimum expectations of hospitality.
I strongly warn others not to stay here. There are far better hotels at lower prices. Until major changes are made, this place does not deserve anything above 1 star.

Actually I take this hotel for location .the location is good . Before this hotel I stayed in Ramada plaza near to this hotel . I wanted to save a bit and chose this hotel with 20% off. It was not mentioned at all when booking that the Comfort Room was so small and dirty and had nothing to do with a five-star hotel, neither in terms of service nor in terms of attitude. After cleaning, the trash can was full. The bathroom was not cleaned. They also asked for 30 euros to change the room, which was the same price as the previous hotel room and was not worth it at all. Please note that the Comfort Rooms are not in the main building.

It is a nice place to stay, the staff are very helpful. However, the bed and cushions weren't that comfy. According to the upgrade we have done, the minimum should have a comfy bed.

Everything was OK except rooms not being properly identified as with the amenities within a room,we been put in a room( Comfort Room) i can say is not fit for a couple, small and not suitable for a holiday stay, apart from that I cannot fault anything else, just one more thing i have to praise restaurant stuff for being polite and precise about service..
