We had a wonderful stay at Troya Hotel Istanbul! The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful — especially Sami, who made our experience even better with his kindness and professionalism. The hotel is very customer-friendly, offers fast service, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

HORRIBLE!!!! Please don’t stay in this hotel and waste your hard earned money.I just checked out from this hotel today. It was worst experience ever. Old toiletry. Worst breakfast and i mean it, nothing much to eat same food every day and insects in porridge i swear.
They just have a good view from breakfast floor that’s the only reason people attract towards this hotel. They literally put tap water in our room for drinking . When we asked for mineral water they gave us but did not mentioned anything as we were leaving they charged us for that and keep arguing and misbehaved too. This was our first time visiting this hotel but never again.

Great location, excellent service, but unfortunately, it's noisy; there are discos everywhere, plus the room is smoky no matter whether the window is open or not. We stayed with family and had to move after one night.

We came as a family and had a wonderful week at the Troya hotel.
The hotel is in a great location
As for the staff, whether it was the receptionists, the housekeeping staff, or the breakfast/dinner servers, they were all very attentive and welcoming, ready to respond to our every need.
The rooftop is a real delight, whether for breakfast or an evening meal or drink.
The room was very good, as was the breakfast buffet.
I highly recommend this place

It's in close vicinity of places we wanted to see, visit and close to public transportation.
Lots of restaurants and cafe/bars around. We loved the terrace restaurant Süreyya.
Süreyya has live music a few nights a week. We loved the experience.

Very nice hotel with strategic location in Taksim.
I stayed with my family for a week and had a great experience.
The rooms are clean, the gym is pleasant, the rooftop restaurant has a breathtaking view of Istanbul.
The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. I gave 4 stars as a rating but I would like to add another star especially in honor of Mr. Zaynel who works at reception and who was very human, always available, cheerful and dedicated. it is by far the best meeting we had with my family during our stay in Türkiye !

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
