This hotel advertise wheelchair accessible rooms there was no wheelchair accessible rooms. The hotel was dirty. The rooms were dirty. The facilities were Tiny in the room. The bathroom was not accessible for wheelchairs and we saw three rooms.

The rooms were too small for the price. The location is very family friendly. Service and breakfast were decent.

Most beautiful hotel in the heart of Fatih, within walking distance from Fatih Masjid. Staying in a spacious room with great view over Yesil Park and beyond. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. And the roof top terrace is an amazing surprise!

Staff are really friendly and helpful.
Rooms smell of cigarette smoke, lack ventilation, small outdated and grubby. No tea/coffee facilities but if you ask they'll give you them. Beds were not clean, I found hairs and my sons pillow had a finger/toe nail on it and mine had some sort of what looked like an apple pip or animal dropping. Walls are paper thin, I sneezed in the bathroom and the man next door in the shower started calling out.
Shower spills water over the floor. I wouldn't stay again, we only lasted 2 nights.

AVOID! Do not stay here or you will be ripped off. Booked and paid in advance with expedia and the hotel manager demanded more money for false reasons (Price increase, Xmas, currency) He was aggressive and threatening. Currently with 3 other guests in same situation waiting for the police.

Very clean and comfortable budget hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. The free buffet breakfast was excellent, a good selection of Turkish breakfast.

Note: the basic room is small, so it is best to book the bigger rooms.

Ada (The customer service receptionist) was rude, loud, and terrible)
In addition, the walls were paper thin between rooms. You hear every word, every sound the person in the next room makes (including using the bathroom, cleaning his nose, or talking to someone next to him. Last, every time someone in the room above me took a shower, it rained into my shower. So basically, i was showering in someone else's dirty water and filth.
I have to mention that housekeeper (Khadija) and the overnight clerk were wonderful. They tried to make make my stay as tolerable as possible.
I would never recommend this so called hotel to any one.

I booked this hotel and arrived at night only to find that no one was there. I tried to call, but I discovered that I had been scammed — my money and the booking were gone. I was left standing on the street for an hour, and then I had to book another hotel and pay again.

My first time in Istanbul. Booked this Hotel and was pretty worried to be honest as to what it would be like. It is honestly a lovely hotel. Extremely clean and staff are very, very helpful. If you need anything they will get it for you. I am so glad to find this place. Had to extend my stay a few times for certain reason but always helped me to keep same room. If you want a great hotel with great staff. This is it. One hundred per cent recommend

The room was clean. The weathe was cold, but once i got to my room i found the place warm.
Mr. Khalil is very helpful and speaks Arabic and Turkish.
It's very close to bus stations and it only takes you 6-7 min on feet from there to Aksaray Metro station.
It's a safe place to stay in at a cheap price compared to the value.

Worst Hotel Ever
From man who looked like the owner to reception.
Rooms were dirty, no pillow covers, no duvet covers, only 2 towels in a 3 sleeper room, provided kettle but nothing else, bathroom was filthy, need to shower with sandles that filthy, hand shower was broken.
Room was not cleaned for the 4 days were there.
Please make sure you get the price in writing when you check in because in the end they ask for more.
I will never stay here nor recommend it to anyone else
