My sister and I was assigned a 2 bedroom apartment it actually fit for up to 4 people. The unit is spacious for sure, equipped with washing machine, stove, fridge, dining table. It's great for family. The only thing need attention is the cigarette smell in the bedroom. Some of the people in my group tour mentioned the same thing about the cigarette smell. Other than that, it's pretty okay!

From the moment we walked in the room, we immediately knew we made the right choice. All thanks to Elif for taking into consideration details we requested. Our stay felt like home away from home. We enjoyed breakfast, free car parking, gym had the required basics, access to taxi at all times. A definite recommendation for stay either on business or vacation and with family.

I genuinely enjoy the view from my 30th floor room. There is a complicated highway interchange below and watching it is calming. A decent and nice hotel. It's 200 meters from the metro and tram lines. The rooms are nice, well-maintained, and clean. I didn't find much to see in the neighborhood (restaurants, etc.).

Cons: There's no proper desk, so I had to work on the nightstand. The public co-working space was too crowded with 'escorts,' which felt a bit uncomfortable. A very clean and professional hotel with nice view on the busphorus (beach) in the breakfast section. Staff are very welcoming. The location is very nice with decent shops around, but not the best regarding how far from other areas. However, this is only pronounced due to how crowded istanbul is and traffic.

Super beautiful, princess style, and super attentive with the amenities. There are 3 of us and they give us 3 sets of amenities.

The hotel is nice overall. The room we first got was facing the street side and a little noisy. After we requested a change a room to the opposite side, the noise was all gone and quiet. The buffet breakfast was nice. It’s not in the old town area but it’s about 3 minutes walk you can take the tram to the old town. Very convenient

The bathroom quality very bad and old! Disco in the neighbourhood is too noisy late nights! Laundry quality is very bad, destroyed my several expensive clothes! I couldn’t ask claim back because I saw it after I left the hotel! Although reception was helpful, when you ask something!

Nice hotel in a great central location near eateries, bars and sites. Close to good transport links. Room was a bit hot at night and it was noisy with the window open. Shower wasn’t great. The room's view? I'd rate it a zero. There's no view at all, the windows are tiny, and no light gets in because it looks out onto a dark wall.

The hotel's location is decent, but it's not right on the strait; it's behind the Peninsula Hotel, so you don't get a sea view. The rooms are average, and the soundproofing isn't great.
