Approach to the sea and commercial center.

The location near the sea is very comfortable, so you can play by the sea when you go out.Breakfast is very rich.

The Hotel location and team were great however the worst issue that air conditioning unit in the room was no control so we couldn’t sleep well during the three days we stayed. I will never try to book the hotel again.

Very nice hotel clean big room very peaceful. I loved the location because it’s near the airport it’s only 5 min drive. Did not have to go through the city traffic. Also the have this amazing Spa and indoor swimming pool just amazing.

The room was great, with an ocean view. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk service was excellent. Breakfast was decent, enough to fill you up. The only downside is that public transportation isn't very convenient; taking a taxi would be easier for getting around.

The staff is very smiling and we were warm welcomed, thank you. Unfortunately, we were really disapointed of the coffee at the breakfast... It wasn't good at all. Great hotel. Clean and tidy rooms, incredible breakfast. Reasonable price. Only downside is that it’s about an hour’s drive to the city centre where all the major attractions are, so keep that in mind.

The Spa was so bad , very old. Hamam wasn’t working, sauna door was stuck. Showers not clean, dark unpleasant atmosphere. Room was poor as well , lot of ticking noise during night time. Something to do with electricity. Bathroom was smelly from smoking . Breakfast was very poor and location is not interesting at all, but that was not a problem. The location was nice. Hotels were average. Some rooms without a shower just tub with hand shower otherwise beds comfortable. Bathrooms without shower and bathroom were good. We had two rooms based on Turkish airlines business class stopover program. The staff was amazing, attentive and kind. Especially Emre! He treated us like family and was so sweet. Ege checked us in and was also very nice.

I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Grand Tarabya. The room was big enough, luxurious and had amazing Bosporus view. The staff was very polite and helpful. Very close to the airport shuttle bus stop, which was the main reason I chose it. The breakfast was plentiful, but there were quite a lot of people.

Close to the Metro on the Asian side. Only 500 m away it’s the largest bookshop of Istanbul. Don’t miss that. 

Clean, 2 nice pools, exceptional service, delicious breakfast buffet, safe underground parking. We had a few special requests upon check in and they helped us be as comfortable as possible. We were even upgraded to sea view rooms. Such a nice surprise when we walked in. We would come back if we are in Istanbul again.

I stayed at Sheraton Esenyurt and overall the hotel is nice, but I had some issues with the service. Some of the reception staff spoke in an unfriendly or slightly rude way, which was uncomfortable. Lovely hotel for a few days in istanbul. Good location, hygienic, lovely rooms and we enjoyed the pool which was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was very nice and staff were pleasant. The only strange thing which was an inconvenience was there were no hooks in the bathroom or room to hang our things and towels.

very very old facilities but the maintenance is good. You cannot change the mode of the air conditioner. Sometimes there are huge noisy and I have to change my room ....what a pity. The hotel is a bit old, but it's quite clean and the rooms are spacious. There's a subway station right outside the hotel, and they offer free parking.

The hotel was nice, breakfast had some nice options but there was room for improvement. The rooms had a problem with their wifi signals and they charge for delivery to the rooms from their ground floor restaurant. They have a metro close by for access to tourist spots.
