This is my second time staying at this hotel, I like everything. They gave me a nice room with three beds and a great view of the sea and mountains. The cleaning is bad - everywhere, the floors are dirty

This is a nice hotel, the location is great, the sea is warm and the beach is just across the street. Food is delicious, a bit repetitive but there is always something for everyone

The price performance of the hotel was good. The beach, which is independent of the hotel, is known as Alanya beach, which is rocky.

Room was comfortable with a southerly aspect and gorgeous sea view, although the neighbours were sometimes noisy at night. Basically, you get what you pay for and in that respect the Sultan should not disappoint

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

I give the hotel a high rating, despite the fact that it is quite modest. We stayed for a week in a standard room with a terrace and a view of the pool

The hygiene in the hotel is excellent, the rooms are cleaned every day, the children's pool, the hotel beach are always tidy, and the employees really take care of it

The employees are friendly, they work quickly, well done! There is no entertainment in the hotel, in the evening they play music by the pool and in the bar, once there was a show in the evening, so young people will be bored

I was worried after reading all the reviews. The food is okay they change few things from the menu but it does get boring. we went to the beach at night and really enjoyed it

Wifi in the hotel costs €2 per day (per room), but since we spent the least amount of time in the room, we bought an internet card from a local operator. The food is solid, but varied

In the room there was water, shampoo and soap, towels, air conditioning, a mini fridge and an old TV, which we did not use

They were spacious and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The hotel also has a pool, spa, fitness center and a pretty nice beach bar

Always got served cold refreshments at the beach bar, which cannot be said about all the hotels in Alanya, all in all a great experience

One of the best Hotels in Alanya. The best one from Tosmur region. Great place for families and young couples. We stayed there for 2 weeks and we had no problems, great staff, great food. Strongly recomand. 👍

The hotel is old and the food is bad. Everyday the same things, nothing to choose. Cleaning is very poor, wi fi is not free. The single advantage is location just near the sea, pools are clean and well designed..

The hotel is facing the sea, which was convenient, but they don't have their own beach so you have to pay, and unfortunately it was quite dirty. If you can, go to Kleopatra Beach instead

There was a small issue with our first room, but after reporting it to the reception, it was quickly resolved — we got a new room with a stunning view of the sea and the castle on the Alanya peninsula

There was no beach bar, which the hotel explained was due to the end of the season, but there were free soft drinks dispensers available, so that made up for it

Staff do speak very good English and are very friendly. The food is plentiful and if there is nothing there you like then there's something wrong with you, I'm a picky eater and there was always something I could eat

I stayed in Alanya at the Grand Okan Hotel. It's a 4-star hotel, and I stayed there for almost a month

The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the sea, and they have everything they need for food: meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables. The staff is fantastic, from the cleaning lady to the manager

f booked this hotel based on internet reviews for 5 nights. at the first i have to say rooms are clean and service is good. staff are friendly and polite. pool and area is a little small but for us was ok

We booked all inclusive and the food was really amazing! The hotel offers also free transfers to and from the private beach that belongs to the hotel (Cleopatra beach nr6), you have a sunbed with matrass and parasol included and in your hotel room you'll also find XXL beach towels, what more can you wish for

We arrived at 5 am and despite this they allowed both breakfast and access to the pool. They even checked us into the room 2 hours earlier. We will definitely stay there again next time

The food could have been better, but what can you expect for a stay that charges 600 eur for 2 people for 7 nights? Alcohol and non alcoholic drinks were awesome, there was a tap beer available from 10 am to 12 am as well as entire pool bar with a range of various drinks included in all inclusive

I stayed here in 2019 and I'll be back! I loved everything! The grounds are large and beautiful, and the sea is right next to me! The rooms are very cozy and cleaned daily! The food is delicious and varied, with a huge selection! A huge thank you to the animation team; they'll never let you get bored! There's something new and interesting every day! I recommend it to everyone!

Jet skis, parasailing is also on the beach there. Generally the hotel is nice and beautiful. Go there now! To Alanya can be reached by bus - 20 minutes drive

There were many places to visit. I especially recommend you to see Sapadere canyon. they hosted people who lost their homes in the earthquake before us

There is a snack bar that makes pancakes during the day for snacks and there is also a Turkish night every Thursday and you can definitely spend a Thursday here and taste good food and you can also experience international cuisine every week

Was not worth that money I spent on that. Wi-Fi in the room was totally crap. Only place to have ok Wi-Fi was in the lobby. Pool is in the shade and water was really cold. I never saw somebody using this pool area

Kleopatra beach is very close, maximum 5 minutes away from the hotel, with fine pebbles, the most beautiful beach in Turkey. An umbrella and 2 sunbeds cost 6 euros at the hotel beach

Great location, everything is near. To the beach is only 3 min walk. Beach chair cost 100 liras, same was the umbrella. Same to the cable car, 3 min walk, witch I really recommend
