The spa is run privately, and I had the best massage and hammam ever. Prices are very competitive with other places nearby. My only complaint was the indoor pool was not heated, as i was looking forward to a swim

Large selection of cold items, and salads, toaster, and some hot food, although no bacon and only boiled eggs. Large private balcony, although you can hear traffic noise

Only thing I will say is that the pool not great - literally doesn't get any sun as right in the middle of the buildings Nice short walk in to town with loads of shops and restaurants to chose from and a proper food supermarket five minutes away

20 minutes from the harbour and 30 minute walk from the cable car and Kleopatra beach. I stayed here in January, so needed heating which was included

You can trust cleaner, if you are brining your own pillow with pillowcase, wise advice dont use White pillowcase, cleaner will mistaken replace fresh, Had deal situation turn out pillowcase was replace and pillow stuff in, as they though it was nick 😄 typical

Plenty of storage space, instant hot water in the shower, hairdryer and tv with good channels. Buffet breakfast which was adequate

We could enjoy the beach, pool, and restaurant in stunning surroundings, and the fact that you can jump into the sea anytime made the experience even better

The staff were incredibly kind, especially the two ladies at the reception who were always helpful and available no matter what we needed. The service from the bartenders was also fantastic – always smiling and welcoming

The location is cool, right near Cleopatra beach and a Migros market , the food is also ok. Some of the staff are great too like for instance the girl from the bar, Bahar

The very arrogant man from the bar is ruining everything. he is rude , unprofessional, you can say hi,how are you. he will never respond and he will treat you with disrespect everytime. as if you did something bad to him

The room was triple (2+1), the desire to get a double bed came true, everything worked well in the room, at first there were some confusion with the air conditioner controls, but when we found out that a Russian-speaking Kyrgyz (a good boy) was working at the reception, this problem went away

We had a very sweet time at ozugur bey with my husband 😍. We went for turkish bath with my husband it was our first time. But it's was super 👌 cool and relaxing

The area around the hotel has many shopping streets, and there's a Migros supermarket conveniently close by

The beach is a leisurely 5-minute walk away, and umbrellas and sun loungers are available. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but we easily found street parking. Breakfast is offered for an additional fee

There were not enough towels for 2 people, not enough toilet paper, the TV was small (not a big problem) with no remote, and the AC couldn’t be adjusted. However, the staff were friendly and helpful

We stayed in Seastar for 6 night. Food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Every evening there were different activities for kids and adults. Women only pool was clean, sea was wonderful

The ladies pool just woooww, i dont know her name but the girl in the pool bar is really really pleasant i really like her, and everyone in this wonderful hotel I will back and I recommend 100%

The people who is working here are very sweet. They always make good energy and are very positive with the people who is coming to their hotel. The girls up in the pool bar are very nice

As for the area, it was very close to the beach, but be careful as we both badly hurt our feet at cleopatra beach as the rocks are very sharp, however the OCCO beach club nearby was amazing and cheap with clean pool water,DJ and sun bed service

Be careful with these places, as they will try to charge you way more than the original price and if you decide you don’t want to buy anything they may start to get aggressive. *photos of beach and beach pool club

The pool was very small and the water stung my partners eyes, not sure why, but not ideal for people who enjoy the pool or kids

It was most likely mistaken as rubbish as it was in a plastic bag however the maid should have been more vigilant and we received no compensation from the hotel and we were told they couldn’t do anything about it

The bar only included a limited selection of alcohol we could have on the all inclusive , everything else was extra, and as for someone who doesn’t like strong spirts or beer, this was quite disappointing

The 2nd beach was fine but was not nearly as popular and was near the party boat docks. There is lots of shops and restaurants around

The pool attendant was also excellent. We're considering coming back next year

Rested with my son in August 2016 in a bungalow. We took a bus from Antalya airport to our hotel for 3 or 3. 5 hours (taking into account the disembarkation of all tourists on the way to their hotels)

The room was lovely and the hotel was right on the beach. The restaurant and the bar were amazing. But the best was the breakfast. Absolutely incredible.

We had a simply fantastic time. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was something new every day. We had fresh eggs prepared daily according to our wishes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Very good! Our favourite hotel! Everything is clean and cosy. Swimming pool is not big and it is in the shade but that was just exellent on the hot day.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. You have everything in walking distance, which is a few meters on the beach. You are in the middle of the centre restaurant area completely full

We arrived a couple of hours early, but checked in immediately after the welcome coffee. Room 702 is on the top floor with views of Alanya Castle from both the balcony and the bed

Smiling and helpful staff, a large track under two trees, in my opinion it is a ficus, although locals say that rubber. Beer and other alcoholic and not so drinks in unlimited quantities. True salty fish is not enough

Arrived with a child of 4 years old, settled in single +1, the room has two beds (quite comfortable), air conditioning and a small refrigerator

She got up from the reception, took us to the restaurant and showed us where everything was. The room was beautiful, big and most importantly clean. As for the food, it was delicious

You can go to the center with buses 1 and 101. All in all, a wonderful experience and friendly people

In our room on the 6th floor traffic noise was audible from early morning until about midnight, but not so much as to affect our sleep. It is possible that rooms at lower floors are noisier

Rooms: very clean, well serviced on a daily basis, well furnished, nothing broken or malfunctioning. Our experience showed that sometimes guests smoke in the rooms despite they shouldn't

Staff: always very very nice Food: all inclusive, very good quality, a lot of choice even towards the end of the meals time. Service and convenience: excellent

After complaining we were given another 2 double rooms which were perfect: no smell of smoke, and we didn't have to move for the whole stay

So pay attention at check in if you have issues with smoke. All or most of the rooms look out to a very busy boulevard

2 liters of water provided daily in the room fridge; beach/swimming pool towels included; multiple daily shuttle to/from the beach (morning, before/after lunch and evening); 2 beds and 1 umbrella per room on the beach

There is also a small swimming pool, which is great if you just want to cool down without going to the beach. The best thing about this hotel is the location

Yes, the hotel is very old and not well-maintained in some parts, but for the cheap price I think it’s acceptable, especially if you only need a place to sleep and plan to spend most of your time outside

The shower only has a curtain (not a real cabin) and the toilet door couldn’t be locked, so the facilities really show their age. There is a balcony, which is nice, but overall the room looks worn out

It’s close to everywhere: Cleopatra Beach, the Teleferik, and Damlataş Cave — all within walking distance. From the bus station (otogar) it’s only about 10 minutes by taxi (around 180 TL)

Good hotel, everything is clean, 1 minute walk to the sea! Good, polite staff! Convenient for guests who are passing through for 1-3 nights. Always good prices!

On the positive side, the bed was still comfortable enough, the staff were very friendly, and housekeeping cleaned the room every day

We had a very good stay at this hotel. Pool is well kept, and we ended up spending more days by the pool than the beach. Super location close to the beach, shops, restaurants, sports bar etc

➕: good location (almost in the center but in mostly quiet area, especially the back rooms are very quiet), mostly very kind staff, nice-furnished rooms, very good choice at breakfast (also scrambled eggs and turkish coffee upon request), nice environment of the area - greenery&flowers, swimming pool, good WiFi ➖: Given the rather exorbitant price (over 90€/night/single room), it is also necessary...

2) Regarding the air conditioning, I said that I could somehow deal with it (by manipulating the device cover), however, that service/inspection would certainly benefit it

I definitely did not say "don't deal with it at all". :) 3) I definitely do not write anywhere that you would FORCE me to use your airport transfer

The transfer that I ultimately chose did not have the option of paying by card, but here it can be accepted due to its significantly lower price

I am only stating that with such a high price, the option of paying by card should be a given

4) Regarding coffee, I only evaluated the coffee options at breakfast (not in the room)

Bella Bravo was amazing, especially with the beautiful view we had right by the beach. The room service was very friendly, and the pool was also nice. I loved that the beach was just across the street

Fantastic Hotel - We have used this hotel for about 5 years. I can´t recognize when people complaints about the cleaning. We have always had the best service from everyone. I can only give this hotel all the best

It just beed more guest to do big maintes. But the atmosfere is so good and it so relax pleace I stayed there this yer and they have made some good and nice chance at hotel so it’s even nicer to stay there

And staff is same good staff make your stay so good. Is whasmaskine in Coro for so you can clean your stuff. I stayed almost one month there so it’s good for long stay to. I just home after stay there

And now they just start oppgrade for nexts year season. They put in ney door 🚪 every rom that is somthing hotel turkey have to do. I feal so safe at this hotel. They make safety first for us guest

We stayed in this hotel for 12 nights. Hotel was clean enough, good food, 3 mins walk to the beach. Swimming pool was quite small with one waterslide

Small hotel, friendly helpful staff. All inclusive, food was excellent, cooked in small batches, so always fresh. There are a few shops within a hundred metres. Truly amazing for a budget hotel

Enough close to the beach, free beach umbrellas, a variety of salads, deserts and different cheese each day, rooms are being cleaned every day

The hotel was very clean with a lovely pool area however not all rooms have balconies. We paid to upgrade upon check in and where very satisfied. Staff dont speak english and food was not very nice which was a let down

Me and my husband came here in 1st September 2025 we stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive the room was immaculate and had a great view, staff were so friendly and helpful

all in all we have had Belly laughs with the lads and lady on reception 🫶 , getting a full hamma and sauna experience tomorrow so I will have to review that separately but all in all this hotel is great and the perfect location with the beach ⛱️ literally on the doorstep 😍 and shopping and restaurants in easy access either side, so spoilt for choice 👌

A  beautiful place for holidays, not too expensive, good atmosphere and personal, good room cleaning, bar and pool you can party with free drinks if you take all included, a safe place to stay with family or in couples if you don't want to party and a friend Kadir who can help with any problems

Since the hotel had two pools and sunbeds at the beach there were no war over sunbeds in the morning i usually came to the pool around 9 and it was often completely empty

Friends, this is one of the best all-inclusive hotels I've ever stayed at! But you should be aware that this isn't a 5-star hotel with a huge grounds, dozens of activities, and 20 swimming pools

Maybe how to pool area is layed located on the western side of the hotel which puts it in the shadow until about 12. But nothing to complain about since the low price

Stuff and people from lobby are extremely polite and can find a solution for all problems. Good location because airport in 60km. Very tasty food and beverages 24/7 in access. Wonderful conception of the place

That's exactly what I came for: I drank excellent alcohol, enjoyed the delicious cuisine, and admired the views! Honestly, I'll try to return to the hotel on the weekend; it's so conveniently located 😌
