Nice hotel 7-10 mins from the beach which is in line with the price of the accommodation. ******* has it listed as a 4 star hotel, but it is 3 star as stated in the hotel

Free good wifi throughout the hotel and in the room, but you have to re-enter login and password on all devices every 2-3 days. Good Turkish breakfast - buffet

The rooms are tired, but the bed is comfortable, everything works: air conditioning, small fridge, sanitary equipment

To extend the room for 10 hours - they asked 20 euros, although in other three-star hotels they ask 10 euros

I don't know why people say it's bad, it's really not!! When we first booked for this hotel and I read the reviews, I was scared out of my mind, but turns out, it's not that bad, the rooms are ok, the beach is kinda far away but worth it! The service was amazing, and everything was fine, However there was this couple in the middle of our stay, (pretty sure someone mentioned them too a few years back...

there’s no pool at the hotel so if you are wanting to go the beach when you have checked out you have to ask to pay to use the shower at the spa. Breakfast is very basic not much for choice for food and tea and coffee

We stayed at this hotel for seven days, we arrived after 3am and was told we can upgrade fir an extra 4000 lira then was told there’s only only double bed in the room although I booked this holiday a while ago for me and my mum aside from that I should of changed my room after the first day as the shower drain ran very slow, the aircon was faulty our room was very warm compared to other room my sister...

Our kids loved the clean pool with slides, and we felt relaxed knowing they were safe. The rooms were tidy, and the food was tasty with good variety. A wonderful place for a family holiday, highly recommend!

Obviously it's not a 5 star hotel but what you pay is what you get. Rooms are clean towels changed every day. The food by the pool bar very good and tasty

The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are always clean and have clean towels every single day. No problems at all with the shower; if you want to shower with hot water you’ve got it

However, there is an outside pool as well with a bar right next to it which is 24/7. Staff are always available at the bar at anytime of the day if you wish to have a beverage

The hotel also has a spa and indoor pool as well as massage services(all at cost except the pool). The indoor pool is only available for a few hours each day

In the hotel, there is also a juice machine service mango, apple, orange juice and more although personally I did not try it throughout my stays. A coffee machine is also available which you can use by yourself

The food in the hotel was however quite repetitive with most days we were eating similar meals. To be fair for the cheap price you pay if you don’t enjoy the food you can just eat elsewhere

Restaurants in the area are quite cheap generally. You still don’t pay too much after all that. Two lifts are available in the hotel, usually quite empty

The food is various and delicious. The animations are incredible. The service was very nice and friendly. The hotel is near the beach and has underground passage. At all the beach is really big and clean

This is probably one of the best Family-Friendly hotel in Alanya

Not really sure what to expect but nothing exciting. Staff member was a little too friendly with me but understanding of my mum's mobility issues. - cocktail menu for all inclusive was limited to 5 cocktails

- Lots of cats that are well looked after - Good space room, lovely balcony overlooking the beach - on site hairdresser and fitness suite - didn't use, fitness suite looked fairly small but option was there

- Could have had classes, tai chi and yoga but nothing communal. Had a games room but was always dark and nothing going on, tucked underneath the building and no announcements for activities

- ala carte restaurant closed. Snack restaurant was more for children / basic food rather than snacks. - no coffee or tea in rooms but there was a kettle & signs to say no food in rooms

- Abundance of ashtrays but no designated area for smokers, meant that non smokers were surrounded by cigarette smoke all over the resort. - Spa treatment was a bit underwhelming

Just a shame that the hotel owners (and others in the area we were told) co-operate with the leather goods company which doesn't seem to be all that reputable

I spent there 10 days as part of an all-inclusive vacation. The rooms are cleaned and sheets and towels are changed every 1-2 days. Location is great, 2 min to the beach, maybe 10 min to city centre

We read that water can be paid for, but in fact 2 bottles of water were left in the room every day for free and in the restaurant you could get more water. The hotel does not work on the all-inclusive system

Small pool but always managed to get a sunbed for the day after going down around 9 o'clock for breakfast. The Kandelor made our first all inclusive holiday together absolutely amazing

Our cleaner lady exceeded any service we experienced even in 5* hotels! The food was always fresh and plenty to choose from, kebab was extraordinary! Breakfast could improve a little but overall was ok

There are different options to get to the city center of Alanya: Taxi or bus. When you take the bus line 1 at the main road you pay 9. If you want to safe money, you can buy the KentKart at different supermarkets

Conveniently located in the city center near the sea. There are no noisy bars or restaurants on the street. There's a big Migros on the next street. The hotel bar always has bottled water

Paid WiFi in the room is excellent. I didn't use the pool: loud music, smokers, and a confined space. I only came to the hotel for lunch and to sleep. Thank you very much to Bilol for his help and attentive service

You have to pay to have it inside your rooms but you can have it for free downstairs near reception. We bought an E-Sim so it wasn’t such an issue. The swimming pool was very good

Me and my family went to the pool everyday in the morning before our activities started and there was a Bar where you could get free soft drinks, beers, juices, coffee’s, hot chocolate and so on

There is a mosque nearby which may wake you up early if you are sensitive sleeper AND prefer to sleep with open Balcony door(didn't wake me with closed door and I consider myself sensitive sleeper, while my wife didn't wake even with open door)

I would like to thank Gökhan and Laura first of all, they create comfort with their presence, when you get to this hotel you plunge into the care of these workers, they will do everything possible for you and even more, everywhere we pay for the service, but there is no such attitude towards customers nowhere

I also want to note that the hotel is located in an ideal location, everything is within walking distance, wonderful staff also work in the pool

The room with sea view and balcony was so beutiful and I loved the music from the beach/pool club outside. The pool-area attached to the hotel had over class service, beautiful beach and great food and drinks
