The English is amazing from all staff and nothing is a problem, our room was cleaned every morning with fresh bottled water and fresh towels, there is food and drink round the clock with something for everyone and always something new to try

The entertainment team Yasin and Lera are next level, bringing everyone together and keeping a great atmosphere at the pool throughout the day and at night. Nighttime entertainment is excellent also

The hotel and staff were great,the pool is really nice and we really enjoyed our holiday at oba star hotel and spa. Very delicious food !

There is plenty to do around the hotel with shops restaurants and the beach all on the doorstep. We cannot wait to bring our family here next year with us. Thank you so much to Gulay and her team

Numerous and quality food choices. Three pools, one of which has a slide for children. Private beach with free sun loungers 50 meters from the hotel. Lots of bars with free drinks

The hotel is always helpful with special arrival requests, making sure everything is adapted to wherever you are coming from or heading to next. The staff are always helpful and smiling, and the food is excellent

It was a very nice experience in the hotel, the staff are so friendly, kind. The food is tasty, personally I loved it. The animation team is very nice, every time made us happy with their games, aqua rumba

Everything is well-organized, from check-in to cleaning. It feels homely when you return, even though the hotel has been renovated over the past many years and now appears modern and stylish

Negative point: there was a young boy at the bar the whole time with his phone in his hand. Was unfriendly and not hospitable. Found it uncomfortable to be approached by a man for a massage in the Hamam

The hotel is very close the beach. It is located just behind a beach front park. They have a have big swimming pool. Staff are excellent when serving

Room was well maintained and bright and fresh. All the staff were very proffesional and had a really nice spa and hamam.

The food was good, despite it being low season. Plenty of choice and taste was good. The room was also as desired and everything is clean and tidy

Sun beds are a nightmare to get (all gone by 7am!) The staff were friendly & helpful. Eren & Metin are fantastic by the poolside with ‘Step’ aerobics, auqa aerobics, games, darts etc

Good hotel and excellent location

Stayed at the grand Kaptan for 7 nights. Service - When we arrived we were greeted well and our bags taken up to our room and given a welcoming drink. We checked in late but there was food to offer in midnight soup

In the evenings, the ambiance with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere created a truly romantic setting. This hotel is definitely a great choice for those who want to relax and create beautiful memories

Throughout our stay all the members of staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful. Special mentions to Mustafa and Ebra (there were more but we didn’t get there names)

I liked the big pool the most, as well as the rooftop bar, from where you can watch Alaniya's lights in the evening

The hotel’s food was an experience on its own; the flavors were carefully prepared, the presentations were elegant, and every meal was a pleasure

The pool is relatively small and there aren't many sun loungers either, but we were always able to find a spot

This hotel is exactly as advertised on their website or Booking. The location is amazing as it’s 3 minutes walk to the beach and the Main Street with shops is also on your doorstep

Beach is 2 minutes from the hotel and there is a hotel bar and not expensive bed to reservation. I wish I meet only hotels which would be as high quality as yours. 💪🏼 Thanks for wonderfull holidays, good job ❤️🔆 P

I booked a room with sea view, which was great the only thing was my lock didn’t work and the shower was leaking, but I didn’t see that as a big deal. I would recommend taking ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

The only other thing that has put me off is the amount of reps walking around the pool trying to get you to visit their shops, restaurants, tattoo shop or pay for experiences

The hotel offered a wide range of activities that kept every day exciting. For example water sports, there was always something to do

Nice and helping personal room are very clean, confortable beds. Pool area are big, sunny and good services. Thuis was 2nd times we booked this hotel in 2 years. Many shops in area and very nice waking beach way

I loved the experience at White and Gold Hotel. The staff was super friendly, warm and helpful! I loved the food. Salads were the same but they changed the meat and sides. The beach was super close to the hotel

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

For example, under the bed in our room clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and dirty dishes sat in the hallway for at least two days. The hallways felt neglected, even though the pool area was spotless

The price performance of the hotel was good. The beach, which is independent of the hotel, is known as Alanya beach, which is rocky.

Room was comfortable with a southerly aspect and gorgeous sea view, although the neighbours were sometimes noisy at night. Basically, you get what you pay for and in that respect the Sultan should not disappoint

I tried several times to order a different beer than the standard All Inclusive one, explained it in different ways, and still got the same drink with a smile and a nod, as if they didn’t understand at all

I wanted to pay extra for it, but they simply didn’t have it – which is frustrating and shows poor inventory management. 🗣️ Communication was difficult – most staff speak very limited English

Good atmosphere, pool cold but it’s not summer yet. Will warm up, warmed up as the week went on as it was raining the week prior to us coming. A very good 4 star based on what we paid

All personal are affable and knows 3-4 languages. Hotel have 2 bars one in pool zone one in lobby. Bar menu is standard: gintonic, vodka, beer, coffee and tea. If you want more they have tequila and else but for 40tl

You're virtually on the beach, and a taxi rank outside which is cheap enough to get around alanya to do all the sites. There is plenty of sun loungers around all the pools

The beer, wines and spirits are cheap if you go half board. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean with regular room cleaning and beds are comfy with air conditioning in the rooms

The most perfect place to go on vacation. Nice location near the City and Beach on the other side 100% service in all of the hotel

I stayed here in 2019 and I'll be back! I loved everything! The grounds are large and beautiful, and the sea is right next to me! The rooms are very cozy and cleaned daily! Beautiful decor, vast space, and diversity. The private beach, pier, and indoor and outdoor pools also met my expectations. I had a room on the 6th floor with a stunning view of the mountains and sea

I spent six exceptional days at this hotel with friends. I'd read many mixed reviews about this place beforehand, and none of the negative ones were true. The hotel definitely deserves its 5-star rating

Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to explore the surrounding area much beyond a quick visit to the boulevard. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely

Spa services from Kusuma Wardana and Natali Hontarenko were great! Will always come back to the spa even if I am at a different hotel nearby.

The drinks at each bar were very good and there was a wide selection. The hotel also hosted many attractions, such as a foam party by the pool, discos, vocal performances, and various shows

The hotel is old and the food is bad. Everyday the same things, nothing to choose. Cleaning is very poor, wi fi is not free. The single advantage is location just near the sea, pools are clean and well designed..

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The rooms needed a little more maintenance and were a bit lacking in cleanliness. The sea view was truly captivating

The only downside was the behavior of some Russian guests, who were extremely rude and grabbing food and chairs as if they were in the movie The Platform — but that’s not the hotel’s fault, it’s just the rudeness of certain people

Our room was supposed to be an apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Well, it was, but the view was blocked by a large conifer. The cleaning was good in our apartment

The pool area is nice, but it closes already around 6 p. , which was unfortunate during the heatwave. On two out of seven days, we couldn’t get sunbeds by the pool and had to go to the beach instead

The pool isn't allowed after 7:00 PM. When I returned the day I checked out and told them I forgot my charger, they weren't very attentive. After I insisted, they called someone to ask and said it wasn't in my room

Our rooms were always cleaned to the best standards. The staff are so friendly and work so hard. The food was delicious, they offer a variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as their snack bar

The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kleopatra beach before 3pm which I thought was very helpful. For excursions I would recommend to visit the store opposite the hotel

I stayed in Alanya at the Grand Okan Hotel. It's a 4-star hotel, and I stayed there for almost a month

The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the sea, and they have everything they need for food: meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables. The staff is fantastic, from the cleaning lady to the manager

We were all delighted with the outstanding quality and variety of the food, the friendliness of all the staff from General Manager Amanda to the restaurant and bar staff, who could not have done more to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the dinner

However, you should really try the Turkish pizza at the snack/pool bar! Overall we had a good stay but the food and some of the staff could be better

coming to Alanya almost 20 years. Friend of ours from Germany Heinz is coming to this hotel for many many years and because he was friends with staff and management we went there to eat on invitation last autumn

That's why we decided to come. now at the moment we are here. for those who have stupid complaints they should go to Ultra all Inclusive hotels. for this money what we pay here is so good as it can get
