The waiters are very attentive to guests, constantly refilling dishes, promptly clearing dirty dishes from the tables before each meal, preparing the restaurant and pool area, washing and drying them

The bed linens and towels are clean, and the bathroom is also spotless. The rooms are cleaned daily, with linens changed every other day. The girls do their best, and they keep everything spotless

The pool is constantly cleaned and is always spotless. The bar is well-stocked with drinks, both free and paid. I'm not a fan of wine and other cocktails, but the beer there is really good

The bathroom doors are a bit dated. Bottom line: the hotel is 100% worth its money. Guests with high expectations and picky eaters are better off considering a hotel with at least a 5-star rating

Overall, if you're expecting something out of this world for a small price, this isn't for you, but if you're enjoying your stay and can't find anything to complain about, everything is great

The food, restaurant, and bar are a big plus: 6-7 types of hot dishes, over 20 types of salads and appetizers, a good selection of sweets, cakes, fruit, cookies, and other delicious treats

We had a room with a balcony and view to the wall under the pool. Balcony felt a bit useless then. Breakfast was good, a lot of cheeses though. Omelette station and pancakes was nice

Minutes walk to restaurants, supermarkets, castle, and beach. The breakfast being the highlight. Excellent choice for all tastes. Always potato of some description, meat, and beautiful vegetable dishes on the hot items

Very friendly and helpful staff. The reception will take care of parking your car and even arrange for it to be washed and cleaned inside. Daily room cleaning, good breakfasts, and a great location

Solo Trip I got there as I reserved see view but provided pool view and it was the almost lower level of pool which you feel everyone can see inside your room and for a solo traveler it might be a boring room but the reception first insisted I did not reserve see view ( I charged more by this site for that room ) then when I insisted the helped me to change the room and thanks alot to Mr

There are a few shops for gifts and clothes etc but nothing like Marmaris where it is very busy. It was perfect for what we wanted and we have had a lovely week. We leave tmro and will be sad to go

The beach is only a short walk thru the hotel it is a private beach and is very nice a bit small but still nice to catch the rays!! Our room is lovely and airy our air con broke and we were very impressed by how quickly it was fixed and up and running for us

Very nice hotel we have been here for a week and we've had an amazing time we paid for an economy room but the balcony was facing a brick wall so we upgraded to a sea view room which made the holiday so much better

They are so nice with animals and guests, tries cheering everyone up. They are just naturally very pleasant people to be around. One staff member celebrated her birthday here and everyone greeted her with so much warmth

They even gave guests some free cake to celebrate. All family members and kids gathered and it made me feel so alive and grateful for the things that really matter - family, friends and everyone around us

Like one man said - this hotel has something that many other hotels are lacking - soul. So friendly and naturally cheerful. There is also a parrot here and few cats, it makes this place even more cozy

Small, great hotel with lovely rooms.We had amazing view at Taurus mountains and the sea. Entire staff is just AMAZING.

THE FOOD IS EVERYTHING HERE! Big variety, everyday something new and very tasty! I hope they will never change this cause that also left me the biggest impression on this hotel! Yes, it aint super fancy, but it has life, meaning, cozy taste to it and I will always choose this

The beach is across the road from the hotel which means if the sunbeds are all taken you can just spend the day by the sea

The pool is clean and nice, the bar by the beach serves great drinks and coctails, not diluted with water. Bartenders are always very friendly and helpful, happy to mix you a good cocktail so you have a great time

This hotel is excellent value for money, the rooms are clean and spacious, the food is good, the staff are friendly and welcoming, we really had such a lovely holiday in this hotel - I would recommend it to everyone who may be on a budget

This place was amazing would definitely go back. Food was very nice and had things for everyone. The workers were absolutely fantastic very kind and friendly people.

The suites felt very comfortable, didn't feel like the tightened-up space. A view of the sea is also a very nice bonus. You also can dine with such view

The rooms and the hotel itself need renovation; they're not modern, but they've been built in the 1980s. It's obvious the wooden windows are constantly being painted. You have to open the elevator door yourself

In our room on the 6th floor traffic noise was audible from early morning until about midnight, but not so much as to affect our sleep. It is possible that rooms at lower floors are noisier

We just left this hotel couple of days ago and I wanted to share my experience as I heavily rely on other reviews! We LOVED Aria Riva! I don’t like staying at same hotels but I would stay at Aria again if I go back to Alanya! Its location is perfect! 3 min walk down to the beach and it’s actually on the best part of Cleopatra beach (beach 6 in my opinion)

The hotel left a wonderful impression. Supermarkets and a bus stop are nearby. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. Breakfasts are delicious even for short stays. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel isn't on the beachfront, but Cleopatra Beach is just across the road, along with excellent restaurants on the coast and a supermarket across the street. I was very pleased with my stay. Thanks to Erica!

The shower is spacious and has good water pressure. There's only one elevator for the hotel's 6 floors, so sometimes we had to wait quite a while. There's a pool, and the water is quite cool

WiFi in the room and the hotel generally worked well, and the TV only had 3-5 Russian channels. Overall, it's an excellent hotel with a few minor issues, and I recommend it

Last week I visited the Kleopatra Fatih Hotel and was pleasantly surprised, especially when considering some older reviews. However, since then it's been completely renovated

My room was spotless, comfy and offered all the usual features including air conditioning, flat-screen TV and a walk-in shower

I booked an all-inclusive package, and the three daily meals were fantastic, with plenty of traditional Turkish fare including meat, fish, and veggie options

Although the hotel is not beach-front, the wonderful golden sands of Kleopatra Beach are just a short two minutes walk away. Probably the most outstanding feature is the quality of the staff

The hookahs were excellent, and special thanks to the wonderful bartender -- it was always priyatno spending evenings there ? We would also sincerely like to thank the hotel for the early check-in

Beach is not so far from hotel and it's small, but it's large enough, hotel provides towels for beach that you can change everyday

The cleaning is quick - but also too quick. Doesn't remove old dirt and rubbish from former guests under the beds. But the staff is super friendly and helpful - they are very competent and make good Cocktails

No hot water in bathroom 90% of the time. The breakfast buffet is very limited and doesn't offer water - you have to buy. The rooms are very small and in need of renovation (too small for an extra bed)

Very attentive, helpful, friendly, good humoured and multi-lingual. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this team were exceptional. It seemed as if they all thoroughly enjoyed their jobs and being in the team together

I shall add a couple of photos of some of them, although there was one young chap whose photo I didn't manage to get. He was only 17 and had already worked at Yetkin for a few years and was hoping to become a Garcon

The atmosphere was first class. Special mentions for Umit and his wonderful, wonderful massage. He found and addressed some issues with my wife that her normal team of medical professionals at home never spotted

Sometimes they can be a real PITA if you just want to chill, but at Hotel Yetkin they got the balance just right. Always smiley and friendly and perfectly happy to leave us alone to do our own thing, Fabulous

Mr Yetkin himself would wander about and speak to the guests at mealtimes. He must be in his 80s and his vision for the hotel has certainly been fulfilled. The animation team were bang on the money as well

We only visited this place for a hammam and treatment. Was very good, nice and relaxed, no rush and the staff were very professional but like to have a laugh and joke with you

There is one big con with terms that's very annoying there is blue led which shines whenever you have put your card in there. There is a large variety of foodstuffs but mostly centred around Turkish cuisine

First thing of note is the hotel is more modern than the pictures make it seem. So don't let that put you off from staying at this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is it's location

The foam massage was really a great new experience! The staff is nice and helpful. Some speak pretty good English and one is perfectly fluent in German! The pool is small but nice for relaxing

It was the first holiday in Turkey and delight knew no bounds. The guys tried, cleaned, smiled, and most importantly created a warm atmosphere. The hotel is small, everyone knew each other, it was nice and cozy

There is a cafe nearby where people relax all night and sing songs loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The maid is simply making the bed. stones and sand in the room are removed only after you leave the room.

The food is really good and served hot unlike when you eat out at other restaurants with lots of people. I will definitely come back to this hotel
