Fruits, vegetables, variety of salads, meat (baked or stewed), pizza, pide. For lunch and dinner also grilled meat and fish. There is no facilities for kids, so the hotel is without kids

We had a wonderful family holiday at Floria Beach Hotel in Alanya. I took my parents for some rest and relaxation, and the hotel was a perfect choice

the staff were really nice, but the room har dirty floor and walls, the bathroom was really dirty especially in the shower

like the toilet and shower were just nasty, bidet just sprayed my jewels and was cold asf, the airconditioning was kinda dirty some nights it would start leaking brownish stuff (but after asking the reception we did had few days without it), also i hate their shower sometimes it would just be heaven and then it would just turn on north pole mode and then hell and then inbetween, the extra blanket...

The restaurant staff most were okay the guy older guy with grey hair very friendly but there was a guy called Ahmet who worked for them and he was asking me for money to pay his rent

restaurant was okey and the swimming pool too, Rooms could use a rework kinda old and cracked, also a double room isnt that good, we saw the pictures on the website it looked nice but that was probaly just a stockphoto or somehow ai, because the room looked like i was visiting beachside russia

Overal good the staff was the best, if they would renew the rooms and maybe step up the roomservice cleaning game this hotel would be 4 stars. pool was also nice after a long day also clean

Staff are all very friendly and helpful and the rooms are excellent value and cleaned daily the food is excellent too a very nice place to stay right next to the main kleopatra beach great value for money it's not 5 star but it is very good for the price you pay I would come again definitely

With this price level its very good.

This is a basic hotel that is good value for money, but not luxurious. The economy room was clean and comfortable, no balcony, chair, table and desk inside. The bathroom had shower, toilet and sink, all worked fine

The all you can eat breakfast buffet was good: cereal, milk, boiled eggs, Turkish cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, salads, oranges, apples, bread, jams, butter, tea and coffee. WiFi is good but no downloads

The location is very central, right by Kleopatra beach at the base of the cable car up to the castle, near the Tourist Office, Alanya Archeological Museum and Damlatas Cave

The food is super good, especially the deserts. I liked that the hotel has this kitsch vibe. The rooms are simple but the pool area is nice and the sea is super close. I really liked that the area is not too crowded.

Alright rooms, food is edible but definitely recommended to get great food nearby, the beach is fine, definitely not the worst i have ever seen. The swimming pool is great but can be a little crowded at times.

You will experience crystal clear ocean - the ocean can appear blue or turquoise on any given day. I’m here with my husband and two youngest Children. We will be back to glimpse a piece of paradise on Earth

Not far from the harbor park and a place to ride the cruise. I like the atmosphere of this hotel to be very quiet, especially in the swimming pool they are very clean and calming. I will come back to stay here

The Personal was very kind and always tried to help. That they have a beachticket included is awsome and the according beach nr 6 is very nice to visit and swim in too. I dont have any complains at all. Will come back

they provide breakfast,very nice location 20 meters taxi station,100 meters to the beach just across the main road,the hotel has an elevator and a very comfortable lobby room

Toilet does not work when you wash, and we didn’t have any thing in the room like glas to drink and the room doesn’t have refrigerator, but the location is perfect and fantastic, near the beach and center.

Considering its all inclusive job. All staff lovely, decent pool, OK food selection. Cheap and cheerful hotel. Very clean every day cleaners out in force including the pool. Good job =)

Hotel is ok, there are few minor problems however you get what you pay for. The pool closes at 6 which is very early and the food is average and sometimes very questionable

Rooms are ok but strong smell coming from the bathrooms. The cleaner does come in daily to make beds etc

If you want that kind of thing this is not the place for you. If you are here to party this is not the place for you. If you want to chill out and relax catch the sun around the well kept pool this is the place for you

The men are absolute predators and make women feel very unsafe therefore please take this into consideration before booking. Other than that the pool is Lovely, and the beach is nice but the walk there is not

Nice big rooms, very good food & friendly people. I visit Turkiye over more than 30 years. The price/quality-ratio is perfect & slipper distance to the beach & BNPL-option with the Beach bar and the beach is very quiet

The accommodation was very old and the breakfast was awful. It consisted of olives, cheese, parsley, and hard-boiled eggs. The bread was served in large plastic bags, which looked the same for a week

Cheap and cheerful, exactly what I wanted, decent bathroom, clean bed, hairdryer, mini fridge. Safe (I didn't use) wifi worked well. I checked out before breakfast so can't comment

The staff were nice; when we asked the cleaning lady what to do and showed her what to do, she did it. Hygiene, however, is a different matter

My visit was end of October so didn't use/can't comment on Aircon. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again

Budget hotel just 5 min walk to Kleopatra Beach, IMHO the best beach on all Antalya coast.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good Turkish breakfast, always with fresh vegetables and fruit. More than priceworthy. Really good restaurant.

The pool could be open longer (only works until 6pm), it is very difficult to have service by the pool (although there is a bar structure there) and they make you pay extra daily rates if you want to use the wifi and air conditioning

The room is cleaned every day, you get new towels every day, the cleaners are very nice, one day they cleaned while we were not in the room and when we came back from the beach an elephant made of towels was waiting for us, it was so cute

We had breakfast included in the price, the food was excellent, every day we had boiled eggs, salads, three types of olives, various types of cheese, bread, watermelon, pears, strawberry and cherry jam, chocolate cream, corn flex, biscuits, milk, and on different days there were omelettes, sausages, mushrooms, cheese rolls, potatoes and French fries

Drinks offered included coffee, tea, water, cherry juice, orange juice. We didn't go hungry for a single day and everything was delicious. Absolutely all employees are very pleasant, kind, smiling and ready to help

But we would especially single out Ayhan who welcomed us, talked to us every day, socialized with us, helped us with everything, that man knows absolutely everything and does 5 jobs in one, he is always smiling, in the mood for a story, and does his best to make you feel at home

I really liked the staff of the hotel Mehmet, Ayhan, Emre, Can, they work like bees, they are very friendly and attentive, they created a pleasant atmosphere, the hotel is located very close to the sea on the best Kleopatra beach, delicious dinners, the staff constantly cleans the room, we were pleasantly surprised and we can recommend this hotel for a holiday

Here are the things that in our opinion are negative at the hotel: No pool, boring breakfast with limited selection of bread, meat, jam, juice etc

Loved the fact that the shower had two attachments! They stocked us up on shampoo / body wash / ear pubs / tooth brush and paste, had fresh towels / bed sheets every day

Very convenient location in the city center, close to all the sights. Very friendly atmosphere. Wonderful and helpful staff. The food isn't very high quality in terms of preparation or variety.

Felt pads on chair legs perhaps? Also when we stayed staff not always helpful with replacing towels or toilet rolls when asking reception

HOWEVER!! We were disapointed in with some things. Already we had read reviews about noise issues already. Ok thin walls maybe unsolvable but noise on marble floors with other guests moving furniture not been addressed

My tv never worked in room wasnt there to watch tv so wasnt bothered. Cleaners were very friendly and cleaned room well when wanted. This is not a plush hotel but good enough for what we wanted at a good price

In Turkey it were our first visit and we choose hotel CELINE with KLEOPATRA beach. Excellent hotel, quiet, friendly, clean, with very nice view, very delicious meal, perfect staff -＞ very heart and everything worked

The hotel is privately owned, not too big and with a good location. Suite (WC bidet was extra +) with marvelous sea view over Cleopatra beach. Very friendly and helpful staff

Our room was quite small and wirh 2 single beds, but we solved it by ourselves and joined them together. Balcony was very small but we appreciated the hanger for towels or swimsuits

Small restaurants and shops around (also larger Migros within 5 mins walk) it is very convenient base for a week long vacation for adults. Dont count on having a pool - while it exists, it is mainly without sunshine

Excellent location, good bed, empty mini fridge for your soda and something to eat in the morning. For the price we paid, it was good enough. Like said, i am a returning customer - so there's my proof it was good enough

The restaurant downstairs (not in connection to the hotel, though they share the name Anna Queen) serves decent food, but like someone else mentioned - there are plenty of good and fairly priced places around

Just bring earplugs if you want to be sure! Air conditioning costs extra and cleaning can be orderd by switching on / off a light for the maids. You can have cleaning every day or not - do as you wish

I dont think we got any particular "service" at the front desk- while the lady was there, she was not particularly attentive or even friendly towards us. Let it be - it did not bother us

The pool then shut for rest of the day and it was inconvenient to then move and go elsewhere with no sunbeds left etc on the island. When talking to guest relations about it, they didn’t really care

Sunbed wise we could always get one at different points of the day. As so many people flock to the island during the day the hotel itself felt quiet compared to what I expected

You can get pool towels each day from the spa area. One thing we only discovered last day was gorgeous twister ice lollies at the main pool food area around lunchtime

Food available all day between different locations, late breakfast option at burgerland and the pool bar is open until 6:30 when the main restaurant opens. Always food for the children such as chicken nuggets & fries

- constant people walking around trying to sell cocktails, tattoos, restaurant bookings, strawberry’s, spa etc not very relaxing or expected at all inclusive - the pool closed on 4 separate occasions due to people pooing in the pool

We went back to the room earlier than planned on our last day due to pool closing and they wouldn’t refund the late check out we had paid for

Also there is no enough unbrellas and sunbeds for all guests. Becouse of that we use a sunbeds in front of the hotel and swimming pool which a excellent

We booked 3 weeks all inclusive. Meals are from a Buffet with a wide selection of salads, fruits, meals and deserts. Drinks for a bar in the Restaurant or poolside

Beach is near 30meters from hotel but there is one bad side-UMBRELLAS and SUNBEDS are BED, they are old and broken, sunbeds DO NOT have a mattresses and it is not comfortable for laying down

This hotel have high level of hygiene,they clean a rooms every day and change a towels and bed sheets, rooms are nice most of them is with views to the sea

The location is perfect for a walk on the seaside, going to the local markets, getting public transportation and nice cafes and Restaurants. Rooms are clean and as shown in pictured of all the booking portals
