Pros: Friendly front desk staff, great pool, fun water slides, coffee lounge with baristas, excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, kids' buffet, thorough cleaning, lively pool bar, included cocktails, tasty poolside food street, and good value for money

I want to start with the room it was a nice one and clean all the days, the Food is not bad but it Can be better , the drinks in the bar is amazing So much childrens in hotel but it’s ok The evening shows is so nice I want say thanks one more time for all the animation team We Will be back as soon as possible ❤️

There are daily activities available for guests who want to join in, contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area is lovely, and the beach is also very enjoyable

The all-inclusive package is well-organized, with water, soft drinks, and other beverages stocked daily in the in-room fridge. Housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy every day, which we really appreciated

The hotel is (child)friendly, and so are a lot off the staff. The pool is never too busy and the rooms are clean

First Thing we want to say that we are coming back in few weeks, Really good hotel, food is amazing , the room Always clean in the right time, the bar also perfect, and of course the animation team they have a big part to make an amazing Holiday for us

The buffet was constantly restocked, and the waiters were incredibly attentive and friendly. Additionally, the Food Bar next to the outdoor pool (open 11:00–17:00) was a personal favourite

Beach & Facilities: The beach is less than a 5-minute scenic walk away. The sand and ocean were very clean, with lifeguards on duty for safety. Free sunbeds are provided, though the beach bar carries additional charges

The rooms had a convenient "Clean Room/Do Not Disturb" switch system, and our rooms were cleaned daily, even on the mornings we chose to sleep in! The beds were comfortable with soft pillows, and the rooms felt bright with plenty of lighting and lamps

The main buffet ran like clockwork (Breakfast 07:00–10:30, Lunch 12:30–14:00, and Dinner 19:00–21:00). The variety changed daily, and it was a treat to see fresh food cooked right in front of you

A complimentary mini-bar was restocked daily, which was a lovely touch. The only minor issue was a slightly slow drain in one of our bathrooms, but it didn't impact our stay significantly

It offered a full waiter service for both food and drinks. They also featured specific dessert hours for fresh waffles, pancakes, and ice cream, which were delicious

Nice hotel not far away from the sea- like 300 m walk; they also take guests in golf carts frequently from 8. we had sea view room 1110 - nice, comfortable with pool view

Sunbeds and beach bar were free, but still, nothing exciting. No hidden fees, but some strict rules: no food in the room, no glass at the pool. The TV only had German and Turkish channels, no English

The bathroom was excellent, with hot water, good pressure, and daily toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). Wi-Fi was terrible, disconnected constantly. Air conditioning worked only half the time

Food was basic, repetitive, and uninspired both in the restaurant and at the beach bar. Drinks were even worse at the beach, watered down and flavorless

i believe it caters all tastes, at least i had a lot to choose from. drinks in the bars- variety, international as well. wifi free of charge everywhere, even on the beach

overall im very satisfied, we had great relax! even enjoyed the hamam and 4 massage sessions

The staff were professional, welcoming, and really made me feel comfortable. The hammam and sauna were spotless and very relaxing, and the massage I had was one of the best I’ve experienced

More then, waiters gave me a watermelon juice and one fruit salad with sparkler and wrote on: ‘Happy Birthday’ with chocolate souce

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sultan of Side! The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with lots of variety

The pool and beach areas were beautiful and always well-kept, and the entertainment team kept things fun without being over the top. I absolutely loved the spa and wellness facilities at Sultan of Side

The pool is also nice, not so busy. The only minus is the beach that is a little bit too far away from the hotel and there is no shuttle bus. The beach on its own is very nice, large with a lot of sun beds

Food was good but very repetitive. Most of the staff were attentive. There are a number of pools all cleaned daily. Hotel has a private beach 5 minutes walk away

We used the small front pool here the barman Mohamid Dennis is the best , here the lager was better than the inside bar

I would say there is something to eat for most people. Lunch is a good choice but again cold food , one occasion went as soon as it opened, the soup was just warm , and a chicken meal cold , even the chips were cold

breakfast Queue for omelettes , sometimes 12 deep the lady making them is lovely smiling most of the time, it needs more on that station to deal with the amount of people. food is quite often cold 80% of the time

The bedding was clean , the pillows awful,old and lumpy and worn out, mattress too hard for me. Resturant in general very good waiting on staff some better than others but in general all worked hard

We used the beach a few times , they serve drinks in cheap plastic not at all very strong ,can only get larger and wine though the food is simple , chicken or burgers or some mix from other meals

Maybe they should heat the Bain Maria up. Dinner is much the same and can get boring. The desserts look amazing but most taste the same

Everything was great. Foods were delicious. Nice and friendly staffs. I would recommend it to everybody.

Family vacation! For the children it was possible not to worry - the animators worked 100%. And baby food not worried: everything is clean, heated, children's milk, yogurt or curds in the fridge

Beautiful and big territory, the beach and the sea just super!)))The hotel is suitable for parents with children of different ages. For kids there is a Mini club,activities

In the mini-club children can be left with 4 years. ,ie parents will be able to relax. A lot of fruit,sweets for lovers. For kids there is milk,cookies and yogurt

This hotel is fantastic, staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are immaculate. The beach is amazing with loungers and shades.

Close to the beach and good pool size with volleyball almost every day at the beach

I have been in many hotels in Antalya but this hotel has been the best so far. From the start, they welcome you warmly at the reception. Especially Dilara is very kind and she has a huge smile on her face all the time

There are everything that you think of, you name it -they make it My son says he has the best milkshake here! The sea is the warmest part of the Mediterranean sea. Hotel has a private beach with both sand and shingles

Staff is very friendly, very hardworking even during days when temperatures reach over 40 degrees Celsius. You are being served in no time. My parents and me with my partner , we had fantastic holiday here

My husband loves to play beach volleyball, I love zumba classes, and my daughter enjoys going to the gym! The staff at the hotel is very friendly and attentive! I would especially like to note the receptionist Nuria for her care of us, help with any issue and always a warm welcome, as well as our favorite maitre d'hotel of the A la carte restaurant Osman

The pillows was the fluffiest I have ever slept on. Staff was full of help and willing to go out of their way for the guests. Lots of food choices catering to all tastes. Willing to return in future years to come

The rooms are so clean, the cleaner on our floor cleaned the room every day even when I did not put the light on for cleaning. Pools are clean and there was always sunbeds for us even when we went in the afternoon

The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with delicious meats, seafood, and chicken always available. The gala night was truly spectacular and one of the best parties I've ever attended at any hotel

Location is fine, you are 15 min car drive from Novamall and just under 30min drive from the land of legends. It mainly caters for German citizens so the staff speak turkish/german and English is limited

The only area for improvement would be the bar service. While Muhammad at the beach bar was excellent, some of the other bartenders didn’t quite meet the same standard

They have about 5 different pools of all different sizes, and they've recently opened some new water slides and splash pad for the kids, which were great fun. The choice of food was great and the quality was very good

We rented a cabana on the beach, which cost us €130, and it is advertised to come with fresh orange juice and pastries, but these never came. The pool is big and we never felt like it was crowded

Ada — always helpful and reliable, and someone you could count on whenever you needed assistance. And the team as a whole? Huge smiles, always helpful, always present. Beyond the staff — the hotel itself is excellent

He went above and beyond at every turn and will genuinely do everything in his power to help you. We’re going to miss him, he helped us locate special gifts for friends outside of the usual touristy bazaar areas

The swimming pool is a good size for swimming but we were surprised to note that there are no poolside showers for hygiene and glasses were used rather than plastic cups for safety

There is a private beach area but unfortunately the sunbeds are all covered with non adjustable sun covers so no good for sunbathing although there was a small area to the rear with adjustable umbrellas

Overall we were very happy with our stay and the only negative was the poor preparation of cocktails, I'm sure this can easily be improved on

Food was delicious with plenty of choice

Rooms were kept clean and towels changed every day although it seems that the do not disturb sign can be ignored (I would recommend that as they are a sustainable hotel they may want to avoid unnecessary laundry eg ask visitors to put used towels to be replaced in the bath or shower) again as it is a sustainable hotel the air conditioning cannot go below 24

what the hotel doesn’t tell you until you arrive? Is that the restaurants on site are only usable once during your Stay No not each restaurant once it’s one one of the 2 restaurants ONCE it really annoyed me as a reason we booked the hotel was a choice of two restaurants

I felt like a king! :) Don't like the sea? No problem, the pool was just as warm! Clean! And the staff provided drinks! Snacks at the bar served all afternoon. I think I gained 15 kilos after one week

😆 The friendly cats roaming the grounds added a lovely touch – they never begged for food but were always around to greet us. The hotel also offers plenty of activities and events, so there’s never a dull moment

Our room overlooked the pool bar which was a disaster we asked to have a new room but got told it was only once a week but they just said that as they couldn’t understand us they would just laugh

Rooms are spotless clean and  so are the pools. AC in room is great and Wi-Fi works all the time. Mini fridge is stocked with water, juice and soft drinks. TV had only 3 channels in English

Sun loungers around pool are hard to find after 9am and feels crowded. We had to spend most of our time on the beach. A la cart fish restaurant was very good with so many courses

Staff at hotel are friendly and everyone spoke English but shows and activities were mainly in German. We were allocated a double room facing the kids pool

It was very noisy between 8pm -12pm from a hotel next door with pumping loud music. Also very loud music during 10am-5pm from pool entertainment. We requested to change but hotel was full

Our maid was the most lovely lady and always had a smile and tried very hard to communicate with us. Our room was overlooking the pool with slides which was a little noisy but it didn't really disturb us

We are English, didn't speak to one other English person in this hotel in the 10 days we were here, just German and Dutch people so would not come if you are English unless you are happy to sit in silence for 10 days 😂 also far too much smoking, no non smoking areas round the pool at all

One thing I recommend looking into, is the pool bar. Most of the times we found that it was extremely full and busy of kids, so most of the time we were unable to get a drink from there

The night program was amazing acrobatics, ice skating, circus show, music. Only downside is that the pools were a bit cold for end of October

Enjoyed our daily water aerobics with Beste and Metehan. We also really liked Zumba afternoon classes with Beste, which were really fun and refreshing

I highly recommend this hotel; I can see its appeal for families, solo vacationers and couples too! *My one caveat is the bar appeared to serve watered-down drinks

The beach is not great for children because the water is quite deep with stones on the bottom and there were some waves

Very relaxing and chill hotel. Food is very good, tasty and diverse. Personal is really nice and welcoming. Activities are also very diverse. Really liked to to go to morning yoga with Fatma, very nice start of the day

The rooms are very clean, everyone is very friendly and attentive, the food is excellent, especially the cakes, the children were very happy with the slides and the pool, so we spent less time at the beach and more at the pool 🤣 The only drawback, but not at the expense of the hotel, is that you have to get up at almost 4,5 in the morning for the sunbeds, but it doesn't matter, at least our day lasted...

You are expected to pay €6 for 30mins of pool game cash only

Restaurant/food- Every night we had to wait until the last minute to go have dinner as restaurant couldn’t accommodate all the guests, one night there was no tables available inside, outside or even at the restaurant next door so we skipped dinner and ate out

Pool- Once again not enough sun beds around pool and aqua park extremely cold water in the pool it was warmer to go to the beach. Extras- Ridiculous prices for pool table

Very nice place and friendly staff(except the bartender with beard at the night show bar). Food is good and interesting aquapark for all ages

We would like to thank Romeo and Aydın who work in the animation department. They were also very good guides. If you want to see them at this hotel, you should definitely see them if you go to this hotel

We stayed at Seashell spa resort, very friendly and helpful staff. Food and refreshments were always top class really enjoyed the sat and would recommend to others

The rooms don’t have working cold air conditioning and instead had hot air conditioning. I explained this as a problem with reception and they failed to help me and provide a solution

Highly recommended! Outstanding service, great food with 4 chefs cooking different dishes live, clean rooms. No complaints at all, everything was just perfect.

The beach bar for lunch was amazing, you could choose a meal and they would live cook this for you in front of you. The drinks and all bar staff were really friendly and very attentive to our needs

He spoke really good English and so understood well any issues we had and did his absolute best to make this better. I think he is a credit to the hotel and a friendly face to all guests

Some people on this site in my opinion just expect to much. Me and my partner came here for 7 nights and after reading what some people we're putting on here we almost didn't bother going

We’ve just returned from a 10 night stay and it was brilliant our children loved it too food was ok for an all inclusive holiday plenty to choose from breakfast was a little bit of a let down but can’t please everyone lunch was brilliant for the children with burgers nuggets pizza etc I had a minor accident which resulted in a hospital trip and the hotel was brilliant got me to and from the hospital...

Our room was clean and was serviced every day with the fridge restocked with soft drinks and water. The bathroom was basic but functional and to be honest what else do you need

There was a minor language barrier as the man who checked us in spoke English but had a strong Turkish accent which is what you would expect but nothing we couldn't overcome

At that time there is a long line for it could be more than 30 people waiting for it :/ Guests are allowed to "block" sunbed at the swimming pool during the night and also for a whole day

Excellent! We were amazed by the service offered by reception, restaurant and cleaning personnel. Food was delicious ( attention to weight gain ! ) The sea was close and good to swim

Unlike at Black Sea in Romania, lifeguards don't come after you to stop your swimming. Minibuses carry to and from beach at regulated hours

Every 3-4 days it has a festival. The rooms aren’t very good but can’t be in your room because you have to be somewhere doing something and every day there cleaning the room. And well almost everyone are german

Family friendly, super clean, great food and of course not to forget are the activities that you can do. Staff is great… Lovely surrounding with great trees and flowers…Thank you for all the great memories 🌸🌸

We come here 15 September and it's first time we come to terrace elite resort. Everything is fantastic the staff of this hotel is great. The food is good , the rooms beautiful and clean reception they have good work

But best of all are the entertainment team who have made the holiday for us even though we don't usually join in. They have encouraged us to take part in activities which has made us engage with other guests
