The beach is excellent: plenty of sunbeds available, soft sand, a gentle entrance into the sea, and a shuttle bus running every 15 minutes from the hotel

The beach and pool were just as you'd wish for a relaxing time. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

The pool is nice, although often a bit crowded, and finding a free sunbed can be difficult

You can also have lunch at the beach restaurant, where the food is very good, though for dessert the only option available is fruit. The biggest downside is communication

I had a great time at this hotel ! The hospitality was amazing from the moment we arrived with Ayberk standing out the most ! He was kind and attentive and we always looked forward to coming down for one last drink just to chat with him

The pool bar area is lovely and you can help yourself to bottled water whenever you like. The drinks are strong and there is a huge range :) the food at the pool bar is lovely if you dont fancy the buffet for lunch

We then realised that despite it stating no towels on loungers around the pool till after 7am that that doesn't happen and seemingly people go out very early indeed

So naturally we joined the party and my partner would go down at 6. 30am and loads of loungers were already gone. The pool area is immaculate, plenty of loungers and umbrellas available

This is a really luxurious, spacious and clean resort, with a nice pool area with water slides, access to beach (shuttle every 15 minutes, 5-minute ride) and top-notch service

Today he rudely insulted my wife when she refused him. I absolutely do not recommend his services

We stayed here to take part in Malaga Marathon and the location was perfect for not only getting to the start line (10 min walk) it was also very central to bars, restaurants, shopping

The shower was the hottest I have ever experienced abroad and very powerful so it made life easier dealing with my long hair. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at every level

We arrived late and unfortunately were given a room with a double bed so we’re moved the next morning. That was really a fault when booking that you can’t choose the bed setting

Just returned from an 11 night holiday here and it was a lovely holiday. The hotel is kept really clean even the lifts are checked for cleanliness throughout the day

We also caught a bus to Side old town and had lunch by the marina one day that was lovely too and not very expensive. The grounds and pools were lovely and clean

It' s one of the best sea holiday place in Side Antalya. Beach of the hotel is perfect. People working in hotel are very good. Foods are 😋 delicious. Clean. I advice you to stay.

Went with a friend and our 2 children. The children loved the slides, beach, ice cream, Turkish bath but most importantly the animation team! They went out of their way to make our holiday fun

Lunch at the beach bar is the best with a stunning setting. It’s the hotels own private beach with 100s of sun beds which are free. There is about 45-50 steps from the beach bar down to the beach

Pool areas are constantly being cleaned all day & evening. Bar staff & waiter service are quick! The food is incredible!! There’s something for even fussy eaters

Her name is Yasmine, she works to the corner of reception, she is classed as Customer Relations - she has short shaved blonde hair, an older lady & is extremely rude!!! 3 people in our group had to speak to her on different occasions & she was rude to all 3 of us! Their beach assistant wasn’t at all aggressive and they all seemed so friendly so we continued to hit the ball at them again and again

2nd visit to this relaxing hotel. Good food especially like the beach snack bar and cake at theas coffee shop. A la carte at the fish restaurant was very nice. Good amount of activities on offer

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have never experienced a better vacation in my life. Hotel Bieno Venus exceeded all of my expectations. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the moment we arrived until the day we left

The pool areas are also quite nice and if you believe there is a lack of slides, there is a water park right next to to it! Overall, great stay

The beach with its own sun loungers and the beach bar right next to it are great. When it comes to food, things get tricky. Every meal has some tasty items, but also some really bad ones

There is one (!!) type of sliced cheese that is cut into 6 different varieties and served on 6 different plates to give the impression of a large selection (see pictures). This cheese is terribly tasteless

There was never any more choice. If you like cheese, this is not the place for you. The sausage is also not worthy of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is rather disappointing for a German palate

The building is new and impressive, the rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. The waiters mix very good cocktails with proper proportions

Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation at Side Yesilöz Hotel and would definitely recommend it!

The place and food is good but "the boss" is looking everyone after 21. 00 i can't take two beers or wine i wanna get because this is all inclusive. i should have drink all locale and also the juice

The rooms are fine, although one or two things need to be replaced/replaced. The cleaning of the rooms varies; this depends on the cleaning staff and the time they have available for cleaning

The reception could be more accommodating, friendlier and smile more please. WiFi is only in the lobby area, you have to pay for rooms and the pool area, no WiFi on the beach

The music system is outdated and doesn't produce any good music. Sports activities: Oscar does a very good job, water aerobics. Kudos to Goofy for keeping the holiday atmosphere going

5 minutes, but it's a blast! It's a 5-7-minute walk to the beach. It's private, with sun loungers, a covered area, and a bar where you can have lunch, refreshments, and more. The staff is incredibly friendly

Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Not a massive resort but a definitely a large hotel with great facilities like a heated pool, Hammam spa and gym. It was a quiet hotel which is great for relaxing

Majority of the staff speak German. There are a few people that speak English. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean. The food was really nice and there were different options. The lounge area was also really nice

There is a table and chairs on the balcony, where we had tea after the beach with Turkish delicacies. The balcony was overlooking the pool. Very good food - everything is tasty and varied

Since the sea is still cool in April, this did not stop the swimmers, but the hotel has an indoor heated pool. The outdoor pool is not heated, but people swam there too

We stayed at the Sentido Kamelya Fulya Hotel and overall had a great experience. We were given a room on the top floor, right in the center, with a full sea view (extra charge, but totally worth it!)

In one week, I think I ate about two thousand ice creams. Things that, in my opinion, are not great: it seems that smoking is allowed almost everywhere - by the pool, at the bar (outdoors), etc

The beach could also be cleaner, as cigarette butts are often found in the sand. I make these criticisms to help improve the service, but overall, it was a very positive experience

Especially Hakan is the best bartender, (cooks, waiters, cleaners) are always on the positive side, if you contact them, they will always help, in this hotel every evening there is entertainment with which it is not boring

We felt very comfortable in this hotel during our 10-day stay at the beginning of January! We knew there was construction going on across the street, but our room was on the side facing away from it

There is a side room next to the bar which has some highly impractical furniture which really needs to be stripped out with compact seating to replace it

I can only think bad reviews are down to so many different nationalitys ,there was only us and one other English couple there so if u looking to mix with other English couples its probably not for u but overall the hotel is fine , rooms kept clean , pool area spotless , food is ur typical Turkish fare so all depends on what u like to eat can always get nice chicken/tuna salads ,chips etc fresh bread...

The territory is small, there is only a pool with a slide, a swing with slide for kids at the mini club. To the beach to go on caribace 5min, walk 10 minutes through the beautiful grounds of nearby hotels

Cleaned every day, you can arrange a time. You can always ask for a linen change. You can take things in the wash. On the territory there are 3 pools - adult, children and 2 slides

Pool table on -2 floor but it slants! Table tennis table outside too. Large kids play area, covered baby pool & 3 slides. Not sure why they open them at 3pm & not all day? All in all , a nice break for us

I just came from Aletris hotel and had the best experience there, i would recommend it to all of you especially the staff was amazing, everything was on point especially cleaning, i hope they get paid well
