The apartment is fresh, specially comparing to all what I see in business bay! All furniture was new and it was very clean 😍

- Customer services weren’t professional while dealing with customers!
- Hotel location in a very dull area!
- No professional staff in this hotel “trolly boy, house keeping, security and etc…”
- No simple amenities in the washroom “Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel, etc…”
- The apartment was dusty and smells so bad from other residence apartment “Alcohol, cigarettes Smell and you may name all worst smell”
- Big roaches in the kitchen
- Stains on sofas and bath tub
- Even there is no proper lobby or sign board of the hotel!
- Even they don’t have a land line number similar to other hotel in the world and asking you to put your requirements through WhatsApp!
- The photos which was posted in booking an are not similar to reality
Staffs - the one at the reception was so confusing, like she was doing everything at one time and things just gone so messy.
- the horrible one was the man who came to my door at 1.36 and asked if i could leave the room ASAP yes, he mention "now and ASAP" i wanted to do late check out, wanted to contact the reception but no one there. Plus he asked me to give a review. He asked for my phone to show me where to go for review but the worst is he pressed all the stars by himself. (That was not nice at all) this behavior is heavily unacceptable for staff.
I wasn't pleased and the total price was too hight for those facilities and location...
