The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the metro station, just 200 meters away, making travel incredibly convenient. You can easily get to places like the Dubai Mall, Gold Souk, and Dubai International Airport from here. However, the facilities are quite old, but that's acceptable to me.

Good Location, price is relatively more compare to the amenities offered.  The hotel was packed with groups of guest and the breakfast room was crowded and noisy. I’ve been staying here for six months, and I’m very satisfied. The gym and pool are excellent, and the coffee at the café is really good. Overall, it's pretty decent. Most of the guests are Chinese and Indian. The only downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way. Without a rental car, getting anywhere would be very inconvenient. Plus, apart from a Carrefour supermarket directly opposite, there aren't many dining or shopping options nearby.

The room was a bit small, comparable to a budget hotel in China. The soundproofing was poor; I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway. The breakfast area was too small, and I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to get a table in the morning. Overall, the experience was just average. It's fine if you just need a place to sleep, but don't expect much else.
