Overall, it was okay, but there were a few issues. The windows weren't soundproof, and the kettle lid wouldn't stay closed. On the second night, the bathroom ceiling fell down, and something inside was flashing. We were leaving the next day anyway, so we didn't bother reporting it.

To all my photography-loving sisters, I highly recommend this hotel! It's made up of several buildings within the old town, and each building has multiple rooms that are perfect for photoshoots themselves. Plus, staying here makes it super convenient to explore the old street market and snap some great pictures! Every morning, we'd go for breakfast at 8 AM, and the streets would be completely empty...

The room itself was really unique, though the facilities were quite old, which is understandable. Since it's located in the old town, there's morning chanting that woke me up – there's virtually no soundproofing. They do offer a shuttle service, which makes getting around fairly convenient. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but it was sufficient.

This hotel is located in the old town. The environment is pretty average, and the service isn't particularly good. Most importantly, there's a lack of hot water in the shower; it's mostly cold. If you're visiting during the New Year, you won't be able to shower comfortably. The only upsides are its proximity to the airport and a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Breakfast foods has little to no options to choose from for non-indian guests. The management before was good but now i dont know. A lot had changed even from the room doorlock which is annoying. You have to input the long numbers before you enter.

Front desk employees help on city areas and ina reception on one letter. Weather was also very nice on that time of the year.

Excellent location. Excellent service and administration. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only downside is the noise at night from the music in the hotel clubs. It is impossible to sleep. And don't skimp on drinking water and towels. Everything else is great. Metro station, shopping centre, shops, taxis, everything you need is available 24/7.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean however more amenities need to be added like iron box and blow dryer. They have additional activities like the sports bar and spa which were great if required.

The room key would not work all the time and to knock on the lock unit for the light to come on told the staff and he said maybe be the battery is going but nothing was done. Ok hotel , dated and tired ….did request quiet room and not near the lift after long haul flight , request was received and sent back to my email from trip.com yet but can you believe it giving room outside lift right on road side and opposite building site which started at 06.00 hours am …I arrived at 10.30 pm so not a lot of sleep not good experience.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We stay for atleast a week and we got good variety breakfast with osum taste. Kids also loved all breakfast meals. This is a really good hotel, located right by the metro. The front desk staff are polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The security guards are friendly, as is the lifeguard at the pool. This hotel is located in the Deira district, an area predominantly populated by Indian and Pakistani communities, with many South Asian restaurants around. The price is higher than other hotels, and the facilities aren't particularly new. The bathroom is cramped, but overall, it's decent.

Ms. Zahra at the reception is super kind and friendly. The housekeeping team is on top of things, handling requests right away. The security staff is always cheerful, greeting you every time you pass through the lobby. The room is clean and tidy, and the kettle and fridge are in great shape and spotless too.

It was an Indian hotel; everyone from the waiters and lobby manager to the security guards was Indian. Maybe I'm just not used to the Indian style. The hotel's bar and nightclub were too noisy, staying out very late and disturbing my rest.

It was amazing all the staff are accomodating and all the facilities,room are clean, very convenient the metro station is near 5mnts walk only.

The room was large, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area was clean and well-maintained. A nearby Wemart store was convenient. The only thing I didn't like was the dark room due to tinted windows. I would have preferred a more light-filled room. Also, my view of the parking lot was not very appealing.

It's a decent "budget" hotel with friendly staff, good food and cheap room service. The room itself is very well sized, the bed is comfy and the cleaning staff do a great job whilst you're gone. I would stay here again.
