The room is huge, the bathrobes are soft, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed and pillows are perfect. The service is excellent; they always resolve any issue, even bringing an needle with a thread kit

Excellent location, decent breakfasts, and good service. I deducted a star for the renovations and the long waits for the elevator. Don't bother with a sea view, as it's completely blocked by towers

A view of Dubai Marina is better, cheaper, and comes with a balcony. We had to switch rooms, and big thanks to the staff for accommodating us. A Russian-speaking girl helped us out

A magnificent hotel with an ideal location, perfectly situated between the main road and the waterfront. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, and they provide towels and umbrellas

The soundproofing is also top-notch. Tip: Ask for a lower floor to avoid waiting in line for the elevators during peak hours

Also the convinience of the restaurants and groceries nearby. Special recognition goes to Claire, Aisha, Aigerim, and Rachelle, who all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless

Rooms, Services and location are amazing. I had an excellent stay at your hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping attendant named UDARA were thorough and friendly

Excellent place and the staff always willing to assist and help. The amenities and facilities were all that somebody would ask for and even more. Everything was spotless and well maintained

Our room was connecting room and the door inbetween didnt have proper isolation and we could hear everything going on at the other room. This made problems for our sleeping unfortunately

There's a great buffet for casual meals and super comfortable beds. It may not be the most design-led hotel in Dubai but it makes up for that in service

We stayed at residential suite with 2 bedrooms - huge space - great layout - nice furniture. Very comfortable. All inclusive package saved us. It was the easiest vacation with kids.

I stayed in so many hotels around the world This one is by far the BEST If you want a special gateway in an adult only hotel where you will be pampered 24/7 then this is your destination The pool is a really nice the only dowside that it’s not at the same level of the beach so you have to make up your mind pool or beach The room are exclusively designed with a lot of care to the tiniest details

I had a wonderful stay at the W Mina Seyahi. The room was incredibly comfortable, with attention to detail in every aspect. The facilities are excellent, with an impressive gym, swimming pool and exclusive beach area

Unfortunately the hotel gave me a room facing the construction side, very noisy. But on my request I was moved to the other side. Room nicely decorated and good size. Pool, restaurant and DJ on 2nd floor top

Fantastic hotel with great service! Location is okay. The only issue I had, was one of the toilet seats in my suite had a red stain which we seen after we checked in. We told them about it and they could not remove it

There was a significant delay in luggage delivery, and the room phone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to communicate with staff. These issues impacted the convenience and comfort I usually expect here

The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed evening. Their staff Severa,Sky Himanshu,Javed and Ansiva are super friendly. You can tell customer satisfaction is a priority here

Even after we repeatedly expressed our dissatisfaction and showed them our English booking confirmation (for twin rooms), they still insisted we contact our booking agent

The service at Somerset’s bar is unmatched! We were attended by Ansiva Vaz who was attentive, ensuring we had everything without being overbearing. She offered great suggestions and made the whole experience special

When I called to complain, they said it was a wedding and would be over in 15 minutes, showing a complete disregard for other guests' comfort

We had two twin rooms booked, but were given king-sized beds instead, and the hotel refused to acknowledge their mistake

We finally compromised and got an extra bed, but by then it was already 2 AM

And you should make sure the guest not take the sun chair with towels in the morning and then walk away for many hours, if they walk away for more than 40 min you should take away the towels for new people to relax

The cleaner Zeeshan at floor 19 was super good and helpful, always clean our room great and with a smile

Only things we did not like that much was the traffic some night, but it's was okay and we sleep well anyways, not so much to do about it when you live so "central". The fridge also needs to be cooler

All the restaurants offered top-notch service and delicious food, making every meal a pleasure. The hotel’s location is perfect, right on JBR with easy access to shops, cafes, and the beach — ideal for families with kids

Very good hotell and nice staff! We choose the room with ain Dubai and sea view, that was amazing and well worth the money 👍 we got front row view over the marina/jbr, probably hard to get better view in any other hotell

I also enjoyed the beautiful sea view overlooking the swimming pool — it was absolutely stunning

In room 1309 (partial sea view), if the TV or other noise sources were off, I could hear the elevator shaft (I assume that's what was making the noise), but this sound usually wasn't present at night

Extremely fast check-in, with friendly and always helpful staff. Excellent housekeeping, always cleaning when I was out of the room. The breakfasts and dinners were consistently delicious

I wanted to try everything, and it all tasted great. A special shout-out to the desserts! The restaurant staff were always prompt with drink service

There is a great selection of restaurants all around 🍽️✨ and the whole area is full of life

My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨ The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient

Great Hotel and great experience. I want to highlight some key points. The hotel charges a tourist fee of about 15 AED at check-in. The breakfast was decent—some options, but not a huge variety, and the same every day

Facilities: Very beautiful Hygiene: Excellent Environment: Very pleasant Service: Very attentive A truly unique experience staying on a boat. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with a great variety of fresh food

The nearest metro station is actually only a 10–15 minute walk, despite Google Maps showing an hour due to construction detours—so public transport is very accessible

The Hotel offers a unique stay as a historic cruise ship turned floating hotel and I enjoy the vintage maritime atmosphere and friendly service of the staffs.

Lastly, there is a shuttle service, but you need to register a day in advance. Overall, a solid stay with easy transit access!

There's a tram stop nearby, making it easy to get around, and supermarkets and many cafes are also close by! We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we come back

View is great, beach view and you can see blue water. One thing that make me suprise is the dental kit. Dental kit is mandatory amenities, so you need to call house keeping whenever you need it everyday.

A clean, cozy hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and varied.

The staff are great but the water temperature in the bathroom is not stable even though the maintenance man tried to fix it. The room a bit old. But overall good experience

It's noisy even with the windows closed; you can hear people partying at night and construction workers during the day. But on the flip side, everything is really close by

All the staff were very friendly. Highlight was the lazy river at the swimming pool.

Now for the series of unfortunate events. in advance requested high floor nice view. Got 7 of 16 floors, no view without cash. Deluxe room is beautiful but a Standard size. We were sick most of the time here

TV remote keeps skipping out of channels back to hotel home screen, like living in a TV maze. Cheap with the bath dispensers, squirt out teeny amounts so kill your fingers and patience. Coffee machine tasted truly bad

What's the point of this? Froze my wet head while waiting staff to show me invisible button. Lights and remote very high tech look so utterly flat minimalist buttons hard to work

The AC was stuck at 17, freezing and they said it will warm up slowly. False, woke up with head colds, sick all day. I heard another guy complain about the same 2 days later

Phone power cord drops out every night, hairdryer plug in dark cabinet, with a hidden power off button, so when fumbling to plug in you secretly cut off the outlets power

Great hotel, so close to airport. We dined at Howdys frequently, fantastic food , great prices. Many thanks to the staff there and The Chef. Special thanks to Stella on reception who went above and beyond helping us

The rooms are clean, and they change towels if you leave them on the floor (there's a sign in the bathroom explaining this). The breakfasts are excellent with a good variety of cheeses, vegetables, and pastries

The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk to the airport, which is great for transit layovers. However, we stayed during a tennis tournament in February, and the walk to the tennis courts took about 12 minutes

We had an amazing stay at Movenpick Grand Al Bastan. Monica at the reception and Sandeep from concierge were extremely polite and helpful. Top notch service, great food, amazing rooms

There's also a lean towards Indian cuisine, but Europeans won't go hungry either. The pool is clean, and they provide towels. There are tennis courts on the property

Late check-out until 3 PM (subject to availability): The room was great, I got a free upgrade, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was also very generous

During the day, taxi drivers are often reluctant to go there, but in the evening, after sunset, you can enjoy a pleasant walk there

In dining food was impeccable, even after midnight! Rooms could use a little renovation, but overall a very clean and well located hotel

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last 7 years and always find myself returning for at least part of my stay every time I’m in Dubai! The customer service provided by the team is fantastic with Tillal (Manager) and the pool lifeguards being particularly helpful during my last visit

I was shocked to find out there were no rooms available upon arrival at the hotel, but the front desk upgraded me to a twin room for free—not just one with two beds, but a two-bedroom room…completely unexpected and a pleasant surprise! The room was huge, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms

Fabulous resort with friendly staff, amazing views of the palm Jumeirah. Loved every single minute spent here. Rooms, pool & beach were luxurious. Open check in got welcome drink and lovely arrival gifts

This is my second visit to The Retreat at Palm Jumeirah, which in itself says how much I enjoy my stay here. Each and every staff were exceptionally friendly, approachable and accommodating

Local restaurants are okay, but I wouldn't highly recommend them; it's better to get some deliveries. To drive from Palma, you'd better get a taxi or hotel transfer, or book a car—the hotel has a local parking spot

Decided to stay on The Palm for one night in Dubai. Checked-in, and the lady staff (Nazgurl, I hope I spelled correctly) was nice & gave us a complimentary upgrade which was one of the most awesome experience

The highlight of my stay was how beautifully the team celebrated my birthday, they decorated my room so thoughtfully, surprised me with a delicious cake, and even sang Happy Birthday! The rooms were recently renovated giving it the luxury feel, food was exceptional, the chefs even went above and beyond and catered for any special request

This is one of the most balanced hotels I’ve ever visited. Pros: · Staff: Incredibly professional and client-oriented—the biggest highlight. · Food: Outstanding quality and range (one of the best I’ve seen)

Desserts could be slightly better, but still excellent. · Housekeeping: Full daily cleaning with towel/bed changes—not a given everywhere. · Atmosphere: Calm and quiet, no loud music or parties (may be a con for some)

· Size: Cozy and perfectly scaled—not too big, not too small. · Gym: Solid and well-equipped. Cons: · Pool area: Quite small, with dangerous fountain zones where it’s easy to trip and get injured

This space should be reconsidered. · Packages: The breakfast-dinner package should include coffee and desserts beyond breakfast. Spa is excluded, making you feel like every move costs extra

Excellent hotel, I very clean, excellent staff that make you feel special. The hotel itself isn't too big and shares many pools with the neighbouring hotels. Amazing views to the Marina skyline from the pools

The reason for considering this hotel a 4 star hotel rather than a 5 star hotel is the following: - Buffet restaurants (both the IM in Beach Hotels as well as the 81 in Lake View) are serving almost the same food for the whole two weeks

So many peacocks on the hotel grounds, it's beautiful! There are also plenty of pools and lots of activities by the ocean. The breakfast is great too. Definitely worth a stay.

When checking in, the front desk staff told us which restaurants we could choose from, where breakfast was served, the times for everything, and the pool opening hours

I liked the room with a terrace and a sea view, I liked the food (we were in several restaurants of the complex), the child liked the children's playroom and Splash park. The sea, the beach, the pools are amazing

Everything is good, except the Room with inside view is not bright enough. The light on the ceiling should be in the middle.

The bed was so hard we both couldn’t sleep , the hotel itself is nice but if you’re not getting a good sleep what is the point of your stay ? The pool area and the gym were descent

Great location and very comfortable experience. Parking is a little tricky while entering but good spacing and guests have priority.

The studio we got was okay, but I didn't like how they designed the washrooms because the washroom didn't have proper privacy and the sliding door in our studio was unlockable

The studio was also a bit smaller compared to the other hotels nearby. Overall the experience was good

We stay for 1 night and everything was amazing, the room, the staff, the cleanliness, the pool service was amazing and beautiful view, the restaurant and we went to the seven sports bar and the team was kind, the housekeeping was very quick for all the requested and the most kind Assistant Manager “Chan”, he gave us the best service
