It includes a built-in washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, stovetop, and large refrigerator. The embankment and metro are nearby, a 5-minute walk away. The hotel shuttle takes you to the beach in the morning

- Close proximity to supermarkets & restaurants. Also walkable distance to JBR Beach. - Close to Sobha Reality Metro Station, also walkable

Services are superb as we had forgot our Travel Adapter and the hotel provided us, pick up and drop off luggage from room to reception and back. - Breakfast is good though I will not say it is out of expectations

This is not an issue on the Hotel side but any Hotel near by will have similar issues. - My booking details were somehow compromised and I had got fraudulent message on WhatsApp to validate my Card details

- Excellent Location of the Hotel. Right on the Maria Walk which is a happening place and lively until late night. Clara was kind enough to upgrade our room and got a nice view of the Marina Waterside

Every single member of staff was outstanding — from reception and housekeeping to security and the leisure attendants. Everyone was so helpful and approachable, always willing to go the extra mile

There was also a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV area. Everything felt very spacious. There was one toilet with a commode and a sink, and a second bathroom with a bathtub and a commode

We booked for one night while passing through. The room was a huge two-room suite. One room had a living area with a mini-kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave

The transportation is convenient, you can take a taxi directly, and the taxi is also very fast, it will arrive in a few minutes. The environment is very good, with sea views on both sides

There are restaurants around, and the room facilities are complete, including pots and pans, washing machines, refrigerators and electric stoves. It is very comfortable to stay

Very slow service & almost ignored my complin . I complained t4 times to the reciepionest that internet in the room was very slow & no action was made at all Room amenities is extremely poor /NON

Checked in to Somewhere and the low rate caught my attention. For around US$80, I checked into a room twice the size one would expect in the U. The hotel was clean, had a nice pool, and my room had a full kitchen

I had a day long layover in Dubai. Rather than mull around the airport, I decided to go out into Dubai. American citizens enjoy an automatic visa uponBs entrance to the country which made it easy to explore

This hotel has a wonderful location, right by the sea and Dubai Marina. The apartments are spacious, with a kitchen and a washing machine. Towels were changed daily, and bottled water was provided

The pool itself is also good for the price. I recommend the hotel, but something needs to be done about the 'deluxe' room. If I had known I'd get such a 'deluxe' room, I would have chosen a simpler room category

It was so unpleasant to bathe my child or even sit on the toilet in the bathroom (the toilet seat, due to its age, wasn't white but a yellowish, old plastic, like what you'd find in old Soviet apartments)

On the positive side, the location is excellent, the restaurant staff are very kind and attentive, there's a good guy working at the pool, and the cleaners are very friendly and do a conscientious job

Wonderful hotel with a view of the Marina. The spacious room, 60 sq m, was fantastic. There's a pool on site, and it's within walking distance to JBR beach. I enjoyed everything, and the breakfasts were good.

As a downside, false fire alarm triggered three times during our stay for about 5 seconds, and the stuff told us that it was probably someone cooking or smoking in a room nearby, and that they couldn’t do anything about it

Outstanding Service at Pearl Executive Hotel, Deira I had a wonderful stay at the Pearl Executive Hotel in Deira, and I want to sincerely thank the amazing staff who made my experience extra special

Thi and Mya at the front desk were incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their kindness and efficiency made check-in and any questions during my stay so smooth and pleasant

Convenient transportation. The hotel is a bit old, but check-in was quick and there's a parking lot.

Pool was not available that time but room is spacious. Bed is comfy and the sofa. We are on the top floor.

Location is good. Close to the airport.. restaurants, convenience store, salons markets everything nearby.. metro, 1.5 approx. Rooms and property old.. rooms full of roaches...

If a room was available, why make such a fuss? The environment was mediocre, and the location isn't great – it's far from the subway, so public transport is really inconvenient

But there was a supermarket right next to the hotel. I found it an absolute plus for a hotel. If the price suit your budget, this hotel is definitely worth staying. I had a great time staying here

Pool is closed ,at least it was in may 2021. Rooms are a but old but still comfortable. A good alternative in Deira and not too far from the old city and souks

This is a good place over all,located at posh and calm area. All commodities are in the reach. Wide space rooms but bit old ,old fashioned small soaps in washroom. should be liquid soaps for hand-wash

We enjoyed very much staying in villa 21, the villa is huge and it is very well organized with good furniture, we were 3 families and it accommodate all of us, the swimming pool is nice however it is not temprature controlled as it was very hot all the time

The shared pool is convenient as it is within the compound. The compound restaurant is serving food till late night and you can also enjoy breakfast by the pool. Staff is very friendly and competent

We were so busy we only used the pool and restaurant services once but both were great, staff very helpful every time we needed something, so would use more often if we stayed again

The good thing about this hotel is a party ambience - there is a new event every day - pool parties, afro beats parties in the night club on the first floor. A number of bars and clubs right in the hotel building

The room was a bit small, and I felt it wasn't worth 2000 a night, but then again, it's peak season, so all hotels are expensive. The bathtub drain was broken at first, and it took over half an hour to fix it

When we arrived they took care of everything and always made us feel welcome at home at ease with everything we need it the gym is extraordinary one of the best I’ve ever used and the upper deck pool is beautiful

Room size was small though. The hotel could do well to provide some complimentary shuttle service to beach/mall nearby as other hotels do.

Nice Hotel. Perfect View over the marina. Room was a bit small. And what I did not like was a green flashing light of the Bed. It was really annoying. Guess it was from the fire sirene in the room.
