Hotel is a little bit outdated for the price we paid. Beach was very good though

Honestly, it wasn't as bad as some reviews made it sound; everything was pretty good. When I arrived, I ended up booking the only large suite with a balcony overlooking Palm Jumeirah

We are Privelee members (family of 4) so came for the first time today to use the pool and beach. It was a Saturday afternoon we arrived, exceptionally busy (UK mid term break). It was busy, but a lovely atmosphere

The guys found us 4 loungers very quickly, fresh towels and complimentary cold water straight away. Anything we requested was no trouble, came quickly, and always checked up. Aziz was really friendly and kind

Great property! I would say is if you are going just as a couple, there is A LOT of families with kids even in the pool area around the bar and that wasn’t very nice

Unlike many other "all-inclusives" where you're often told what you can’t have, this place has everything covered, from top notch kids’ entertainment to fancy cocktails and à la carte dining

Impeccable service, very friendly staff, cosy rooms with great views to the sea side. You feel here warm and cosily like at home. Location is perfectly convenient, diverse infrastructure all around

There were very few Chinese guests at this hotel; most were from Europe and the Americas. The hotel has a swimming pool, which was lovely for a swim

I’d like to especially mention and thank Bobur - the reception guy. He is really great and solves all queries in no time 👍

One of the staff members at the front desk was quite rude; I felt he wasn't suited for the service industry. He had a sour expression the entire time I was dealing with him

We were given discount vouchers for Soul and Senses Spa, and my masseuse, Shatria, did a great job. The pool is a decent size and clean, while the sauna and steam room were perfect

Was a great experience. Hotel is nice, professional and clean. Service was great too. Rooms were on smaller side for two people but the plus side was location was great!

The brunch was nice and enjoyable, wide variety and good quality food. The service was great, Sakuni was so sweet and was always there to ask us if we needed anything. The kids were entertained as well

I quite enjoyed this experience our server Pavani was particularly attentive and helpful. I seriously enjoyed the beef Wellington it was quite delectable. The restaurant itself was wonderful

A fantastic getaway at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. Staying in a room with direct pool access is a must—it adds a whole new level of luxury to the trip

Stayed at Rove La Mer Beach for a short staycation in early April 2026 and overall had a really positive experience

The hotel’s main dining option is a casual restaurant with indoor and terrace seating, plus a beach bar during the day

The hotel has a fun, colourful, and relaxed beachfront vibe, and the location within the La Mer/J1 development works well, especially with several great beach clubs nearby

It feels like a proper beach destination without being a luxury property

The hotel itself is nice and has a great beachfront location, which is a big plus. However, the main issue is the staff. The service is very slow, and the team feels cold and unwelcoming

Amazing hotel, i will always recommend Rove especially La Mer location. The staff are absolutely wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms are always clean, many activities for kids and families

I also enjoyed the beautiful sea view overlooking the swimming pool — it was absolutely stunning

We had to ask for water at reception. They always fly past your floor. The water in the pool is so cold that you don't really want to go in. Small hand towels were only provided upon check-in

Wonderful Birthday Stay!
I spent my birthday at this hotel and had such a great experience. The room was spacious and included a bathtub, which made the stay even more relaxing

And another funny little detail – the pillowcases are different, like grandma's at her dacha :))) Everything else is fine. The view from the window is simply gorgeous. The bed is comfortable and good

Then they were removed and never brought back. Maybe it was my imagination (but it wasn't), but the bed linen wasn't changed in 6 nights

The toiletries are cheap, but overall, it's okay. The hotel is a bit pricey for its level. And it's certainly not a five-star hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, right on West Beach Promenade with restaurants, the sea, and a prayer room. Honestly, the location is amazing, and the staff's service is top-notch too.

Environment: I really loved the pool; it had plenty of lounge chairs, so you could either swim or relax on a lounger. The beach area was also incredibly beautiful. Service: A big thank you to the front desk staff

Good hotel on the palm for a beach holiday. Quite a varied breakfast, but after 9:30 there is a problem - to find a table for breakfast. Comfortable sun loungers on the beach and by the pool

all amenities are fine. pool is normal size, not near the beach.

There's a good, clean beach, and three restaurants on the ground floor. I really didn't like the breakfast; it was repetitive and not tasty. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel for a long time

Facilities: The overall facilities are quite new, including the rooms and the pool areas. Hygiene: The room was very clean, and the small balcony was also tidied up nicely

Great location, close to the beach and within walking distance to the Marina. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfasts are good, and dinners are fantastic with a great variety

In room 1309 (partial sea view), if the TV or other noise sources were off, I could hear the elevator shaft (I assume that's what was making the noise), but this sound usually wasn't present at night

The beach is only a short walk away 🌊☀️ and the view of Dubai Eye from there is just beautiful 😍🎡 It adds such a special feeling to the whole place

My stay at Mövenpick was honestly amazing and one of the experiences I truly enjoyed from start to finish 😍✨ The hotel is right in the heart of JBR which makes everything so easy and convenient

Extremely fast check-in, with friendly and always helpful staff. Excellent housekeeping, always cleaning when I was out of the room. The breakfasts and dinners were consistently delicious

Big thanks to Philip and Shiva at the pool, who always provided us with water, towels and ice cream, Intan, Muthyam, and Karan from house keeping, who made an excellent job in keeping our room tidy as well as all the remaining staff members that made sure we have a wonderful stay

The hotel is very family friendly, even the standard room is very big, they have a big playground, a wonderful kids pool and the staff really gave our son the feeling that he is more than welcomed

Always my first choice hotel when traveling to Dubai. Like the mini Venice style canal trip on the electric boat. Very nice high end gym and 25m swimming pool included.

This is a beach hotel, and it's inconvenient for guests to rush to breakfast and try to finish eating by 11:00 AM (by the way, they start clearing the food at 11)

The hotel's service quality has significantly declined. It seems unable to compete with the newly opened luxury hotels. What I definitely disliked: - Breakfast until 11:00 AM

- Unauthorized people somehow get onto the beach and comfortably set up their belongings on the sand in front of the sunbeds (some even brazenly use the sunbeds themselves)

As a frequent guest at luxury hotels in this price range, I booked this property through Ctrip for a special New Year’s Eve stay at approximately 16,000 per night, expecting a seamless and memorable experience

This is because there are nearby restaurants, particularly a Greek restaurant directly opposite the building, and a couple of bars to the side of the rooms

My butler was exceptional, seamlessly arranging transport the moment I was ready to head out. If there's such a thing as 6 or 7-star resorts, this is it. It’s a destination I would travel across the world for

Arrived with high expectations and was absolutely stunned by its beauty! The buggy and boat services were excellent. Make sure to hit the beach early, as it gets impossible to find a chair in the afternoon

The stay was exquisite for us as adults — from the incredible food to the thoughtful activities and beautiful surroundings — but what truly set this trip apart was how wonderful it was for our child as well

The nearest metro station is actually only a 10–15 minute walk, despite Google Maps showing an hour due to construction detours—so public transport is very accessible

The Hotel offers a unique stay as a historic cruise ship turned floating hotel and I enjoy the vintage maritime atmosphere and friendly service of the staffs.

Great Hotel and great experience. I want to highlight some key points. The hotel charges a tourist fee of about 15 AED at check-in. The breakfast was decent—some options, but not a huge variety, and the same every day

It was an amazing experience, living on a legendary ship like this is a surreal feeling. The ship is massive both inside and outside. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had booked the Signature room

The room was big enough for 2 people and well furnished, however the toilet was small and felt cramped. The balcony and views of the creek and property pool were beautiful

The hotel is conveniently located just a short boat ride from the Old Town, and about a 15-minute walk from the Spice and Gold Souks

It's a smaller hotel, and the breakfast options are more Western-focused, which makes it a good fit for business travelers

Across the road is Dubai Creek, where you can take a mini-cruise or a boat to the other side and take a stroll through the old town

I was very satisfied with this hotel, and there are a few key points. First, the hotel's location is excellent. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach

The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the room is nice, though a bit dated. The location is great, close to the beach and Marina Promenade

View is great, beach view and you can see blue water. One thing that make me suprise is the dental kit. Dental kit is mandatory amenities, so you need to call house keeping whenever you need it everyday.

There's also a large Carrefour and a Beauty Street where you can get salon services, SPA treatments, massages, and manicures. It's an incredibly convenient location. Second, the hotel itself offers excellent service

Right outside, there's a large shopping mall, Starbucks, all sorts of restaurants, hotels, cafes, food, drinks, entertainment, and shopping, all within a 5-minute walk

There's a tram stop nearby, making it easy to get around, and supermarkets and many cafes are also close by! We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we come back

Gorgeous Hotel, Most Uncomfortable Room Ever. First the positives, the place is stunning, like a Conrad's, beach and infinity pool great, free beach chairs the whole kit. Staff is stellar, breakfast buffet ample

Now for the series of unfortunate events. in advance requested high floor nice view. Got 7 of 16 floors, no view without cash. Deluxe room is beautiful but a Standard size. We were sick most of the time here

TV remote keeps skipping out of channels back to hotel home screen, like living in a TV maze. Cheap with the bath dispensers, squirt out teeny amounts so kill your fingers and patience. Coffee machine tasted truly bad

What's the point of this? Froze my wet head while waiting staff to show me invisible button. Lights and remote very high tech look so utterly flat minimalist buttons hard to work

We just had an outstanding holiday experience in The Fairmont The Palm! The service and amenities are all wonderful. It made our anniversary celebration incredible

Top hotel, perfect for families. The beach is within walking distance, definitely recommend! You do need a car though, as there's not much to do in the immediate area.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last 7 years and always find myself returning for at least part of my stay every time I’m in Dubai! The customer service provided by the team is fantastic with Tillal (Manager) and the pool lifeguards being particularly helpful during my last visit

The rooftop pool offers views of the Burj Khalifa area, and breakfast is just okay. You need to request toiletries and disposable slippers from the hotel. For the price in Dubai, it's pretty good value for money!
