We had a family room with two bathrooms. They provide towels, hair dryer, little shampoo, shower gel, lotion and also a little tooth brush with tooth paste. The shower and water pressure was good

I felt like royalty from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. One of the best rooms (studio) I’ve ever stayed in. One of the best sleeps I’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything was a first class experience

The rooms were clean and very spacious! Conveniently laid out with AC outlets right next to the bed and a nice little seating area to eat and watch TV. I highly recommend and will be back!

The hotel staff did an amazing job at helping me and my parents to find things (tourist spots, where to find taxi, money exchange, when's breakfast) and cleaning staff did a great job at making the rooms look clean and fresh (nice new towels and bathroom accessories) Anyone wanting to find a great hotel in Dubai, I would recommend this one every time

I had wonderful stay in fortune plaza hotel. Waking distance to Dubai airport Freezone metro. Very friendly staff and receptionist. Rooms are also good.

Cool but breakfast can be improved

The toilets are clean but I felt its high they upgraded the furnishing. But overall its a great option for a short stay or a change over. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 nights

The hotel is 10 min away from metro situation, the stuff are kind and welcoming in a good day. However, there is a room for improvement when it comes to the bathroom hygiene.

However, Reynold really stood out and totally looked after us around the pool. He was so friendly, helpful and really created a great vibe during our stay

Yes good location very lively area right next to a metro station good for getting about taxi right on doorstep , good price for accommodation very busy hotel alot of people seem to stay at this hotel it’s clean , only thing is no tea or coffee maker , there’s fridge but broke down , you have security guards on property which is good

The room is infested with roaches 🪳. I thought it was just one and then I started spotting them everywhere, literally everywhere,on the bed,TV, inside mini refrigerator

Update: So after I told them about cockroach infestation within few hours I was shifted to a better room with no cockroach at all. They ensured the room was clean. When it comes to service,all of their staffs are superb

Pros: Budget friendly, Rooms are well arranged, near Metro station, near markets Cons: No parking, Rooms are not so quiet, staff is less professional, keeps your passport or cash as security

Location is great but what good is location if u r staying in a hotel infested with cockroach. There was no ventilation or natural Light in the room

The host and co-host were extremely friendly, kind, and supportive, making our stay very comfortable from start to finish. They shared excellent local insights about places to visit, commuting, and getting around Cairo

We were warmly welcomed, and they kindly accommodated our late check-out request. They even helped us arrange a taxi to Alexandria and personally explained everything to the driver to make our journey smooth

Reception person Mr Yasin is great man he has helped us greatly and Big time he is wonderful staff super human with big heart' hotel is in the middle of the City very greatful to all the staff

The breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel is located right next to the Dubai Creek. Across the river is the Al Seef Iranian town area, and behind it is a Chinese community and a wholesale commercial district

The room is very clean And the server is also very friendly The bathroom looks very beautiful

The hotel's decor is antique, and it attracts tourists from all over the world

You get the view of Ferris wheel and sea from the bedroom and the palm Jumeirah from the living room. This place is located on 61st floor of Elite residency and hence is an absolutely amazing location

One of the most beautiful hostel i have ever been, super clean and new furniture, full of home appliance and kitchen tools, beds are great and no words can describe the view, literally you can spend 4 hours on the balcony without feeling, sure will visit it again and again

You always meet cool and nice people here and it’s right next to the tram station which makes it much easier if you don’t want to spend a lot on taxis since its a little bit far from most of the places you would want to go except for Palm Jumeira

When I was there, it was also great because of the people. There is a huge living room where everyone can meet easily. By night you have a beautiful view about dubai and the hostel location is very near to Dubai Marina

The rooms are pretty clean, it's centralized ac so pretty comfortable. They have well equipped kitchen so you can cook lunch or breakfast comfortably. They have stove, microvave, fridge and drinking water available

Amazing place and amazing view, great location, clean and tidy, the staff are so nice and friendly. I stayed here on two different occasions and if i go back to Dubai I will definitely stay there again

The location is convenient, as it’s close to JBR Beach, with a 24-hour supermarket and numerous restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, featuring three bathrooms, making it very comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience at La Sirene Restaurant located in Avani View The Palm Hotel. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, with a beautiful view that made the dining experience even more enjoyable

The desserts were equally impressive, particularly the pistachio Mafroukeh, rich in flavor, well balanced in sweetness, and made with high-quality pistachios, making it a true highlight of the meal

Have stayed at many including the high end ones in dubai. The staff are helpful & efficient at reception, restaurant and pool area. Security downstairs Shiju and Fahadai are friendly & helpful

The staff go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay! It's the little things, the staff will even remember your teabag preference :) The rooms might be on the older side, but the services make up for it

THE hotel less than average compare to the price paid … restaurants menu is limited…. No many restaurants on this hotel…. The pool water should be warm as the temperature is 24C

the pool was also great it was small but could always get a bed the 2 life guards i’ve unfortunately forgotten there names were fantastic always happy and made my little girl feel special haves her some toys to play with in the pool

We stayed for three nights and it was great for kids. The private beach was more family and health focussed and no alcohol was served

It has a private beach just a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect with the private beach and great for some lovely walks

we stayed in a one bedroom apartment as there was 3 adults and a child we had 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms which wasn’t expected and having the added kitchen was also a plus the room was cleaned daily by ali edgar and dunam and nothing again was to much trouble

lily and amelia where standouts the good option at this hotel with half board is you can pick lunch or tea so great if you fancy a tea out you also get water and cordial available which isn’t always included in half board

Also, there's construction going on in front of the hotel, with demolition trucks working since 7:30 AM. The booking included complimentary fruit, but it wasn't delivered until we reminded them the next day

The location is right next to the Marina Mall, and if you go up the ridiculous parking lot road, you'll reach the main entrance. It's close to the Xline and the yacht office, so the location is great

I liked the hotel! It's close to everything! There's construction nearby, though, which spoils the experience a bit! The kitchen is a bit dated, but it has everything you need! The staff is helpful! We didn't order breakfast! Overall, I recommend it!

There's no outlet near the mirror in the room, and there's no outlet for a hairdryer in the bathroom. We had to dry our hair in the kitchen

Large suites, older style yet very clean but roadworks in front. The team was very helpful to upgrade to large suite with less noise. Good for families but as I was alone, I prefer smaller and newer places

For some reason, Tamani’s restaurant doesn’t appear in Google Maps, but this review is for its wonderful restaurant: Food is great and their staff friendliness is close to none

The restaurant looks like a high-end restaurant, but is actually very affordable and even though my family were dressed as “tourists” they treated us with the same respect and professionalism as people in suits

A few suggestions for improvements: Breakfast: If you sit and dine outside - Get the "bird" problem solved. Potentially a serious contamination problem which neither the guests, not the hotel want

The most useful thing about this property is that there are great connectivity to travel through Metro (5 - 7 min away) or private taxi or Cabs are easily available anytime

One of the most famous mall City Centre Deira is just 10 minutes cross the road and very ideal for shopping for everything on a quite reasonable rate
