Unmatched hospitality from Ahmed as he helped throughout with anything and everything and went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and Shah Nawaz who was in room service has excellent skills and down to earth personality

The proximity to the metro stop made commuting to the convention center seamless

Carlton creek hotel was more than what I expected. The rooms were big compared to other hotels. It's almost an apartment with kitchen and two toilets with showers and huge living room with bedroom

I would definitely stay again there as top marks for room and prices. Everything was close by like restaurants and shops some of which open 24hrs!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯

Unfortunately balcony door didn't open from bedroom but it was accessible from the lounge which is acceptable. Complimentary water daily and room cleaned daily was just right

Key areas of the city is well accessible from this place. Apart from a metro station, public bus and a taxi stand is walkable from the hotel

Free pool on the top and free gym room. Excellent service for staff, the main drawback is the hotel is a bit old. All in all, it is good for this price

Landmark is one of the cleanest hotels in Dubai and the location to is very good. Their workers from cleaners to receptionist are so welcoming. I do not regret for my staying at the hotel very neat and clean.

excellent location, close to metro, short walk to Gold Souk, Marine transport to take boat to Al Seef. A lot of restaurants and hyper market close to hotel. Be careful there is hotel with similar name nearby

The hotel is conveniently located at Baniyas Square, right in the heart of old Dubai, with the Baniyas Metro Station just next to it — an excellent location for easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport

We had a wonderful time relaxing at this hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay, and we will definitely be back again soon for another vacation.

Breakfast was served in the garden restaurant, and the staff were very nice. I arrived quite early and couldn't check in yet, but the front desk attendant gave me a bottle of water and told me I could wait in the lobby

Well, I love the place.Perfect if u are going to a Dhow Cruise I think its only 10 mins walked to the place. Secondly, the staffs are friendly & accomodating..The buffet breakfast was good..

THE FOOD WAS OKAY.CLEANLINESS POOR FOR 4 DAYS WE STAYED OUR BATHROOM WERE NOT CLEANED AT ALL.ALSO THE KETTLE WAS NOT WORKING.

I really enjoyed staying at Sonder, the staff was helpful, welcoming and incredibly accommodating at all times! Sonder has an amazing beach and pool directly out front, with good music and amazing service

Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious, perfect for 4 people and had stunning views over JBR and the sea — waking up to that skyline and beach every morning was just incredible

We did pay extra for the 4 bed apartment with sea view however we didn’t get the Dubai eye in our view as promised which was a let down, we could see part of the sea and another building as our view

The amenities within the property especially swimming pool (3 pools - kids, adults only and a family pool) were really wow. The beach access was another great feature

One of the highlights was that we were able to use the pool and facilities at the Rixos Premium Dubai, which made the stay feel even more like a five-star resort experience

Overall, it was a truly perfect stay — stylish accommodation, amazing amenities and the ideal spot to enjoy Dubai’s beach life. We’ll definitely come back next time!

The breakfast area was too small, and I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to get a table in the morning. Overall, the experience was just average. It's fine if you just need a place to sleep, but don't expect much else

5/10 Location 8/10 We booked the Courtyard al Barsha because of the strategic location - about in the middle of Dubai - and I think we choose well, since every major attraction was around 30-45 minutes away

There's also a bar and a small pool on the rooftop with a nice view

They have a massage chair at the entrance and that was a great plus for me, it was exactly what I needed after a long day. and it’s less than 10 minutes from the airport, and close to metro to visit other locations

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. Both breakfast and dinner were great, and the best part is the affordable price

I told them I had dust allergy so they made sure to provide a room with no carpet, and it was very clean! So is the rest of the hotel

Excellent location! Right next to a huge shopping mall and supermarket. The metro is also very close by. There's a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower

They provide all the essentials: toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, soap, shower caps, and body lotion. You'll also find a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, and bottled water

All our requests were fulfilled with a smile. The room was spacious and clean , breakfast menu was little dull with limited items almost everyday

Rooms ending in x12 on each floor have great views and are quiet. It's close to Al Ras Metro Station, Exit 2, about a 300-meter walk, making it convenient to get anywhere by metro

Next to it are the Deira markets, including the famous Gold Souk and Spice Souk. Be aware that the gold there now looks quite pale, its purity is unclear, and prices are high

The room is quite spacious, and the balcony offers beautiful views of Dubai Creek, both at sunrise and sunset. No need for converters; Chinese plugs work directly

The breakfast downstairs is relatively simple, costing 50 RMB per person, but it's enough to fill you up. The hotel also has entertainment activities which can be quite noisy, so it's good to inquire when checking in

The place was perfect, for party monsters, this is just the hotel you would want to stay in, lot of bars and night clubs. The food is good and their service is just so perfect.

Nice environment and room. The service is good. There are day to day shop nearby. We can buy souvenirs and groceries easily and conviently. Good place!

There is a very nice and beautiful lady called May in reception and OMG she had a very good behavior with us. I asked her for a sea view room and she gave us a room whit dubai frame view

To connect to the Wi-Fi, I had to repeatedly forget the network, reconnect, and then go to their website, click on settings, and so on, which was very frustrating

Lunch, on the other hand, was really good, but naturally upon extra payment. The pool area fit a max of 4 people and had a lot of flies, so it was rather uncomfortable

Breakfast was very short and not convenient for me. A lot of indian people and menu is aligned with them. Good but not for my european taste.

The sheets and duvet covers weren't clean enough; they looked white at first glance, but had colored stains on them. The balcony isn't very secure. It's just a glass door, and although it locks, it doesn't feel very safe

Front desk didn’t reply to my messages 48h before my arrival which created a very unpleasant mess at my check-in at 1:30am, after a long flight. Western breakfast option is not varied at all, plus all bread tasted old

The hotel facilities are extremely old, comparable to a guesthouse in a small town. The bathroom amenities are rudimentary, and the bed feels like something from a rental apartment. Cleanliness is also just average

I don't really have much to say about the cons, as that's subjective. My suggestions to the management: provide heated towel rails in rooms without balconies; clothes take a long time to dry after the beach

Thank you to the hotel for a comfortable stay in Dubai! Pros: Marina location, a beautiful bay, high-rise buildings, 10 minutes to the beach and Blue Waters with its Ferris wheel, and drone shows in the sky in the evenings

Close to the metro. 7 minutes to the beach, 10 to the Ferris wheel. Everything is there, but the room needs renovation.

We didn't have a balcony, but we had a beautiful view of the bay! The room has everything listed in the description. Large refrigerator, iron, dryer, dishes, toaster and kettle, safe, and washing machine

The hotel is also close to tram and metro stops! The manager at reception offers great leisure packages, including tickets to museums and amusement parks, and shuttle services

The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was very helpful in answering all my questions about the area. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean

The Hotel needs some upgrades. The room was big and pretty nice but the TV did not work and was old. Also, one of the two elevators was not working

Best location in dubai right next to the beach and great cafes and restaurants. Excellent cycling and running track which runs for miles along the beach with electric bike’s readily available

Just spent two weeks at the Roda Resort. The staff a very friendly and helpful with great room service from Shahzad. Clean and comfortable rooms, great gym and pool whilst being steps away from Kite beach

Great location near in central Deira near metro station, large shopping mall and a lot of restaurants and cafes. Also, there was a nice night market The hotel is a bit old and it shows

Most of the furniture shows a lot of wear and tear. Also I saw a few roaches here and there. Daily cleaning includes changing sheets and towels. but carpet still remains dusty and dirty. Breakfast is nothing special

The staff are so warm and always welcoming, each time we would step in or out of the hotel they would greet us with a smile. The room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was full on, so tasty and had so much of variety

I had forgotten my Jacket and a Shirt, as soon as I remembered I called the reception, Mr Padam answered the call & assured that my stuff is safe and I collected it after a week

We had a family room with two bathrooms. They provide towels, hair dryer, little shampoo, shower gel, lotion and also a little tooth brush with tooth paste. The shower and water pressure was good
