The bed was so hard we both couldn’t sleep , the hotel itself is nice but if you’re not getting a good sleep what is the point of your stay ? The pool area and the gym were descent

Great location and very comfortable experience. Parking is a little tricky while entering but good spacing and guests have priority.

Everything is good, except the Room with inside view is not bright enough. The light on the ceiling should be in the middle.

The studio we got was okay, but I didn't like how they designed the washrooms because the washroom didn't have proper privacy and the sliding door in our studio was unlockable

The studio was also a bit smaller compared to the other hotels nearby. Overall the experience was good

Great location, only 3km from Dubai Mall. The hotel has a sky pool, and the valet parking service at the front desk is super convenient. We were able to upgrade to a huge room with a fantastic view of the canal.

This hotel's soundproofing is incredible! Despite being next to a construction site and a temple, there's absolutely no noise whatsoever – the building quality is truly impressive

Location near green line walk just 6 mins. But you need to change to red line but very crown! Peak time to aviod is 4-9 Pm. Hotel very nice no busy and near supermarket (Local)

We got a decent price, so the value was unbeatable. I would caution that we were given an upgrade to a suite facing the interior. It is possible that rooms facing the street are noisier and less plush

Our experience at Kempinski The Boulevard with our 4‑ and 3‑year‑olds was mixed. The property itself is elegant and well‑located, but as a family traveling with young children, we found the stay less smooth than expected

Unfortunately, the staff were not as helpful or attentive as we had hoped—they seemed less proactive in guiding us or offering support, which is especially important when traveling with little ones

The overall location is excellent, right next to Dubai Mall via a connecting bridge. The room was quite new and clean, and I felt it was better than the other Kempinski across the road

Breakfast costs 75aed, it is fine but nothing special. You have to ask for an adapter at the reception to be able to connect the devices if you are a foreigner. There are very few sockets available in the room

“Address” will always be my preferred destination whenever I visit Dubai — not only for its unbeatable location connected to Dubai Mall but also for the exceptional hospitality we experienced

Pros: Beautiful, green grounds. First line with its own beach, sun loungers and towels included. Lots of restaurants near the hotel, and a large grocery store. A Russian-speaking girl named Maria at the reception

The bed was positioned with the foot facing the door. The towels were worn out, and one of the bathrobes was torn. The walls, curtains, and chairs had stains, the furniture was old and sometimes broken

This is my several trip to dubai and stay in this hotel. Everything is excellent and room is quiet and clean and walking way is very beautiful.

For example, we came for the New Year holidays, so on New Year's Eve, the administration completely blocked the entrance to the beach of the hotel from where the Burj Khalifa was visible and demanded money for watching fireworks if there was no reserve table in their restaurant

They congratulated me on my anniversary. They allowed a one-hour late checkout, for which I'm very grateful! Cons: The rooms. We got a small, corner room (2406) with a narrow, small window, so the room was dark

The hotel is not far from several theme parks and within walking distance, but it can still take a bit of time to get there, and it's tiring if you're walking with kids. I recommend taking the hotel shuttle or driving

Amazing hotel near the theme parks section of Dubai - the location is a bit far from Dubai central so I would recommend hiring a car if you are going to stay here. Staff are super friendly and always happy to help

Areas for improvement- The towels were old / worn out and definitely need to replaced really soon.  Adding a complimentary mini bar plus recycling bins would greatly enhance the overall guest experience

The facilities are complete and suitable for business travelers. When shopping here, it's best to have someone with you at night and not linger on the streets for too long
