Quite a lot of maintenance issues during the stay (room, pool, hotel). Breakfast was fine, if a little repetitive, and there were quite a few flies

We can highly recommend the Pullman Dubai Downtown to anyone looking for a stylish, centrally located hotel with a lively atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! Best regards – until next time!

Luxury hotel with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Amazing breakfast!!!

If you are facing the canal it will probably be better. The pool area is small and busy, with a few sunbathing terraces linked via stairs, which are much quieter. They could do with adding shower areas to cool off

It is a fairly loud hotel, with events at the pool bar and public bars, which means you can hear music most nights. I had a room on the 16th floor facing the street (directly above the pool area)

Special shout out to Mark and CJ - they were expert and provided recommendations on places to visit and activities for my vacation. They were fun and have been very helpful

For dining, they've brought in a Fridays American restaurant. It's a mix of à la carte and buffet style, and everything I ordered was pretty good, no duds

The hotel environment is fantastic! All the staff are incredibly friendly and polite, and the location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. Five stars all the way! I'll definitely be back!

The cleanliness is very well maintained; everything is spotless, and hot water for showers and such is always available. I'm quite sensitive to noise

My room faced the Burj Khalifa, and I could hear some traffic noise, but it was very manageable and didn't disturb my sleep

There's also a convenience store right next to the restaurant with a great selection of bread, light meals, and snacks

The lobby has a great design, and for breakfast, you can choose between a buffet or à la carte. The hotel view is really nice, and the overall atmosphere is very chill

When traveling abroad, I often opt for a branded hotel for that standardized experience. This one was exactly that – no surprises, good or bad. The breakfast was Turkish style, which we really couldn't get used to

Excellent! The location is fantastic, and the room is very new. I stayed on the 23rd floor, and the view was incredibly open and expansive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The service is great, and the hygiene is excellent. The price is reasonable too. I'd definitely recommend it, especially since many Chinese guests stay here.

It's super convenient to Mall of the Emirates with a direct internal connection. The rooftop bar offers views of the Burj Al Arab. Plus, there's a free sauna and hot spring

I have had stayed in palm, address, downtown Dubai. But I choose this to be a place for ultimate happiness and hospitality in Dubai

Great breakfast in the hotel and large rooms, good location.

Hotel has excellent facilities and even provides personalised service when required, like drinks. Shisha and others at the pool. It's clean and calm environment every time. Restaurant is the cherry on top of the cake

Hotel system is very poor in house keeping, they forget to put enough towels in the room must remind them all the time, linen needs to be replaced they are worn out and shabby .

Some staff members are absolute stars, especially Danny and Thew at BHeaven Restaurant, Lifeguard Malindu by the pool, Osama on the front desk and Sally and Magda at the buffet restaurant

These individuals are genuine gems of the hotel. They love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. They are real assets to Barceló Al Jaddaf and deserve every bit of recognition and support!

Right when we checked in, she was super warm and friendly, made us feel welcome after a rough trip. Out of nowhere, she upgraded our room to something much nicer, which totally made our stay better

I've been traveling nonstop for work, staying in hotels pretty much every week all over the world, and I swear Faith is the nicest, most helpful receptionist I've come across in years

She organized a driver for me to look around Dubai. The room size was good and the pillows allowed for a comfortable sleep. On the other hand, my room looked a little unclean. There was water on the carpet

There were good things and there were things that could've been better. On the good side were the staff downstairs. Maria kindly gave me late check out and Genelyn was a lot of fun

I only found out after standing on it and getting wet socks. Parts of the room looked a little old and used. All in all though I believe that I got value for money

Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Elevator Incident and Unprofessional Conduct I recently had an alarming and deeply upsetting experience at your hotel. I became stuck in the elevator with no ability to go up or down

Despite repeatedly pressing the alarm and knowing there was a camera present, no one responded. This caused me significant distress, leading to a headache and a full-blown anxiety attack

Hotel breakfast was really good, room was really spacious and location was quite privileged only 15 minutes walk to the Museum of the Future. Swimming pool view is stunning , with great view of the sunset

The hotel is in a fantastic location—just steps away from the Museum of the Future and very accessible to the metro. It’s only one station from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, making it perfect for sightseeing

The staff and service were excellent, and the room was spacious with a beautiful view. The only downside was the shower design, as water tends to flow outside the shower area

A special shoutout to Chef Shane, who not only prepared delicious food but also listened to our specific requests and made sure they were addressed perfectly. His attention to detail really made my meals memorable

Beds are extremely comfortable and metro is about 7 minutes walk. If you don’t have a lot of luggage , can take the metro from the airport to the hotel. To Burj Al Khalifa is only one metro stop

My first trip to the UAE started off amazing with my stay in Dubai! The front desk guy heard it was my first visit and generously upgraded me to the second-best suite

I came here to relax and stay for a while and it did not disappoint. The pool on top is actually very nice and the view was good

Old towels and no kitchen pan for cook! Drinking Water is limited only 2 bottle in the room! They are not putting for extra. The most of all the receptionist lastnight was not good treating us

The ho tel is old look however the entire services provided by the staff were extremely high as we didn't feel that we are away from home

When we went to the second floor, they said no, and it took some back-and-forth communication to resolve it. Then, at the third-floor restaurant, they also said no, despite the front desk confirming it was fine

Hotel was great and the location is even better. It was walking distance to the Burj and the Dubai Mall. Perfect for all families with kids. They have a beautiful pool and a very cute kids clubs

The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve experienced, and the outdoor pool also looked very inviting, although we didn’t have time to use it this visit

It was very nice and pleasant, the staff cleaned the room every day which was good for me who is obsessed with cleanliness. The breakfast was good and the corridors always smelled clean

My stay at W Dubai hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Dubai

The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and luxury

We have been visiting W Palm regularly for pool days and staycations. One downside is that there is no sun after 4pm in the adult only pool which is a big miss in the design of the hotel

I highly recommend W Dubai hotel to anyone visiting the city, and I look forward to staying here again in the future

Every request was handled with care, which made the stay feel very relaxed. Prices felt fair for what you get. We received an upgrade to a suite with a balcony and it was absolutely worth it

During check-in time was so easy and informative, Sulaiman provided me with a lot of information and benefits during my stay. As I was celebrating my birthday, he arranged the suits with cake and balloons

Visited The First Collection Marina with my family in November. We had a great experience with excellent hospitality. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the location is very good, making it easy to access nearby places

The reception service from Ayo and Carmeline, and their manager (whose name I don't recall), was excellent. The hotel restaurant, especially the breakfast, treated me very well

The evening meal in our package was listed as canapes and snacks , but we got a buffet selection of hot and cold food to a good standard, the staff are all very friendly and efficient

The overall environment of this hotel is quite good. While it can't compare to ultra-luxury options, it's still very impressive! The service was excellent

We spent 3 days in total at this hotel. The only thing is that there is construction going on near the main pool. There is also a pool for adults, but you can't hear it there. The sea has good access for jbr

The hotel has a private beach guarded by a guard. The hotel has a pretty big territory and swimming pools with slides. The hotel has a gym with good equipment

Not noisy, not dusty, does not particularly interfere. But the sight of the crane certainly does not win. There are many activities on the beach, so there is always quite loud music

Your own sun loungers and your own entrance, basically. The sea itself is a bit murky. But it's hard to find anything better in Dubai for this price

My flight arrived early in the morning, and when I came to check in around 10:30 AM, Siya at the front desk arranged a room for me within about 30 minutes. It was incredibly helpful after a long journey

Though I booked a deluxe king room on the 2nd-5th floor, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious deluxe room on the 30th floor with two twin beds, as well as complimentary late check-out

The only downsides were the slow lifts (only 3 out of 5 were working during my stay) and the really cold temperature of the room despite adjusting the air-conditioning (possibly due to a central system)

You get use of the hotel next door inclusive of full pool and beach access which was a great bonus, the hotel is centrally located and great for getting around- a super stay!

Honestly, great hotel! They gave us an upgrade to like suite room - wow it was big! You get to use two pools - the two Hilton hotels. Direct access to beach.

They didn't provide a toothbrush, toothpaste, or comb. I tried to go to the hotel's rooftop pool twice. The first time, my card wouldn't scan to let me in

one of the best hotels i ever stayed in, surely it’s one of the best ones in Dubai. It is in a very special location with a nice ocean view and balcony that I loved, very friendly community
