Excellent location, service and facilities. Staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was a treat , pool and beach areas give lots of options.

Service was great from all the lads , canteen , reception, room service Couldn’t fault anything Room was clean,spacious and beautiful. The amenities were great, nice pools, nice private beach

It’s a bit old property, rooms are a bit small. Sea view definitely worth it, you can enjoy the scenery and drone show. But big green and really nice territory of the hotel. A lot of different food options

Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view

It was my cousins birthday and she simply wanted a coffee and some fruit. Not great when I recommended to stay here. Otherwise was good and bbq night on Fridays is Amazing which we paid for

However, on arrival we couldn’t have a drink or anything from the main buffet, just the complimentary one on floor one where the breakfast was not great at all

There's also a wide variety of other buffet items, so we always had a full breakfast. The gym is amazing and far superior to hotels of similar caliber in China. The pool isn't huge but looks nice

The rooms were spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Vikram for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable

However, the outdoor facilities are excellent! There are five swimming pools and a very long private beach, perfect for a relaxing day

Our room had a kitchen, but in reality, you can only use the fridge as cooking isn't allowed in the apartment. However, it's useful if you want to bring in pre-made food or drinks

Booked stay for solo birthday trip, blown away by attention to detail with surprise mini birthday cake in my room on entrance. Very clean, very hospitable, breakfast buffet 10/10 and staff overall very warm and inviting

As a holder of the golden card the suite was upgraded and access granted to executive lounge. Very friendly staff on reception. Amazing food on the dinner and breakfast. Very attentive personnel. Location is great.

Came here with my mom for 3 nights. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's only a 5-minute drive from the airport and has a lovely Central Asian-inspired ambiance. The breakfast was also quite good.

Arrived at 01:00 aftre 18 hours flight and checked in, only to get the Key, walk all the way to my room ( which is way back of the hotel ), the key doesn't work. Called in room services thrice- no answer - so no dinner

Morning woke up - no toothbrush - called inroom services twice-no answer - finally called housekeeping and they got me a toothbrush

She had no idea what porridge or Oatmeal was. So went back to my room and called housekeeping & ordered it. Its a great hotel, but the staff clearly lack customer training

Resort is like a city itself with amazing facilities and activities and much more fun for kids. We celebrated birthday for our little one and they gave us complimentary room upgrades and cakes and baloons

What makes the stay truly special is their amazing staff who are always ready to help you with anything anytime. They have free buggy service as well to go around or to any facilities as well

We also requested a baby crib; the staff member delivering it left before we could let him in and did not return. Later, while we were out, housekeeping entered the room to set up the crib without informing us

When we asked about early check-in and late checkout, we were told it was not guaranteed and that the hotel was “fully booked,” followed by a surprising claim that early check-in typically costs 400 AED

Upon reaching our room, we found an unappealing view and waited over 15 minutes for our bags. When we went back to reception, another staff member, much more helpful, assisted us with a room change

Offered club access by Divya for the stay as compensation , this was welcome especially to avoid the 10. 30 breakfast rush as breakfast ends at 1100. Good pool views , wasn’t too busy when we went

Booked luxury room but booking (love holidays) didn’t make clear this was king only. “Downgraded” to standard room but only difference was sea view vs partial sea view

The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel itself is immaculate. Everything is spotless, and the atmosphere is enhanced by how fantastic it smells throughout

This hotel is definitely not suitable for families with children or light sleepers. The bar downstairs from the restaurant was incredibly loud and didn't quiet down until midnight

I don't see this in Sofitel Downtown or the JW Marriot. Location is ok but there are definitely other better hotels around the area. Other facilities such as steam room and pool area are quite old

Location proximity was good, service was excellent, rooms were nice. Breakfast was a little dull could have been better.

During that time, my child accidentally left a bracelet and a smart watch on the coffee table in the lobby, but the staff kindly found them and returned them to us. Getting a taxi right outside was very convenient

The Museum of the Future is a short walk away, while Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall require a taxi. Overall, it's a very convenient place to stay

The room has a washing machine, but the detergent dispenser wasn't very clean, so I ended up not using it. It would have been even more convenient if the washing machine was usable

Rezaul did an excellent job cleaning our room. He was the best housekeeping staff and made our visit very comfortable and smooth. He was hardworking and went out of his way to provide good hospitality
