Breakfast had a wide variety of options, fresh and delicious, with a pleasant dining atmosphere. Overall, Hotel Tower Plaza exceeded my expectations in every way

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai whether for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again!

Yes Hotel is in great location. always used GSM 5G instead of Hotel internet. Breakfast has good variety however quality was ok. I had to cancel my breakfast in the hotel and went outside

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, and it's built right above a shopping mall, so dining and shopping are super convenient at any time

There's also a Carrefour nearby, which is great for picking up souvenirs. The hotel environment is also excellent; it's an established five-star hotel with a very comfortable swimming pool, including a kids' pool

The shower drain was clogged, and the overhead shower had very low water pressure. Housekeeping was inconsistent; on the first day, they didn't restock the water, and on the second, no coffee or tea bags were provided

The hotel is located above a shopping mall, which makes shopping and dining extremely convenient. The room size is generous, though the decor feels a bit dated and shows some wear

The hotel is quite close to the metro station, and you can access the lobby directly from the mall. The lobby is quite large and impressive. The hotel's floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides offer great views of Dubai

Location is convenient if you want to stay in Deira near Gold Souk and the metro. The hotel is a bit old compared to newer Dubai hotels, but service and cleanliness are very good

Breakfast was also nice with many options. Overall, good value for money if you want a 5-star hotel in Deira area. Recommended for business trips and family stays

This hotel is actually pretty good. It's right next to a large shopping mall with plenty of Chinese dining options. The only downside is that it's not very close to the city center, but it is near a subway station

Just outside, there's a large mall with architecture themed around different cultures: China, ancient India, ancient Egypt, Persia, and more. You can eat, shop, stroll, and experience culture all indoors

The pool has a nice adult only area but you have to be early to get beds. Poolside food is good too and good service. The music every day at the pool Is far too loud and annoying. Location and gym were very good

The location of the hotel is great! You can go to the Dubai Festival City Mall directly from the hotel (without going out), and take a walk on the Marsa Boulevard at the sunset, very convenient location! The Dubai Festival City Marine Transport Station is just in front of the hotel so you can easily go to Dubai Downtown

They claimed the outdoor pool was heated, but the temperature was completely off; it was freezing. The staff were all smiles, and the room size was quite generous

You can choose from four different parks, and they're all fantastic – my child is already begging to go back! The resort also has a swimming pool, a lazy river, a splash area for kids, a football field, and various other recreational facilities

The best part is the service; every staff member is warm, friendly, and proactive in offering help. There are coolers filled with bottled water for guests at all the shuttle bus stops within the park

The location offers a good view of downtown. The only thing we would like to suggest is that the children's play area would be accessible the same hours as the swimming pool (7am-7pm)

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially large, making for a great night's sleep. The highlight was definitely the high-altitude view from the 75th floor – absolutely stunning

It is quite very hot when we dip into their pool, still there was staff who stayed and look after us, that time was 50C lunch time. It was clean from their gym, sauna, steam and locker rooms
