This wasn't a very satisfying experience, and I'm disappointed with Ctrip's ability to handle things. What would be a 3-star standard back home costs over a thousand here. Dubai is expensive, I get it. The room was basic, with no special amenities. The hotel's location is great. It's a six or seven-minute walk to the Fountain Square, and the pool also directly faces the Burj Khalifa. However, I really can't stay in rooms with tile floors and only a rug under the bed anymore. The connection between the carpet and the tiles was too dirty. Also, are the EDITION towels inherited from some budget hotel? They're short-piled and stiff.

The service was excellent. When checking in, the front desk staff told us which restaurants we could choose from, where breakfast was served, the times for everything, and the pool opening hours. They also provided a map and the operating hours for all the facilities.

Everything is fine, except for the food. Stayed 10 nights, monotony, did not like the quality of the food. Often the meat was bad, not ripe fruits, desserts were not tasty. At the end of the vacation, we didn't know what to choose, it's the same every day. Children could only eat fish.
