It was too hot to enjoy the beach, but the multiple cooled pools kept us happy. They offered pleasant complimentary refreshments every 90 minutes. The kids meals were free and the blue water area gives you lots of dining options if you want to wander off property. Rooms were new, clean, and comfortable.

Safety is paramount for business trips, and this hotel meets expectations in all aspects. It's conveniently located near the airport with good transport links. As an international chain, the amenities are generally satisfactory, albeit quite standard. It's a multi-purpose hotel, but do note that prices can be high during peak season. Thank you. Everything is great in this hotel. Staff is super friendly and nice. The rooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay except one issue which brought us comfort. Our room was connecting room and the door inbetween didnt have proper isolation and we could hear everything going on at the other room. This made problems for our sleeping unfortunately.

Honestly, it wasn't as bad as some reviews made it sound; everything was pretty good. When I arrived, I ended up booking the only large suite with a balcony overlooking Palm Jumeirah. The in-room facilities felt a bit average, like it hadn't been occupied in a while. However, the other hotel facilities, regular rooms, and service were all excellent. Great value for money overall.

Great property! I would say is if you are going just as a couple, there is A LOT of families with kids even in the pool area around the bar and that wasn’t very nice. There were very few Chinese guests at this hotel; most were from Europe and the Americas. The hotel has a swimming pool, which was lovely for a swim. Breakfast was just okay. One of the staff members at the front desk was quite rude; I felt he wasn't suited for the service industry. He had a sour expression the entire time I was dealing with him.

The twin room was quite spacious and clean. They have a pool, and the location is convenient with easy access to transportation, plus it's close to the airport. The breakfast had a good variety, though it wasn't quite suited for a Chinese palate. Overall, I was pretty satisfied!

Muslim shower with washing closet was so difficult to use as it required to hands to press open the shower  The sink of washroom was blocked and draining very slow No combs / dental kit / has to ask for it  The wash room use was disappointing in terms of plumbing issues as described.
